I love Publix! As they say you get what you pay for and Publix is worth every dollar. Staff always friendly and courtesy. Professionals at the best! Other grocery stores could take lessons. I way gonna say all meats and seafood fresh but everything in the store is always fresh. You definitely cant go wrong shopping at Publix! Did I mention I Love ❤ 😍 💖 Publx!!!!! Im gonna reduce to 4 stars. The young lady Joncee that is working customer service was very rude. I think because I paid for everything and forgot something and was gonna pay for it there and got the eye roll so I proceeded to self check out as I was leaving I ask her name and she pointed to her name tag and I said have a wonderful night to no reply. Maybe long hours or whatever the reason you are in customer service Joncee lets act like it....

I love how professional everyone is at this location. They always have the deli cuts ready to go on time. Their butchers do a great job with custom cuts. The bakers absolutely are killing it with their specialty cakes and that garlic loaf is amazing. Id drive past multiple grocery stores to go here everytime.

This is a great grocery store. Its always clean, had convenient hours, the people are very friendly. They are well stocked and always have fresh produce. If you dont find what you are looking for just stop by the customer service counter and they will order it for you!

Best Publix around! The staff here is ALWAYS friendly and helpful, greeting you any which aisle you go down. I choose to shop Publix compared to the other local groceries because it is always clean and the selection on produce, deli, meats and frozen foods cannot be beat.

Publix, is Publix. As though saying goes, you get what you pay for. Its probably the cleanest grocery store there is, all prices are high everywhere, there is maybe just a tad bit higher. Small watermelons are $9.99. You can get them at other places for maybe $6.99.

I travel for work and usually at some point I visit a grocery store. Usually I am there for a salad for dinner one night and room snacks and such, as necessary.I found Publix, to offer the best in Class for prepared meals, sandwiches, salads, and just being a plain great grocery store. Thank you for the great wild caught salmon salad and berry crumble and quiche Publix!

Clean, organized. The employees are friendly and helpful. They have some of the best produce around, definitely recommend shopping here.

Great and clean. Stopped in to grab some lunch and came across $5 Wednesday for Sushi. It was so delicious and freshly made.

Always fresh. There is almost always an organic version. And always great customer service. I get all my fruit and vegetables there. Really a pleasure every time.

One cashier is open for check out. 15 people waiting in this line. Several self-checkout open, but people In the cashier check out did not want to use these. I use Publix because I cannot self-checkout and I need assistance with my car. This was not available today. Groceries cost so much these days as it is. I do not want to do their job when I check out. Plus these self-checkouts put cashiers out of work they need to feed their families.Ive been a Publix customer since they opened and stayed because of the good customer service. If they keep limiting cashiers and pushing self-checkout I will be shopping somewhere else.

I shopped at the Eglin location for the first time on Sunday, August 15, 2021. This would be my first and last time shopping at this location. The staff was not not welcoming or helpful. I asked this one store associate for assistance in locating a bag of frozen pineapple and blueberry, he pointed in the direction he felt they were, didn’t even ensure if it was the right location (which actually wasn’t) and just walked off. No customer service. I’m sticking with the Publix on Miracle Strip Pkwy. Just sad

This was my first shopping experience with Publix because Im from Houston, TX. I was impressed of the selection of produce available. The store was clean and well organized.

Its been here for 50 years. Only $3 for an adult to play 18 holes. I have to be honest and say that the course needs some repairs and updates. Some of the motorized features are not working like the windmill and the castle drawbridge. My ball did get stuck in a pipe at 1 point but we got it out. I wish the owner would address these issues. However, my family and I have been coming here since I was a kid and I will continue to come as long as it stays open.

I always have liked this market.Yes! Its a little more EXPENSIVE but the service isgreat. I usually find items that I cant find anywhere else.

If you think customer service is a thing of the past visit this store you will probably change your mind. All employees have always been polite and helpful. Reminds me of employees at Chick fila.

