I purchased outdoor dining room set, 3 sofas, 4 chaises and an entire sitting area four our pool deck area. After the purchase, their Customer Service is terrible. I arranged for the furniture to be delivered. When my chaises arrived, the pillows were missing. It took me over 3 months and multiple calls/emails before they arrived. In the first year, my outdoor dining room set started to fall apart. The plastic started to turn to dust. Now after three weeks of getting lip service and empty promises, I am giving them a Poor Review. Save yourself the Frustration.

I hardly ever give a bad review but after not getting help from the owner felt any future customer should know. A few months ago I bought well over 1000 dollars worth of furniture everything was great until the umbrella I bought collasped! I had hardly used it and called modern factory and spoke to a women who after going back and forth(sending video and pictures of the incident) agreed to send someone out to take a look. They wanted to charge me $50 to fix it and I had just bought the umbrella! After they did I was a little worried to use it again because I called back and told them the pole for the umbrella was not lining up correctly and they advised me to put it in manually which requires 2 people.. but when I eventually used it again it collapse after only a few hours. I called back again and have been waiting on a resolution ever since.. I believe this umbrella is defected and have been patient and was told Id receive a response from the owner. No response has been made and this company does not stand by their products. There is no warrenty and God forbid something happens again they will not stand by their product. This is a warning to future customers please be careful with this umbrella I was hit in the head by the arm trying to prop it up after it fell. Luckily no one was under it at the time it collaspe. Below are pictures from the first time and second. Hardly used.In response to the owners reply.. I never threatened anyone with a bad review. This is my honest opinion. I cant believe your lieing. I was nothing but respectful. I refuse to pay $50 for something that broke on its own and what party? I HAVE A VIDEO OF IT BREAKING RIGHT HERE?? I can post the video that shows I didnt do a thing and that wind was hardly a factor. Please dont even go there. And on top of that it I only had it a couple of months before it broke ? 6 months ? Or did you forget I had to prove with videos an pictures for someone to come out the first time and never even receive a response the second time (when it was apparently fixed after it broke again less than 3 weeks later) ?.. FUTURE CUSTOMERS (if you decide to shop here) this a perfect example of their customer service SHOULD ANYTHING GO WRONG. ****BUYER BEWARE*** Ive read your poor reviews and you have attacked anyone who has left a bad one. And your reaction on each of them is so unprofessional. Have a good day.

Stop looking around. This is the place! I walked in and met with Washington, a real nice guy. Set me up with a table and 8 chairs, two lounge chairs, an end-table, an umbrella and stand, two club chairs, a couch and a coffee table. Cost me less than the price of just a table and chairs at other places. Delivery was promised for the next day and it was delivered on time by Joseph, who set up everything perfectly. Just drove over to this business to look for some furniture. Walked in what appeared to be the front door and there was not a single person there to greet me or direct me or help me. I ended up walking back out and going to a different part of the premises where all the furniture is housed in a large tent-like structure. I walked around the entire area and there was not a single employee anywhere, there was no pricing on anything and there was loud, annoying music playing. I found it odd that there was literally no one anywhere on the site to help me so I left. Didn’t care much for the furniture I saw anyway.

I bought a patio set for $1000 just to fill in space in the back patio. Hardly ever used it....maybe 2 or 3 times that I sat there with a friend. Within 4 months the wicker under the glass on table started popping apart. I called and sent pictures. Nothing. Now a few months after again....the frame on the set is deteriorating and is crumbling. Not even a year of use...just a few months of it being decoration in my backyard and already trash.

We traveled 2 hours each way to pick up a cocoon chair. The staff was absolutely first rate. They took their time, showed us various options, and helped us load the car. At some point we want to go back to pick up a patio set. Just need to figure out a way to get it home! Shipping is way too expensive, but the furniture is worth a little work to get it home!

Wasnt a fan of their selection. Found them on Craigslist and they seemed to have okay prices. Went to their warehouse and saw that their furniture is really bad quality and miniature size. But I guess thats why they were selling their set for 500 bucks. I cant say anything about their customer service, he was busy on the phone so we didnt interact. Wouldnt recommend.EDIT: The owner replied to my comment and then all of a sudden there was three more 5 star comments? Looks and sounds fishy.... hm? Your showroom/warehouse (where you do business from) is open because I went in there and there was a male. You can deny and try to make your business look legit. I just gave my honest opinion. No need to put fake reviews.
