Very clean and organized. Employees are all very helpful. Has a little bit of everything that a person could need for that project. Prices are extremely reasonable on everything. If you cant find it then employee is always available to help. Give them a try.

I sure would like to know who prices the items in the store. Everything is practically full blown retail. Most items are way overpriced. I’ve been to other restores and they are not near as bad. Anyone that says their prices are good does not know anything about true value. I think there needs to be a change in management. Never going again.

Great place wonderful prices and very nice friendly service. Will definitely return most of your needs for your home. Furniture and doors and kitchen tables and shelves picture and trim new things every day. Its like finding the diamond in the ruff

Prices seem really steep here. Half of this stuff I could probably buy new for the same price or even cheaper. $175 for a small used TV. Really???EDIT: Just visited Franciscan Family Thrift and they are selling a slightly larger TV for $50. 🤷‍♀️

My family called the ReStore to collect the remains of my grandmother’s estate sale. I was absolutely amazed by their punctuality (they beat ME to the location!) and they absolutely could not have been more helpful or friendly. In fact, they went out of their way several times to thank me for donating, when I was truly the grateful one. Watching your grandparents’ belongings go out the door is an emotional event, and I was so comforted by their demeanor, I just felt like I had to leave a review. I will absolutely recommend this place to everyone from here on out!

Didnt have what I needed to day but, had lots of other fun things! New location looks great! Much easier to walk through, and really see everything. Even has items that are brand new with tags on furniture items. Really need to start more projects so I can go back and scoop up on some landscape bricks and rock veneer too!

I live an hour north of Fort Wayne, and regularly use the Goshen Habitat for Humanity ReStore. I thought there was none better than that. But this new Fort Wayne store truly Rivals it! Really nice merchandise, wonderfully staffed. Everyone was so helpful, so friendly and kind. I really enjoyed my visit there and came away with a few Treasures!

Most ReStore are geared to 50 to 75 % off. The one in Fort Wayne expects to get retail prices or the management doesnt know pricing. Ceramics tile 2 dollars a PC. Makes it $30.00 for one box of 15 piecesAluminum drip edge one 8 and damaged.rhe other about 4 not exactly a match $2.00 each. Go to Indy, or out on 30 towards S. Bend. They have better prices.

Was a whole lot better before moving. Little inventory as far as for contractors and rehabbers. But hey on the bright side, if your foreman needs a purse....they have a whole wall of them!

Zero stars....I applied for assistant for a habitat house. Single mom of two. Went to college got my associate degree. School loans cause my debt to income ratio to be ruined. So could not get normal home loans. So I thought maybe through them I could receive help. Due to having other debts they would not help me. Instead they focused on helping the non English speaking Burmese sitting next to me. So unbelievable. I refuse to give a cent or a can to this organization. Thanks for nothing.

More things there than I thought there would be!! Some new things, and the used things are good - wonderful quality!! Wish we would have shopped here instead of the 2nd hand store we went to for bedroom furniture for our daughter. We would have saved a great deal of $$$, and benefited a worth while ministry.

Review №25

They are doing good for the community . The Goshen store has a much better selection. It would be a good idea for the manager to get on the phone and start asking cabinet companies to donate the old ones they take out when removing old cabinets, call local remodelers and ask for the items they remove when remodeling. The store looks like they rely on single homeowners for their donations so pickings are slim compared to the Goshen store. Fort Wayne is a big town and there is a lot of work my builders/remodelers, cabinet sellers to explode that store. Then the people who fix up houses and or their rentals would be in that store spending . That’s what I see in Goshen. I run into people who own rentals all the time and they are buyingI was disappointed to see they built a new store at a huge cost rather than finding an existing building.

Thought Id give it another try .Sink and faucet combo we bought had defective faucet. Like split open from freezing defective not dripping defective .Nice young man on the phone said return for in store credit .I told him we just put new basket strainers etc on the sink how about I return just the faucet .OK but only half credit then . Sounds fair says I .When I returned to the store the young man was not to be found of course so I was relegated to the brusque short haired lady that runs the joint .She informs me that normally they dont back their faucets they are in the sink selling business and the faucets are a bonus .Thats well and good if its stated somewhere which it isnt .So anyway she did me the favor of honoring her employees word .When I got to the register I found she gave me credit for half the vanity sink which was cheaper than the kitchen sink . The girl said thats all they could do because they didnt know which sink it came off of .My thought is if you cant tell a kitchen faucet from a vanity faucet you should not be manageing a building supply store .This was not that big a deal except for all the wasted labor uninstalling the sink .This is the overall tone of the place however trying to squeeze every last nickel out it seems .As a retired contractor I would suggest that other contractors donate to Salvation Army or St Vincent De PaulJoe Zink
