Ive been a regular at this store for years. Sadly, its a challenge to find extensions that matches my hair color. Some of the workers are great, others, terrible. Well today, will be the LAST time I spend my hard earned money to support a business that consists of workers speaking another language speaking ill of you. Then, after the Spanish small guy made rude remarks about me, in his native tongue, his assistant got very defensive about how there will never be my color. I nearly stormed out. She ended up helping me, and found something for me, but best believe, with that attitude, Ill use someone elses service. Im DONE!

The workers are very rude and they try to rush you to get your merchandise quickly.

So disappointed that you as a store would tell me to wear a mask but yet your employees are not even properly wearing one. When informed that she was not wearing a mask correctly she admitted to knowing but still insisted I wear one!! Years of business LOST!

Some can be nice but other are rude and where is kim and the dog???

The employees seem to be kinda mean and as if they could care less if you would buy anything from them in their store or not. If you dont know exactly what you need from there then all I can say is that I wish you the best of luck! Id rather take a wild guess at what Im purchasing from these ppl than dare ask one of them for help and act hateful the ENTIRE time their around you. On the other hand however they sure do have one of the largest (if not the largest) selection around. And they will usually have whatever it may be that your looking for in stock too! Its not too bad of a place as long as ur capable of not letting the employees behavior and attitude not get to you.
