A lot can be seen about how a man reacts when things go wrong. Took possession of a new Nor Tech this past Friday. 10 minutes later the main shaft broke on the port motor. This was 5:30 on a Friday before the 4th in the Keys, 180 miles from John Krays dealership. Had a Mercury dealer at my dock Saturday at 9:00 diagnosing the problem. That dealer (only knew him as Johnny from Miami) then spent 4 hours without the needed tools trying to remove the broken shaft. No luck. John Kray sent a qualified mechanic Sunday, arrived at 8:00 from ft.Myers. Removed the powerhead, but couldnt get enough purchase to get it done. Tuesday at 8:00 John and service manager Chris drive to the Keys with new engine and swap out the damaged one, allowing me to have a great 4th with my family and friends. John Kray knows how to take care of you after the sale,period.
