Purchased a car from Sheila last Saturday. She made the entire process quick, painless and enjoyable. Tracy ensured the paperwork was handled appropriately and that we got the best deal on our warranty, maintenance, etc. I’d definitely recommend them. The interior of the car wasn’t quite as clean as I would have liked but that’s up to the detailing department. No issues with Sheila, Tracy or the process.

We had a warning light on the dash of our 2016 Rouge. I called the service manager Thursday. He said if we would bring the car in Friday morning he would do his best to find the problem. He found the problem. Wires were disconnected under the seat. That fixed the problem. We also did an oil change and rotated the tires. My hat is off to the service manager who did a great job. Everything was done on Friday. We are extremely happy with the service department. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Carl Nevin

Terrible experience. The salesperson we were dealing with was so inexperienced. Which isn’t completely bad except for the fact he kept repeating the same thing like a parrot. We did a soft pull on ate credit which we were told wouldn’t affect our credit. We didn’t get a vehicle from them that day. We did however receive a letter dated 21 days after our visit saying they pulled our credit. I called and left a message with the finance department but have yet to here back. Don’t wast your time or money here.

ORR will always be where I go. My first purchase was at the Cadillac side about 5 years ago, and I didn’t think that my experience there could have been topped. Well I was mistaken…The people on the Nissan side, and most importantly my saleswoman, Mya, gave me an absolute incredible experience. Not once did I feel as if they were pushy. I was the last customer left in the building and not once was I rushed. I’ve known of many Sales Managers to go home early, and even he was still there. Not to mention it was 9 at night and they close at 7. They worked to get my payments to where I wanted them. I could not have asked for a better experience. 10/10. To Mya, and the people of ORR Nissan, thank you for such an incredible experience. You guys show that it doesn’t always have to be scary buying a car.

This is for their service center and body shop mainly. They are completely incompetent. The put a faulty door on my car and now the window regulator is not working. This is after having my car for over a month and causing more damage. I am now two months into a fight with the body shop to fix the damages and repair what the insurance company has already paid for. An absolute nightmare to deal with. 10/10 do not recommend. While dealing with this I also saw another couple come to pick up their car and they put the wrong color of paint on the trunk. Please save your time and money and avoid this place.Also the manager for the body shop and service center is very condescending and has lied multiple times to me. Overall bad business. I had a much better experience with Mclarty Nissan in Little Rock.

On a whim went to see a 2014 Armada. Called ahead, Brad got it ready and upfront for us. The entire staff was so nice and willing to help even though we were not their sale. There was no pressure to buy, but glad we did. This was the most realistic, friendly, caring sales staff i have seen in a long time.

From personal experience. I would not recommend these guys. If you decide to purchase a vehicle from here finance it through your bank not through the dealership. Make sure they go through the numbers with you instead of rushing you to sign papers. Interest rates for the term will be added to your loan. Along with other fees.

I liked that a sales person was there at 0830 when I arrived and actually started helping me immediately, unlike the Toyota dealership next door that told me they could not help me until a salesman arrived after 0900. For some it wouldnt matter, but for me and Orr Nissan it meant me buying a car from them instead of their competitor. Micah was laid back and easy to work with. The only thing that could need improvement is the fact that it was a multi hour process that stretched from lunch time to past dinner time, leading to me getting somewhat hangry. If this is the norm, Orr should consider catering! Other than that, it was a wonderful experience!

I had almost forgotten about a 2012 extended cab Sierra with only 28000 some miles they posted on line. Ive been looking at a lot of trucks. I thought this might be just another low mile rust bucket. Micah called me and asked if I was still interested before he put it on the lot. I thought my wife and I might as well go over and check it out. The truck was defintiely not a rust bucket! It was maintained, barely driven - immaculate. One owner 8 year old truck - sold! They also offered to drive the truck to Tulsa to help us out - at no additional charge. Wow. My wife and I are very impressed with Micah. I would buy another vehicle from him if given the opportunity.

My truck was in the shop to get a recall fixed I sat there 4.5 hours and it was never completed told them I had to get to work and would schedule another appointment. My appointment was for the next week at 8 on a Tuesday. I dropped it off at 7:15 and told the manager I would be back thar afternoon to pick it up. I arrived at 5 and it was still being worked on and ended up sitting there until 5:45. So after 15 hours of being in service my recall was finally completed. Worst service i have ever had in my life.

I would never return here based upon todays experience with the sales manager, Michael. Offered a fair cash price on a used Nissan sedan based on 42 other similar Nissan vehicles in the Fort Smith, AR market. Was basically mocked for my research despite informing him my job is data and market analysis. Was not even presented a counter offer or business card in case I wished to discuss the matter further. The ego and lack of customer appreciation was shocking at best. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone based upon this single experience.UPDATE: Sales manager Morgan Pierce resolved every issue quickly and my sister in-law left with the vehicle she wanted plus some service-related incentives. Mr. Pierce was incredibly professional and courteous, the way people in the sales & service industry should be. Thank you for taking care of our family and making the situation right.

Great staff and great service

It was terrible!! I am a long time loyal customer who routinely uses Orr for maintenance and repairs for my Armada. I have never had anything but A-1 service until this past Thursday. I had an appointment at 8:00 am for a repair. I was told it would take about 2.5 hours. I decided to wait for my car in the waiting area. At 11:00 I asked the service manager the status of my car. He told me they had not started the repair yet. To say the least i was very upset. I was told by the same service person it would take another 2 hours. After a lot of heated discussion, i was given a loaner car and went home. I called back at 3:00 pm, my car was still not ready. My frustration swelled!! John Young then intervened and called me. I have dealt with him a number of times and he has always treated me in a professional and courteous manner. He told me the car would be ready at 5 pm. When I arrived, John appoligized over and over again. The head service manager came out and offered me a free car wash for my all day inconvenience. I felt insulted!! I told John I would pay for the part and not the labor. He graciously agreed. I will come back to Orr because of Johns efforts to make things right with me.. The service manager Edwardo lied to me on two occaisions about my car and did not communicate with me when there was a problem. His actions nearly cost Orr a long time customer. I will only deal with John in the future. Something has happened at Orr with regard to customer service and needs immediate attention by the ownership.

There was some confusion in getting the car we wanted and the car we got. And one my husband ordered and the price difference! It wound up neither one of us got the color of car we wanted! While I agreed to take the silver I would really wanted red and my husband wanted pearl white with black top. It really dampened the spirit of the deal. My husband was more hurt than I. I’m a traveling healthcare professional, and the air conditioning went out on my Murano the first week of my new assignment. I had difficulty getting in touch with the service department initially, but once I was able to speak with someone, I was very impressed with the service I received and the speed at which repairs were performed on my vehicle.

John is excellent and very kind. My service was performed in a timely manner and no parts were left off this time. Everyone was really nice. John explained the details of the inspection about my car and the cashier who helped me also told me what some things meant. I like that when the service tech inspects and details what needs to be done to keep a car in good shape that the cost to have that done is included on the report. That really helps me to prioritize what needs to be done, and also the tech prioritizes what needs immediate attention. I also had a coupon and it helped significantly on cost and made me feel like I could afford more care for my car.

Had a great experience. Dalton, our salesman went above and beyond. We showed up just after hours just to browse and look on our own. Dalton came out and helped us fine the perfect vehicle and the perfect price. He along with your finance guy stayed late and we closed the deal and drove off the lot in our new car. We weren’t even expecting to buy. The next day we brought the car back. You guys washed it, gassed it up, and Dalton went over all the safety features on our new 2020 Nissan Altima SR. We named her Jasmine! We are very happy. You guys were phenomenal!
