I ordered my wedding cake from this Publix bakery in June this year. I have added pictures to show what I ordered (the baker had photos of my request) and included what we received.. and lastly, how the cake ended up looking after my venue fixed it(thankfully).I did meet in person to show the baker and review little details about the cake I wanted. I was assured that it was within her skill level and the cake would appear very similar.Fast forward to the day of the wedding and this bright blue atrocity is what arrived. Luckily my venue quickly repaired it.I’m really not sure what happened in the kitchen that day…I’m guessing a kindergartner was set loose on this cake. We definitely had a lot of laughs at the end of the day.I would definitely order from somewhere with more experience and would pay the extra money if you are looking for a nice/intricate wedding cake.(The flavors were correct and tasted good!)

This was our first time to shop at Publix and we were really impressed. The store was really clean and organized making shopping there enjoyable and easy to find what we were looking for. There were lots of great deals on every isle. The produce was fresh and delicious. I will definitely shop here again.

Everyone was wearing a mask and we appreciate that. All staff seemed so kind and helpful.

Best Grocery close to Okaloosa Island. They carry everything you need and there is a liquor/Beer mart in the parking lot!! All in one shopping area.

The fried chicken from here is delicious. I grabbed some for lunch a couple times that I was down there and it was one of the better fried chickens that I’ve had and I love fried chicken. The store itself is a little pricey, but I think that is just because where I live it’s not as expensive. But the store has good selections for food and drinks. The fruit was very fresh as well.

There was a long wait die to being understaffed but this place is worth a wait. They accommodate my son with celiac disease and the calzones are amazing!

Bright clean store with helpful employees. Look for the 2 for 1 sales items 2 lower cost. Meat and vegetables always look fresh. A very pleasant experience!

I overall have enjoyed my shopping at this location, so naturally I thought to use the bakery for our daughters first birthday.We ordered the minnie mouse cake that had pink and purple decorations as those where the colors of her party. Cupcake pull-a- part cake and a baby smash cake. We also added a few extra cupcakes on the side incase we needed themYall when they called us 2 days early to say the cake was ready I shouldve known we were gonna have issues again.We reminded them the correct date and they got annoyed with us that they had to redo the entire order. Then coke the day of the party my boyfriend goes to pick it up and they made it all wrong!They made the cake colors BLOOD red! There was so much food coloring on them it was pooled in the middle of the cake, the cake tasted terrible.It didnt match the theme we wanted at all. I called immediately when I saw it and it took me 4 PEOPLE to finally get a manager that did nothing but argue with me that she made it all correctly. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! She didnt offer an apology, a credit, NOTHING! She simply argued that she did nothing wrong and we got what we asked for. I will absolutely never use their bakery again. I shed my few tears as an upset and disappointed mama would, and we enjoyed our daughters bday, but I learned a very hard lesson that day.

In my opinion Publix is the very best grocery store around. Everything is easy to find, staff is very friendly and helpful and the prices are really good.

I hate it when you go in the store 40 minutes before they close and you can’t get no service because everybody’s too busy cleaning up you’re still open for 40 minutes. Everybody’s too busy standing around talking to one another the manager looked me right in the face and says nothing to me last time I ever shop at the store

Very Professional,and took care of me 50 times Quicker than WG! Shopped and picked a few items,and within 10 minutes the prescription was ready,where the other place took 4 to 6 hours at least,and might not even have the prescription.

Very clean. Customer friendly. Staff very friendly they ask to help you find whatever you need to find. I felt the prices were high. It was very difficult to get into and out of because of traffic

I asked customer service if they carried Styrofoam coolers, and was told they were in the sporting goods area. When I got back to my husband to let him know what Id found out, he told me he had gotten a cooler but not from sporting goods. It had been in the middle of the store somewhere on top of a shelf of completely unrelated items.

Honestly, the pricing isnt bad for a local grocery store. Especially how conveniently located it was from out condo. The cashier was friendly and talkative.

Publix is a nicely kept store, prices arent cheap so dont expect Walmart..that being said its fresh food and staff is extremely friendly.

Decent Publix but impossible to enjoy when tourists are in town, way overcrowded and full of annoying people from out of town in a hurry. Avoid between Apr and Oct and you may find it OK the rest of the year

Market is fine, but prices are kind of high. You can get about anything you need. Its a resort location, so I understand it being pricey.

They have a lot of fresh produce, but the crab cakes were not what I expected. They tasted nothing like what I normally eat in Kentucky Publix.

The location was nice and clean. I hate not being acknowledge at a business. It takes almost no effort to say hi, how are you, Ill be right with you. At the deli and the checknout this happened.

Great place to go grocery shopping. Ive never had any issues, always clean and organized, and the people are polite and helpful. One small warning, during the summer months it can get a little crowded. Prices are not the lowest, but location is super convenient. Overall, my trips to this store have been positive and pleasant experiences.

Good clean store, I didn’t like the bogo deals. In Alabama, each item is half off of you don’t need two items., here in Florida a single item is fullPrice.

This Publix may be a bit smaller than our other two, but their flower selection is always the best.

Got a couple things and LUCKILY I was able to checkout at customer service..the other lines had (3 of them open) lines of 3 or more people each. I didnt feel well and standing in line would have been awful.
