Zero stars if they had them. They do not know what they are doing there. Salesman says one thing than the other lady says more stuff and the two don’t get along. Then the lady proceeded to tell us that if you co sign you have to be living with that person. I know that’s a lie because i have co-signed on a car before. I have had cars financed before and never ever had problems like this. They try to scam you too and get extra money. Don’t go to this place. They are so unprofessional and rude!! Go to a better car place because this one is a dud. It will have you paying 600-700 a month on a car. That isn’t even worth 10,0000$.

This is the worst company. They trick you into a lease and don’t explain that until the paperwork is signed. They advertised a different car with the stock number of the one I bought. I had to drive up Jackson tn to pick up my car instead of them bringing it to me. He car was not the same as pictures advertised it online. I still have the pics from the car they put online. I was told they would put navigation in bc that’s what I needed. 6 months later no return calls from them. I’m looking into attorneys for false advertising and switch bate. Run fast

I had an appointment at 2 today, but due to unforeseen circumstances, the lot had to close early. Jessica was amazing at helping us out and Bo, the main man, was coming in from Tennessee. He arrived and was able to get me into the car I wanted. This was an amazing experience and would definitely reccomend going there and letting these amazing people work for u!

Them folks will rip you off with over priced cars. They say its to help build credit but your setting people up for failure on cars that are 5 to 8 thousand over top dollar retail. Probably salvage titles and most all have noticeable bodywork that is poorly done. So that in itself decreases the value of the car. And forget about a cash option they would rather gamble on making a bad deal than cash money. They need to get run out of town.

This place is a waste of time. Even with reliable income and $500 down payment. I wasn’t able to get into a car. They told me I didn’t make enough to afford one of their cars on the lot. The staff there is a joke and make personal calls with customers in the lobby able to hear every bit of their conversation. Very unprofessional and it’s all a lie. Save your money and head on down the road. There are a lot of other good car lots that are welcoming of your business. Will never go there again.

Friendly staff, but something is not right with this company. They give me AAF & MSA vibes. Lot of shadiness when it’s time to answer questions. They would not tell me how much the car I chose was until they got everything done. Not even the total price. They ran my credit even though they tell you they don’t bother your credit (I know bc I get alerts anytime anything is ran on my credit immediately), the $500 down payment is a lie, and the payments are absolutely ridiculous!! I feel extremely scammed and will NEVER do business with this company again. I basically could have went to a legit, big brand name lot and purchased a vehicle. I’m considering an attorney but suggest anyone and everyone to keep your eyes open and look elsewhere.

Billy is awesome! His personality is great. I really believe he doesnt want to rip people off but he has to have a job and do what corporate says. Its corporate thats a joke. There ad gets you in there but after 5 hours of waiting they wanted a new car payment and by the time you got through paying on it you might as well purchased a new home.

I am in a chapter 13 bankruptcy and I can not buy a car at a normal lot or most buy here lots in town. I have had a hard time getting a vehicle anywhere until I found American Car Center. It is amazing I can buy a newer car here because it is a lease program with the option to purchase at the end so my bankruptcy wont stop me here. I dont have to worry about how I am going to get to work anymore now!! Other lots in the area with salvaged titles offered to get me a car but when you buy salvaged you buy junk or you get stuck in an old car with high miles. Buyer beware always ask if the title is clean. If you are struggling because credit has you down call Jessie and her staff they will get you what you need with no judgment. This is an amazing program you should definitely see what they have to offer:)

Was promised I was able to work with even as a cosmetologist being able to only prove half of my income and definitely wasn’t able to be worked with. Then I was rudely told to sit at a different table looking for my electronic deposits, so I had finally had enough and left. Worst experience at a car dealership I have ever had. Do not recommend.

They had us jump thru hoops and then left us hanging called and was told no. All because we own our house and have 1 bill. A car payment of which has never been late. They turn you down for being responsible. They want people they l can go and repo their cars from. It made no sense at all. Over 2000 a month in income.

Billy made the process so easy for me I told him I didnt like to set it car dealerships all day, so he told me what I need to bring in.. The next morning he called and told me we were approved all I had to do was sign some papers.. Jessica and Lauren are also awesome.. its was like we were family.. I stayed in there probably another hour just talking.. they are wonderful people.. I highly recommend you go get a car from them.. theyll get in what you want.. Also they give a car fax on the car everything new they put on everything theyve fixed. I buy a car every two years and no one has ever handed me a car fax without me asking..

The team worked non stop to get my uncle the car that he needed before he had to leave town again on the pipeline. Jessie spent time helping him reset his passwords and get all of the documents that he needed from his employer when her was frustrated and thought it was impossible. She even got him the documents he needed for the DMV so my Aunt could pick up the tags that are included with the vehicle while he was going to be out on the rig. If you need help I would highly recommend you get your vehicle here. They wont stop working until you are driving away in a nice new vehicle!!!
