Ordered our new quartz counters and and Thomas (TJ) and Gonzo install them today. I was very happy with Superior Granite but Gonzo and Thomas put it over the top for me. Very professional guys and answered every question or nit pick I had without a complaint. These two really put the customer first. I noticed a few marks in the stone after they left. I called them and instead of blowing me off until another day they turned around two fix them and then gave me all the product information I needed to do touch ups myself in the future. Would 100% go back with them anytime I need anything done. (I did the removal so the marks in the wall are my fault not theirs)

We worked with Ashley at the Ft. Walton Beach location. She was incredibly knowledgeable & patient during our search to replace our master bath countertop. With their more limited selection, Ashley suggested that we visit their Pensacola location where we found exactly what we were looking for. Ashley then coordinated the install which was handled by Dylan & Gonzalo who were both professional, polite & efficient! The process with Superior Granite was seamless from beginning to end & in the exact time frame given when we placed the order.

Anthony and Billy just finished my granite install. I had been in the Granite Industry for several years so I was prepared to be extra particular. Both Anthony and Billy were thorough and efficient. Superior Granite is an exceptional business. It’s been three years since I first contacted Ashley about my home remodel. She has hung in there with me the whole time. She is knowledgeable, thorough and extremely kind. They have a huge selection of gorgeous stones available for countertops and vanities and Ashley has extensive knowledge about them all and how they will perform. My install is now complete and I love everything. Thank you so much for helping me complete my project.

We are very happy with our granite and were pleased with the installation. It was faster than expected. The installers were late but their work was very good. To be honest though, service after the install has been poor. We noticed a manufacturing defect. It was a small scuff on one if the edges. We had to wait 6 weeks for an appointment and then the repair techs did not show up anywhere close to the time that was agreed upon. We felt our time was greatly disrespected. We would have rated 5 stars if it was not for the Service failures. We are sure that Superior will fix the scuff satisfactorily when they finally show up. Our only suggestion is that you cancel all plans/work on the days of install or repair because it seems their scheduling is unreliable.

We also worked with Ashley in the Fort Walton store! Ashley is very knowledgeable professional and one can tell she loves her job! She has kept us informed as the project unfolded and returns email and calls quickly. Our installers Shane and JR displayed great skill in applying the stone to our cabinets. They meticulously examined each cut to make sure the fit was perfect, and I mean perfect. We own a construction company and we are very impressed with Superior Granite from Ashley guidance in the showroom to the perfect install with Shane and JR. We will certainly recommend Superior Granite to clients, as well as, friends and family. May 12, update. Today Jim and Joshua came to complete my install of backsplashes and kitchen window sill and the experience was just a GREAT as before. The whole process from purchase to installation of our countertops was flawless. The Ft. Walton warehouse had an excellent selection and Ashley was extremely helpful. Seeing photos of how the templated counters would fit on the slab was reassuring and eliminated any concerns as to layout. Gonzalo and Dylan did an excellent job of installation. They made minor cuts on site to make sure everything fit perfectly. After they sanded and polished the seams they are hardly visible. I would highly recommend Superior Granite for anyone needing new countertops.

We shopped around for quartz countertops for our kitchen and picked up samples from a few places. Superior Granite had a large selection and found one that went well with our design and was reasonably priced. Price included installation, taxes, and removal of our existing laminate countertops. Ashley was very knowledgeable, took the time to talk with us, and promptly responded to emails and calls. She worked with us to get the sink we wanted installed. Install took a few weeks once we signed the contract, but was worth the wait. Thomas and Ashton installed quickly and the one seam that was needed is hardly noticeable. Wonderful experience, and will be going back for our bathrooms in a year or so. Shop local!

Excellent company!. I am in the process of remodeling my kitchen and with the help of Kasey at the Fort Walton office and the associates from the Pensacola Office they made it very easy. They all communicated very well together, which is hard to find when associates work at different locations. Kasey was always there to help and they all went out of there way to make sure that I was happy with the granite. I went with the leathered look with the top zero sink which is amazing. I was allowed to pick out a piece and have it leathered and if I didnt like it they would let me pick out another piece, if necessary. They strive to make there customers happy! The Installers Tim and his associate were amazing. All and all it was a great experience with a great associates.

Superior Granite truly was superior to the 2 other places we tried along with the big box stores. Their prices are fair and up front. Very easy to work with. Always available and worked on our timeline, not their own. The quality of stone and placement was impeccable. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product.

Superior just installed their Atlas quartz product in our Belle Mer condo--kitchen and four bathrooms. While we cannot yet provide an opinion on the durability of the product, what we can say is that the installation was professional, timely and extremely well executed. The kitchen counters make a number of angular turns requiring multiple pieces and resulting seams, which frankly gave us pause in our planning. The vein match was spot on, and you have to search to even find the seams. We have installed countertops in multiple places over the years, and this is hands-down the best installation we have experienced.

Lou at the Pace store was amazing. Very patient and no high-pressure sales. I wife liked the fact he was understanding that this was a big decision.The installing crew was great. They took their time and explained the process. They were very professional and did an amazing job. They ensured the counters were properly sealed, caulked, and sealed.The price point was cheaper than the competitors such at lowes and home deposit as Superior offers rip out service and haul off of the old counter included in the price.Overall this was the right decision and we are glad we went with the pros to get this work done. I chose Superior Granite because of their awesome selection of natural stones, many with gray-and-white colors and veining. I was underwhelmed by the standard answer at many other countertop companies, we dont carry many options other than quartz, thats all anyone wants these days. Not me! I am thrilled with the Artic Sky calcite we went with, it is absolutely gorgeous and we keep getting compliments on it. The service we received from Ashley was top-notch. We needed an additional hole cut for the faucet after the installation, and they sent someone out promptly. I was very pleased with our entire experience with Superior Granite and I hope to work with them again in the future.

We remodeled our kitchen last year and then our three bathrooms this year. We have been very satisfied with all of the staff at Superior Granite, from our sales person, Ashley in the Fort Walton Beach store to the installers. During our kitchen remodel we checked out all the local granite/stone countertop suppliers (Pensacola to Panama City) and chose Superior Granite for their products and price. We were able to work with Ashley in Pensacola (and later Ft Walton Beach) to select the counter top that would best suit our needs, as well as taste. She is a great asset to this company, with her knowledge and customer relations skills. It seemed that all the employees we encountered at Superior Granite were knowledgable on the product lines, and helpful during our selection process. After our cabinets were installed Mike came by to measure for the template. While here, he gave us some valuable information and heads-up on things that needed to be done with the cabinets prior to countertop installation (saved us some headaches). The installers that arrived with our countertops were courteous, polite, and professional. It took less than two hours for the install and we couldnt be more happier with the final product. We would recommend this company (and have) for any countertop purchase and installation.
