They damaged my truck while loading a toolbox. They now direct me to corporate, who directs me to a person that.does not answer the phone and does not return calls. Its been over a month and no word at all on paying for the damage they did. The incident report seems to only be a pacifier to get the customer to go away, after which they refuse any communications.

I normally have a great experience at my local harbor freight but this time unfortunately I seemed to have made Chris work too hard. I paid for my tools the total was $40 I gave Chris a hundred he tried to give me $60 singles back which I refused, seem to catch an attitude when I said that and acted like it didnt matter what I wanted. Than I said Ill use my credit card which caused him more grief, in the end he walked to his office to get change by the way his register needed anyway. Sorry to make you do your job buddy, and its people like that that ruin a good business.

Alot of things you can stock up on that works just as well as name brand and half the cost. Management is a little crabby at this location, but they do get run ragged.

If you need it, they probably have it. Good prices, usually cost saving coupons available. Not always enough of specific items of sale items, but its a good place.

Just have to watch what you buy. I bought a pair compressor about 10 yrs ago from harbor freight thing still runs like a champ

Bought an automotive battery charger here 2 yrs ago the first one did not work at all, the second one worked great once. So I made sure I paid for the replacement plan. 2 yrs 3 months later I need to charge my battery in the gmc and nothing. Only used once and now it doesnt even work crazy, and cant even replace it now. Will never spend another penny at this place.

So this is a tough one because most of the products here dont deserve 1 star. But the prices are 5 star prices.Certain products are ok to buy here ie. Tarps, rope, sand paper, nails for pin nailers that sort of stuff but nothing electrical.

Pretty good place to spend too much time and money. Double check your receipt before driving off to make sure something wasnt double scanned at checkout.

A lot of rain outside. Several shoppers though including me. Very well stocked.

I understand the long lines but having 3 other employees watching one cashier check out 6+ people makes no sense to me. Then as Im standing there the manager and a supervisor walk right by and look at the cashier and do nothing. Never again, save your sanity and go elsewhere.

Harbor freight is always cool i could spend my entire life in a harbor freight if I had to but the people that work at this harbor freight are gonna have to go. How could you be so miserable surrounded by all those tools.seems wierd to me.

9 out of 10 times, HF will have the item in stock. Prices are good, coupon system is all screwed up. Workers are knowledgeable on most things. No complaints !!!

Harbor freight is only good for certain items. Some stuff is a geat price while others are a rip off. Your out of your mind if you want me to pay $85 for the Harbor Freight Hercules 12V drill when I only paid $65 for my Milwaukee 12V drill combo... Bauer and Hercules are sometimes more than Milwaukee, Makita, and Dewalt tools. Save your money and go with the brands you can trust at a big box store. I wouldnt buy any bits or power tools here, but I would buy certain hand tools.

This location does not enforce their mask policy. There were half a dozen customers walking around without masks and when asked why they arent enforcing the rule the employees just shrugged their shoulders and didnt say anything. You cant make people wear a mask but you can refuse to check them out. Its an easy solution but they obviously dont care about the safety of their customers. This is why Florida has the worst covid numbers in the nation.I will not be coming back.

Great prices on hand tools. If used properly, the tools should last a long time. If something does break, simply take it back for immediate replacement. If you need a pry bar, dont buy a screwdriver. Surprising stock of trailer/towing accessories at good prices. Staff is friendly and will help out if you ask. In all honesty, I recommend they become more familiar with store layout and products offered.

Purchashed a angle grinder and chainsaw wheel for use in root removal. Great establishment, quality service with a smile.

Most of the tools sold at Harbor Freight will hold up for the average homeowner. You certainly cannot beat their prices. They have a lot of items you cant find at other stores. They are always having sales on the weekends and there are a lot of coupons available to save you even more money. One of my favorite coupons is the free item with the purchase of any item.

My wife describes Harbor Freight as TJ Maxx for men. I stop here regularly whether I need something or not. Great deals on a lot of tools and the coupons are great.Some of their cheaper power tools are of a lower quality than the big brands, but theyve been raising the bar on their higher end brands. If its a tool Im only going to use once or twice, you cant beat the Chicago Electric brand. They also offer lifetime warranty replacement on all of heir hand tools.The store itself is always in good shape and the associates are super friendly and helpful. Definitely check them out.

Welll stocked tool store with friendly cashiers and staff. Ideal for the homeowner with light use of tools. Great prices especially with the endless coupons. Free giveaway coupons of little trinkets keep me coming back in. The quality of the tools, in general, is not the best but thats okay considering the prices. I just consider the low price a long-term rental.

Always helpful staff great place to pick up tools. Although you get what you pay for sometimes... Theyve always taken care of a broken tool or equipment. Staff is surprisingly knowledgeable about exactly what your looking for or will find someone who does!

Has lots of tools. Varying quality, so do your research 1st. Sometimes you need a high quality tool that will last for years. Sometimes you just need a tool for occasional use. With the huge selection you can find what you need. Associates are helpful and friendly. Store is really clean and well organized. Parking is limited, but you can park your motorhome, or big truck nearby.

Harbor freight is what it is. Lower price tools that are lower quality but for the average homeowner they work just fine. Most my corferd tools are from here and still working!

Great place to shop for tools. This store was fully stocked (better than other Harbor Freights). The service was great. There was always an employee near by to help you find a certain tool. Check out was fast and smooth. I like the 20% off coupon on one item and the free gift on any purchase.

Harbor Freight Tools always has good deals on tools you need. Not always the best tool you can buy but, a tool when you need it.

This place is great for a decent selection of tools and odd and ends. The products range from lower end to better. You get what you pay for, however most of the lower end items are actually not a bad deal at all and will withstand light to normal household use. Harbor freight is not skimpy with the coupons either.

Buy lots of stuff from them. Love shopping there!

Harbour Freight has a large variety of good quality tools and guy things. Check out the reviews on things at their web site to sort the good, better and best deals. For something like a pry bar that you only use once, or work gloves that dont have to be the priciest, you can find some good deals. There is an Ap for coupons and closets that you should ALWAYS use to save big bucks! Highly recommended!!!

One of my regular stops!They have a huge variety of tools and supplies here, and a very reasonable prices.Most tools have a very good warranty option that is rather affordable. I shop here at least once a month for supplies to run my business.

Same hardware as the one I went on Panama City however, the management or staff seem unfriendly in this branch and are not very helpful. There was one incident when I had to get a managers attention because one of the employees is simply making it extra hard for me to purchase an item that was discounted due to the difference in color and I had to hold the line at the register going back and fourth at the shelves just so I can grab the tag barcode! That wasnt even enough! She also could have easily grabbed a coupon from her book but instead she opted to tell me I should have with me (its a common free flashlight coupon!). I also gotocked in this store before by a Skilling manager who looked up me stupid because I didnt leave right away after making a purchase as I looked at the shelves to see if I needed anything else.
