Consistently misleading customers on delivery dates. Told 6 weeks its been 3 months still nothing.....but paid 100% up front...bad business to not be transparent and honest on delivery dates

Recently located from Miami to Fort Lauderdale. This patio store has the perfect pieces! Long story short, lol... I needed patio chairs and outdoor accessories for my balcony in Flagler Village. I had an unsuccessful experience at Target. Which is super rare. But, everything looked so ordinary; more like ‘picnic’ or ‘BBQ’ chairs and tables.Fortunately, on my way home, I stumbled upon “Your Patio Store!” I went inside to look. I found the showroom amazingly clean, new, lots of options for outdoor fun. I found exactly what I needed, right away. And yep...easy on my Louis.Note: The customer service is awesome and definitely mindful about my small apartment outdoor space.The owner. Jim Levine gave me a personal tour, sat with me down and discussed what it was I was trying to accomplish with my outdoor living patio. Mr. Levine was super cool! Like a guy that really knows his patio game and not so “extra” either. Lol.Ended up purchasing modern affordable patio pieces: a recliner, a canopy and an outdoor bed. As a designer, I am always looking for new vendors and I am so happy to have come across Your Patio Store. Their prices are much more reasonable than my other vendors but the quality is equal or even better! They have many different fabrics and finishes to choose from. Their selection of furniture is very trendy and in demand, rope, sling and IPE. Delivery was easy and efficient. Sales staff has also been friendly every time I stop by, I would even trust them to assist my clients without my presence if need be. Highly Recommended!

Loved walking through the store. All of the products are high quality, unique, and customizable to any taste. The owner, Jim Levine, was very helpful and knew his stuff. We bought from them and it was a smooth transaction. We love the product and get tons of compliments.

If the store hours are until 7:00, you should have your doors locked at 6:45 and not notice the person standing out front coming to spend money

In June we purchased lounge chairs, after delivery we realized they were missing pieces. After numerous emails, phone calls, and 2 stops into the store within 3 months of time we still do not have the missing pieces. They refused to take the missing pieces off of their extensive stock out of identical lounge chairs in store, when you pay a premium you would expect higher level of service after the sale.

So glad I found them they have items I’ve been trying to find forever not the same old wickerI got an awesome set and it was delivered very quickly

This place should be called “the 1% Patio store” because no one bit the 1% can afford to shop here. Ridiculous pricing for basic patio furnitureGo to Lowe’s

To me a good retail store is all about quality product and customer service. Jim and his team deliver both! Its hard to say enough goods things about this store and their people.

Ordered a table Aug 6 and was quoted a 6 week delivery timeline. It is week 10 (Oct 11) and I still do not have a table! Ive emailed and called but Jim does not call back or reply. They made me pay upfront- so disappointed in service!Update: its been delivered and is exactly what I ordered! Happy with product, would have preferred it on time!!

Drove from Boca specifically to see the store. Arrive at 715pm and the store is closed. Posted times of 8pm closing. An older man watched us outside and snuck away hiding. Lost sale!!!