Grocery store that has been in business for decades, quite large, great bakery, super selection of most everything and plenty of parking. Butcher shop will custom cut for you and they have a large beauty and home area as well. But stop by the bakery for sure, great folks and tasty treats including free cookies for the kids if you ask

Exceptionally CLEAN inside!! Employees ALWAYS working in each department. No long lines or long wait times on busy days. They get you in & out. I love the whole teamwork spirit that Publix represents. Working together makes the day go better!

Love shopping at publix however the customer service has not been a pleasure, could at least put a smile on your face. Will continue shopping for the great deals and quality products but hate the self checkouts baging issues, have to get a clerk to put in code every time cause it says I havent bagged my items, items that wont fit in bags.

Its clean, well lit and the employees are very helpful and nice. They have a decent variety of different foods. Nice places to shop.

Today me and my wife went in too get a famous Publix sub and too our surprise we had Lewis as our sandwich artist is what I wanna call him he made not only my sub good but my wife sub and I believe that he makes them that good for every customer he gets he deserves a promotion or some kind of praise because we waited in a super long line for some of the best service we ever experienced and we where not expecting that thank you Lewis you will see me again !

Company does not honor the posted price on their products. Alcohol was marked down $6 on their sign, was posted all day this way since I didnt go into the store till 5 p.m. When I pointed that out during checkout the lady just took the sign down and wouldnt honor the price. Only gave me a $2 coupon. I will never shop at their liquor section again. I hope the $4 savings is worth losing a customer.

Clean looking and inviting. The produce and dairy sections were excellent. The staff was helpful and accommodating with questions I had and even walked me to the item location within the store. This place is a lot less hectic than Walmart and a joy to just walk around in the store.

Staff watched me like a hawk as I scanned & bagged my groceries..no greetings what so ever, just watched me like Id steal. Rather shop at walmart with the loonies than over pay & be discriminated against.

Pick up service is quick and easy. Not happy with their application with showing proper quantity of items.

Intacart ordered online for pick up. Once I arrived at the store they brought the groceries to my vehicle. My ice-cream was still frozen and everything was correct. Friendly staff too. I emptied my paperbags and another associate kindly took them back to the store for recycling.

Took about 20 minutes to get our pick up order then had to turn around because they forgot something. First time using publix pick up definitely will stick with wal mart

We always enjoy shopping at Publix. Im always impressed at the selection of available groceries in their large and well laid-out stores. The public staff are unfailingly polite and make every effort to offer help. They have an amazing machine like a phone that can tell them where anything is if they dont happen to know it which is rare. Prices are a little on the high side, but thats to be expected with the amount of stocks in Cary and the number of people they have available to serve their customers. I dont mind paying a little more when I know I can get what I need.

Though this establishment bears the name of Publix, the customer service can be tiered as two below Walmart.

This is my closest grocery store so I visit here often. They have a good selection and once you get used to the organization its not too hard to find things. The staff here is also very polite and helpful. Prices are a bit higher than others but the convenience and occasional BOGO deals are a plus.

Jim in the seafood dept. is onery, argumentative & belligerant. He must be a very unhappy person. Interacting w/him detracted from the shoppong experience. For instance, if u ask 4 four pieces of a particular kind of fish, hell make it unnecessarily confusing, and ask how many pounds. Just very curt. Behaves as though youre bothering him. Everyone else in the store is just as pleasant as they can be, but Jim has issues.

Good store for groceries and very attentive staff.

Look for interesting specialty items to try during the pandemic. Tonight we got some thick cut bacon to try. Some hickory smoked and some apple wood. Publix has a huge variety when you decide to mix it up some.

The product selection is nearly endless with lots of helpful and friendly employees.

This pubix has always been great but I had to leave a shoutout to their employee Joel. He went above and beyond to help me find something in the store by reading ingredients to find something I could safely have. It may not seem like a big deal to most people that he helped me find a drink but I’m epileptic and needed something specific to help prevent a seizure. He went way out of his way to help me even though I never said why I needed it specifically. He’s an outstanding employee and employees like him are why I love this store so much.
