Eddie was our guy. He was very personable and likeable. Came to this dealership from another based off how comfortable my daughter was working with Eddie. We recommended him to our oldest daughter also. She’s young and not the greatest credit and he was still able to get her financed for a brand new Forte.The car my youngest daughter wanted was on back order for a while. We didn’t tell her it came in so I asked Eddie if they had a bow so we could get pictures and surprise her. He managed to not only get a big pink bow on her car, he also had all the employees outside when we pulled up and congratulated her when we got out of our truck. They really went they extra mile to make her feel special foe her very first car. Eddie was very easy to work with and really cares about his customers and we look forward to doing business again.
Wow! What a terrible experience! Stay away from this dealership. Bobby the financing guy is the cliche used car salesman that made it up the ranks by lying to people. If Bobby is in the room when your signing paperwork odds are you are being deceived and bent over. He added service contracts to my purchase twice. I explicitly stated I didn’t want any service contracts. He added paint protection to a car that had not received their paint protection. I tried to return the service contracts and was told I could not do that. Bobby straight up stole money from me. Please do your diligence and don’t get robbed like I did. Absolutely beautiful car, love it. Terrible experience with this dealership. Was promised several things at the time of sale which weren’t given, terrible communication, staff was apathetic and didn’t care after they made a sale. Tried several times to give them an opportunity to make things right but again, they didn’t care. Wanted basic things like the Kia survey, physical copies of warranties, and for my bill to be sent to the correct address. Had to make a fuss after weeks to get a manager to actually do something, and even he said the salesperson made empty promises. Couldn’t be sent the survey apparently, so I’m here going out of my way to warn you with this review. Garbage customer service. Hot. Garbage.

Denzel was beyond helpful in finding the right car for me and my family. I already had the K5 in my mind walking in, but I wanted to shop around the lot before making my final decision. He was extremely knowledgeable on what each vehicle had to offer. He was patient and made sure the process was smooth and we weren’t there all day which is a huge deal when you have kids! Shana League was fantastic and if my review was only based on our experience with her the rating would be 5 stars.However, Steve (used car sales manager) was a jerk and has terrible customer service skills. He’s a typical old school salesman who talks down to people and tries to sell you on lies. When challenged on his numbers by someone who knows what they’re talking about he got an attitude and walked away. He never once thanked us for coming in or made us feel welcomed at all. They would’ve lost our business because of him if Shana wasn’t there to make our experience more pleasant (and the fact my son really wanted a particular car).Get rid of Steve.. he’s bad for business.Also, it’s HOT in that building. Turn the A.C. up!!! 🥵

Bobby K, the financing con-man, has snowed me now twice.Please read everything before you consider getting taking advantage of from Bobby K. Bobby K swindled me into a car valued at 11k that I paid $22,000.000 cash for.As long Bobby K is at the signing table you are not getting the best deal. I explicitly stated I didn’t want any service contracts and he charged me twice for service contracts I didn’t want.The last time I purchased a car there I was charged for paint protection on a rusting car. I tried to return these services that I didn’t ask for and I was told no.Save your pocket book from Bobby K.’s deceptive tactics. I cannot believe that Kia allows such a blatant liar to be employed for them. This was my first and last experience with Kia.Bobby K how do you sleep at night?

Three words. Diana is amazing! I was originally looking at a 2021 Kia Forte GT, but they didn’t have any in the inventory, so she managed to put me in a 2021 Kia K5 LXS and I loved it. Austin was not who I had my appointment with. But he stepped in and made the process as painless as he could. This was probably the best experience Ive had at a dealership.
Absolutely horrible experience with our vehicle purchase. Mr. Applewhite was great but his manager, was rude, unprofessional and making things difficult. They did nothing to make a smooth transition and we had to call the bank ourselves and stay on the line with the representative trying to explain the paperwork they needed. We live 1 hr away and we ended up having to come twice because weren’t clear with the bank on what they needed to release the vehicle to us. We will never do business with them again.
They were nice and our saleswoman was great but they asked us before they even talked to a bank of a certain price would be okay worse case scenario, but they added about $6k in “fees and taxes” which was $3k more than they originally told us. They don’t tell you this until your credit is already run and are signing your papers with the finance manager which was 4 hours later (which time is understandable because they were busy) but they did not update us while we were waiting and it was just really frustrating with the amount of extra “taxes and fees” that we had SURPRISINGLY sprung on us. Maybe because we are out of state? Not sure but not happy with our current monthly payment.

I went to Kia fort Walton beach to look at getting a Kia Niro. When I got there I met Eddie Gilchrist. The second he saw my car he asked me if I owed anything on it and I said yes, but when I told them how much they said that it would be an even trade if not more. Then they did a Kelly Blue Book review on it which only valued my car at $7,262, the appraiser said that my car was worth more then that so they offered me 8300 on the trade in and got the brand new Niro with in my pay range.

I went to get a car from Kia. Vanessa had called me and asked me if I was still interested. I told her yes but I didnt think I was going to qualify. she asked me if I wanted to come and try, so we set an appointment. Before I even got there. Austin called me before I even got to Kia and asked me what all I was looking for. We got down to what car I wanted and before I even got there he already had the car pulled up. Definitely made me feel more confident about the car buying. I had been to sooo many other places and hot rejected. so I was reaaaaaaly skeptical. But only 2 hours and everything was complete and I was driving off in my brand car!!!! I am so happy and thankful for them helping me. I bought a 2021 kia forte gt and i personally love the car. My girlfriend bought a sorento the same day. The cars are awesome but the staff at the dealership should definitely read a manual on how to sell cars. Or how to not lie for dummies or something. Car dealers make money on return customers not 1 sale. As i said my girlfriend and i love the cars but the dealership is a joke. They wrote the wrong mileage for my girlfriends car 2 times on the paperwork, told her 3 months later that her spare key was made so she went up and was then told they dont have the parts to make the key.Also if you go purchase a car from them and are looking for specific feature for your car like wireless charging or heated seats please test the car for those exact features first because they will say the car has them and they really dont. I upgraded from a 2014 impala and wanted little upgraded features which was completely my fault for trusting a car dealer and not testing it out myself.All in all kia cars are awesome and their warrantys are great. But the employees ruined our whole experience.
