I purchased a leather Stressless brand chair and ottoman in December 2018. This product was made in Norway. The price of the pair was $1,999. This chair and ottoman was part of a ~$12,000 furniture purchase at MIA Home Trends on Sunrise Blvd in Fort Lauderdale.After 4 months of ownership, the leather in the seat of the chair has cracked and become discolored. I called the salesman (John L.) to complain and was told to send pictures to him - which I did. After presumably reviewing the pictures, John L told me it must be dirt or dye that has rubbed off your blue jeans. I dont own blue jeans. I told John L that I would bring the chair back to the store for him to assess. He told me he didnt want to see my chair.Bottom line is that MIA Home Trends has taken a position to DO NOTHING. My advice to prospective furniture buyers is dont bother with MIA Home Trends. They are horrible stewards of Customer Satisfaction based on my experience. BTW, there are a multitude of furniture stores in Fort Lauderdale where I now need to shop to find a replacement chair. I will never set foot in MIA Home Trends again. Buyer Beware!

I have been buying from Mia different style furnitures for our business for the past few years. I always had the best customer service and professionalism one should expect.The quality is the best and items last for long time in perfect condition even though they are used daily.My recent experience was with Daisy, one of the sales ladies who demonstrated the most professional service possible. She has incredible manners and also great knowledge about each item (this time we purchased windows coverings for our house).She came to meet with our designer and offered her excellent advise. She then measured then came in between with the Hunter Douglas representative to ensure all details were correct and came to check the installation results at the end. Daisy and the Mia store always meet our schedule and delivered on time.Always answers messages and emails and always tries her best to help.Highly recommended store and styles for those who love great design.

I worked with a lady named Daisy and she was great. I spent more than I planned but the deals and the quality were to good to pass up. After buying several key pieces I went back and ordered custom shades for the entire condo. Once again she did a good job and was very competitive on the price.

Outstanding quality furniture for a great price. Designer, Angela, was very helpful when it came to color coordination and space planing. They delivered on time and my place looks amazing!I always refer all my friends and family there for all of their furniture and design needs.

Went into MIA because of the modern style you see from the window. We had had an entire condo to furnish. We found so many things. Daisys help was paramount in completing our condo! She gave us the best service you can imagine from finding things to meet my crazy demands, to following up with suppliers on our orders, to ensuring flawless after sales service. We even got patio furniture. If you are shopping for new furniture this place is a MUST!

Ridiculous Pricing. Sales said hello and never got up. Lazy doesnt get the sale. Now they have 50% off and Ive no desire to go in again
