Just cant say enough good things about this Publix. The best most helpful staff I have ever dealt with. You can tell they like their job. Store is always exceptionally clean, well stocked and organized. Large selection. Something for everyone. Love the place. If you track the flyers closely, watching for 2 for 1 or 3 for one deals, you can save a lot. Publix brands are high quality & vakue priced.

Nice, clean Publix. Food was fresh and very good. They have the deli and hot bar open later than I expected, so this was a nics surprise. We got fresh fruit as well. As expected everything was high quality and tasty. The restrooms were very clean and well maintained.

They always have my narcotics on time! They have a pretty good selection of ice creams and they have a HOT cashier there that I noticed on the way out the door. Peace! 🧘✌️🌈🔮🦋

Ms. Edna is such a nice cashier. Before the pandemic she would prepare some of the free sampler meals. Get her back doing that please. What a great cook and employee. Mr. Hubert is also an awesome employee. I needed some specific bread type and he spent about 10 minutes helping me out. These employees put the customer first and go above and beyond.

This is my favorite Publix in FWB. I specifically go out of my way to visit this Publix. Unfortunately, being in a pandemic hot spot, and the exceptionally vulnerable people in my life that I must protect, limits my visits to less busy times and much less frequently. I miss you Publix but one day we will be reunited!!!

My wife and I went into this Publix tonight and we got some dinner from the deli. Their food was very fresh which was a surprise since we arrived later than expected (around 8pm).Next we went over to the produce section and took a look. We found a bin of small watermelons and my wife and I were try to decide which one to get. We were sharing our technique on how to choose a sweet watermelon. A few moments into this conversation a young man approached us (Drew) and asked if we needed any help.Naturally trying to prove to my wife that my method of picking watermelon was superior I asked this guy to tell us the produce secret to findingthe best watermelon. And he shared one Ive never heard until tonight. He likes to pick his watermelon based on the space between the dark green lines. He said its best around 2 fingers widthSkeptical as hell we grabbed the melon and thanked him.Boy let me tell you when we got home it was the perfect amount of sweet and juicy. I couldnt believe it. I had never heard of that trick before and Drew I will take this method everywhere.My wife and I had a lovely dinner at our AirBnB and we will be back again this week!

You can always find something new and interesting at Publix. Our. Special find this trip was twice baked potatoes with a twist. They had a LOT of shrimp and crab mixed in with the potatoes. OMG were they ever good. FYI They can be found in the seafood section of the store if you are interested in trying them.

I just came from Publix to buy a few things! Employees were very attentive and the Manager Lee even came to offer if we needed help to carry our groceries out. Good job Publix employees! I am from Connecticut and only visiting. I’m very impressed with your service!

Should really coach micheal (he worked 9/16/21 around 8:18 pm) how to talk to customers. I had ran into my old co worker and wasn’t paying attention (which is completely my fault without a doubt) and instead of pointing to me in pointed to the guy behind me and don’t even apologize that he made a mistake but was so keke with the white gentleman behind me. And then rudely told me do you wanna push the pay button. Like I’m sorry but that not how you speak to customers. Speak to us all the same.

I have never had a bad experience here. Met with a smile and a can I help you from each employee. Its the only grocery store Ive ever found that. And if you ask someone where to find an item, the employees dont just tell you. They take you to the item. My store at Sun Plaza is the best. And bravos to all the employees.

The lettuce is at Publix is usually beautiful. I accidentally bought buy one get one free for the Spring mix. I spent 30 minutes cleaning the slimy lettuce out of both of the containers and pretty much ended up with only 1 container of lettuce I do not like sales if you cant have it clean dont sell it.

Always clean, and everyone is always so friendly. The pharmacy techs greet me by name. I love my Publix!

I love shopping at Publix. Usually very food customer service, attentive staff and the BOGOs are great. I can find items stocked here that arent found at a lot of other stores. I use their app, which gives occasional discounts and makes paying touch free. I absolutely love their Italian subs! Yesterday I bought their wings to give them a third and final chance though. Save the money..consistently the worst wings Ive had. Overall, a great store. You can tell they treat their employees better than average, by the way employees treat the customers.

Publix may be a little more expensive but the BOGOs are always nice to help offset your budget. The store is always clean and the staff is always super nice and helpful. Plus there are always enough registers open to get you checked out promptly

Shopping at Publix is a positive experience. They have made some changes . They have enclosed there cold cases and added glass doors. They have also added a self check out station (4) reg. With helpful and knowledgeable staff. They are still customer service friendly. :-)

Extremely clean, busy, but management is top notch. That reflects all operation and service.

Publix is clean, spacious and the employees are so kind!The only complaint I have is the music is too loud, and on occasion, causes me to forget some things that I need because the noise makes it difficult to focus

Good store but some people at the deli has attitude even though I calmly said what sauces do you have cause I couldn’t see them

Bought two “filet mignon” steaks today. While I was seasoning the steaks I noticed a very strange whit line through both steaks that were “USDA CHOICE”. One “filet” had a VERY tough spot that I noticed as I flipped it with some tongs. After I started cooking, the MEAT GLUE became very apparent. A portion of the steak began to protrude out and completely deform like no steak is supposed to. I used to always rely on publix to provide quality steaks but I will never step foot in their store after today’s experience. LITERALLY SCAMMING THE PUBLIC TO BUY TRASH MEAT AT USDA CHOICE PRICES.

I love Publix, you can get the best sandwiches on your way to the beach along with all the rest of the stuff you are going to need for the whole day. Everything is always fresh, the fruit is the best and you can get bowls already chopped.

Place is clean but I dont appreciate having to give my ID to pay my power bill. NONE of the other Publix stores invade your privacy to pay cash. (I could understand if it was with a card.) If its a new policy, it should be posted. Review reflects wasting my time.

Called the deli if they had fried catfish available. Answered back and said no. They told me to come by in 20 mins. and it should be ready. They went out of their way to satisfy one of their customers. Oh, the catfish was REALLY good!!

Me and my family love publix..i love the wine and coffee isle..my wife love the seafood area and my daughter loves the dessert area..

I dont shop there. I get my blood pressure medication at the pharmacy. The medicine I get is free 🙂🆓. So are diabetic medications.

Shelves were bare in some areas. Lottery counter was closed because they were restocking during lunch time. The Publix on Eglin Parkway and racetrack is a nicer store.

Last minute after an ultrasound I decided to just grab a cake & get a message put on it to surprise our bigger kids with. I called & they held the last cake they had for me, then the guy did a perfect job with the color I picked to personalize it, then cover it so my son wouldnt see before we got home. Thanks so much, Publix bakery!

It’s to hard to order a sub from there deli now. Drive over multiple days and wait almost 20-30 mins to get food. Had to leave one day because almost my entire lunch break was waiting.

I love Publix! Always where I go when I want a sub - they are the absolute best! And its that time of the year - the Holiday Turkey Cranberry sub.

Always have stellar customer service and always well stocked. Were a dairy free family and this location has a wide variety of options when it comes to dairy free products.

I went to Publix on my lunch break, because they have the Best fried chicken. As I began to indulge, I realized associate gave me thighs instead of breast. Called back, Christina in Deli did an excellent job of gathering info and giving to manager. Upon my arrival, the manager Beth was extremely professional and polite. She walked with me to Deli, insured I I received correct order, and took care of my lunch cost for the inconvenience! Also wanted to mention Martha who called manager, kept me informed of progress and happily checked me out. Great job of turning around a negative shopping experience. Thats true Customer service! Ill definitely be back!!!!!
