My experience with this company has been great. I ordered slings for nine chairs, barstools, and an ottoman. Megan provides excellent customer service and it is because of her I felt confident the slings would fit my furniture. This was a significant investment and I was hesitant to place the order after unsatisfactory communication with the person who responded to my initial inquiry via their website. Quite honestly, he was very unresponsive and I was about to give up and forget about this company. Then I was able to talk with Megan. She’s excellent. The fabric I ordered was beautiful and I received my order within two weeks. Because of Megan I am a happy customer. The four star rating is because of my initial experience with the guy who handles online orders. I believe his name is Darrell. Forget him, call the listed number and ask for Megan. She’s fantastic.
I ordered a 22 1/2 wide replacement sling for my lounge chair but they send me a sling with only 20 wide for the top section, it was 2 shorter than what I ordered and yet they refuse to replace the order, I send them the proof too. Instead, they wanted me to order and pay for a replacement sling with the correct size. Do not buy from this small time operation that do not value their reputation, other reviews have the same complains. I wish I read the reviews before I did order from them. For those who read this review, I hope I save you from a pitfall and help you avoid a major mistake from doing business with a crook.
Rude people who take more than a month to answer an email requesting a quote and then will not try to help find replacement cushions or discuss custom orders for them and that took 2 more email questions. Rather than answering the question about what they have that is close, I was told heres a list of all our products but we dont offer any refunds. I guess Megan does not need/want my business.
Ordered patio furniture glides. They were shipped out immediately but the Post Office lost them. Inquired with Megan in customer service. She checked with the Post Office and got no help from them so she immediately reshipped my order. From the time I emailed her to her reshipping, she contacted my 3 times to keep me up to date on what she was finding out. Now thats good customer service! Great job, Megan! You deserve a raise and a weeks paid vacation to Mexico. Thank you!
My first post was not a good post, as I think the wrong parts I ordered were wrong. So I called the number on the invoice, 4 times. The number did not work, Verizon said the number was not in service. So I left not a great post. Two hours after my post the owner did a follow up reply to my post, needles to say I was surprised. I then called the number again, and got the business after hours recording. That said, I will call next week when they are open to hopefully resolved my parts problem. But thank you very much for reaching out to me. 5 stars to you for making the effort, and looking forward to talking to you. Thanks again.
The company sent slings that were the wrong size, a 1/2 short in width. After several emails and trying to get through on the phone I finally connected with them. They assured me that the product was right but that I had to rent there special tool to get them on which cost $25 plus $54 in shipping both ways. The gentleman I spoke with assured me that they were the right size that he had been doing this for 30 years and he doesnt mess up. I took my chair and sling to a professional business person, doing this for a living, and he said it was 1/2 to small and that he would be willing to put that in a written statement on his letter head. The reason I didnt go with him to begin with, I was trying to save money! After telling Patio Furniture this they agreed to refund my money after they receive the four slings and the caps back. I wanted to keep the caps but they demanded they get it all returned! I paid $20 to ship back something that they screwed up on! They received the product back but I did not receive my refund. Luckily I ordered through Amazon Pay and issued a complaint with them and received my refund. Everyone that works at Patio Furniture Supplies Store should go to classes on how to deal with customers these people on the worst, I should of read reviews on them first!!
Thrilled to have found Patio Furniture Supplies! Our Winston furniture frames are in great shape, but our sling fabric was dry rotted and our straps behind cushions on other the pieces were having sagging issues. I called PFS and emailed pics of our furniture. They were fabulous in telling us what to order from their site. Samples came promptly. Directions included with orders, and furniture looks BRAND NEW! Now ordering cushions and will be ready to enjoy for many, many years!
Such amazing customer service. Megan was so very helpful, and really went above and beyond what anyone would expect to help me find the parts that I needed. I highly recommend this company, and will definitely be a return customer.
I wanted to leave a 5 star review for Patio Furniture Supplies- although I ordered slings for Winston lounges that did not fit, it was not their fault nor mine-(my lounges were a limited, special edition run from 10yrs ago yada, yada) Anyway they were responsive to my emails that included photos, took my phone calls and spoke in a very pleasant and professional manner to describe my lounges were not stock and promptly refunded all of my money upon return of the unusable slings! I wish I could have given them my business but unfortunately I need to go on my own. :( Recommend them for your outdoor furniture needs!
This store sells cheaply made, insufficient replacement parts for patio furniture and does not stand behind their products. The vinyl straps they sell will stretch excessively and are basically unusable. The holes in the straps are not reinforced for strength and will stretch to the point of breaking even when they arent supporting significant weight.You can follow all the directions on the website and it wont matter - the product is simply bad. Find a better company to purchase your parts from.When contacting them to try and get a refund or at least partial credit, they eventually simply stopped responding to me altogether. I will try and talk to my credit card company about disputing the charge, but most likely this situation wont qualify and I will be out of luck.
Awful: they shipped slings that were cut small and they refused to replace them. Their emails were at first condescending, ten turn rather rude and insulting. Will never deal with them again
This place steals your money. Parts are NOT as discribed. They do NOT refund your money stay away.
