Cannot stress enough how lovely the aromatherapy lotions are!!! And the service is just as good as the lotion! If you are trying to smell rich and beautiful go here!

My experience was great at the Glenbrook Mall Bath & Body Works the only problem is is theres nothing coconut which is mine and my daughters favorite and everybody loves it when they come to the house so Im thinking that coconut should not be gone but everything else was good its just hard to find the visor clips theyre kind of I dont have any of them there

One of the workers at this location is really pushy and doesnt leave you alone the whole time you are shopping. The other workers are just fine its just the older lady. Its a really nice store with lots of options but I had to give it 2 stars just because of the pushy lady.

Store was well lit and well stocked. A few of the associates left a bit to be desired. Otherwise, I feel you cant go wrong at B&BW. I especially love their aromatherapy line. They always make for great gifts.

The best candles & the best body creams!!!! I have horrible dry skin in the winter time and always have since I was little, then later in life I stuck to their creams and it’s the only thing that keeps my skin not irritated! My favorite is Vanilla Bean Noel & I stock up at Christmas time to last me al year 😍

Scented masks are now in. Smells great all day while u wear ur mask for Covid! Big hit!

My husband bought item for my birthday gift last two years ago. The hand sanitizer, body lotion, shower gel caused me got bad hives, rashes, burned, itchy and confusion! The bath and body works have bad chemicals inside. I threw them away. I will NEVER use them ever again! They are bad business and need to shutdown! It can harm to human beings! Boycotting Bath & Body Works!

This happened a while ago, I am sure they have new staff now. I do have to get something off my chest. I had an extremely rude cashier when I was getting a gift for my mother. Her words were incoherent and she was being especially unprofessional. She treated customers poorly. I have to give one star feom my experience. A customer should never be treated the way I was treated. I am not that much of a complainer, but I have to get this off my chest. I am sure she most likely got fired soon after.

I had found a perfect candle scent (a Christmas one) during their semi-annual sale and then as I checked out, they told me this scent shouldn’t have been put there. And then proceeded to suggest other scents that are similar. I then saw that they were sold out of that scent I chose online. They never gave further reasoning why they couldn’t sell the one I picked out.

Theyre new sweater weather perfume is on POINT!!! New favorite for the season!!

Im in love with all of their products! Started off buying the lotions and body sprays, but the candles and plug-ins are awesome as well. My daughters also are addicted to their products. My boyfriend even enjoys using the mens scents! I always take advantage of the deals I receive through Email as well as the coupons that are mailed to me monthly. They have great sales at times that are helpful in stocking up on different products, otherwise it can get expensive

The cashiers were very helpful! But I have shopped here for years and I never get coupons and that makes me unhappy but clerks let me have 20 percent off anyway and ever year they tell me I will get coupons but have yet to get any on phone or in mail

Every time they have an awesome deal, my wife goes and somehow we are broke afterwards. She smells pretty good though, so I wont complain. They have the goto scents when it comes to candles, soaps etc. Not going to lie, their guy selection is pretty sweet. White citrus is my favorite.

Bath & body works needs to move into a larger location... It is too small for all the products that they have and all of a customers thats in the store. I have to leave every time without any products because its too many ppl in such a small store.....It gives me an anxiety attack*
