I came in for help on securing my wigs. I sweat a ton and the headbands werent staying. They took the time to help me out! Left with a glue to try and hair wash and conditioner! Definitely reccomend and will come back!

I love this store! The employees are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable on all of the products. Nothing is cluttered and it’s all very organized. The wig selection is very diverse—with a multitude of styles, length, colors, brands, densities, etc. I’m never shy to ask for help or made to feel embarrassed on any of the products I’m looking for. I’ve been treated rudely by the same older lady on 2 occasions. 1 year ago I went in to shop and asked for help and she acted as if I was a bother to her, walking away each time when I asked to see hair instead of trying to help me, Finally I just bought some hair spending $265.00 and I left. After that I took my business somewhere else and gave them my $200-$300 very 2 months. Again tonight I said okay since it is a black owned business, I decided to give it another chance and take my business there tonight. The moment I walked in the door, the same woman says to me, “do you know what you want cause we closing?” Mind you it was 645pm. Then as she walked to the register she says to the other employee, “it never fails every time we try to get out of here on time people want to come in.” The other shopper and I felt so out of sorts. She too said she was there to support a black owned business wow. And people ask why black businesses fail. I’m sure some people may have good experiences there and it may depend on who’s working in there at the time. But my God we all want to get home from work, but we all need to make a living also. The least she can do is put on a smile and say “ can I help you find what you need, we’re closing in 15 minutes. I only bought some of what I needed and thought you know what, I can take my money down the street instead of being talked to like I’m a bother. I left and went and gave the next supply store my $282.00.

The remodeling is awesome. Things are organized. Store is clean. Ample parking. Decent space for wheelchair. Cashier was very helpful and she was a pleasant. Ill definitely return.

This was my first experience buying a wig. The staff was so helpful and they stayed within my budget. I tried on so many wigs not knowing what I wanted and they were so accommodating. They gave my tips on how to care for it and their prices were very reasonable. They were honest on what looked good and what didnt and I appreciated that so much! I will definitely be going back.

This is why its hard to support Black Business! Even though covid has clouded the minds of many from a business prospective there are tax benefits that you can take as a business to mitigate losses. If you will not refund or exchange goods that are not as advertised figure out a way to compensate people for certain goods that would not be known of there unacceptable quality until after purchased and opened. Provide displays so people know what theyre buying! Include to return or lack there of policyn on the RECIEPT! COMMUNICATE THIS INFORMATION!!! Aside from signs people are not paying attention to! Needless to say I will not return and this business will never receive any referrals or monies from me!

I LOVE ❤️ DIVA BEAUTY Theyre always nice, knowledgeable of their store and give good suggestions whenever I ask for help in regards to my locs. For a beauty supply store this place is big and STOCKED AND SUPER SUPER CLEAN There is absolutely no reason you shouldnt be able to find what you need from there, whether you do hair as a profession or just need something for home.

Poor customer service. Told me hair was discontinued that my client had purchased 2 days before which I ended up finding myself. When my client and I rang out the young man told my client I was being difficult for no reason because I asked if we could split the total (which he ignored me when I asked and told my client the whole total anyways). After ignoring his rude remark he continued to make smart remarks while I paid for products. I will never patronize this place again. Their poor attitude was unnecessary when we were actually being pleasant.
