While I didnt find what I needed today, I have to comment on the professionalism of Hollywood Beauty! I never feel as if Im being followed, everyone is eager to help, there is a huge selection of everything from hair and hair products to beauty products and clothing items. The atmosphere is always upbeat and you can tell the employees genuinely care about their job and the business they work for. That is hard to come by! I appreciate their efforts to keep us safe by adhering to the Governors orders for masks amd social distancing. I highly reccomend Hollywood Beauty!

Ordered off website and when i got to the location all the things i ordered was not available in store. I dont understand how you can order something on the website and its not in the inventory in the store.. Anyway ruined my Christmas holiday now I have to wait until my money is refunded to my card which will be after the holiday.

How do you have a parking lot full of people and youre supposed to open at 9? Its almost 9:30 and youre still not open. Poor customer service and unfortunately, there are very few options on the south side of town. SAD!

Looking for face cream didnt have it

I have been scammed by the employee at this store and the second I brought the situation up to the manager guess what I was asked to not come back because I wouldnt accept store credit why should I accept store credit for money that was stolen from me when I told him that I have proof I was hung up on so shop at the store at your own riskAnd also Im just reading some of the other reviews that were left here am I noticed that the only people that are leaving good reviews about this stores are people that work and or are associated with the family of the people that work at this company the truth is they over charge you for everything in the store if you Google it youll see it for yourself and they will coerce you into buying things you dont need if you dont know what youre doing they will help you into paying for things you dont need to fatten their own pockets just wanted to add that you dont have to believe me if you dont want to Google it for yourself and see for yourself

Todays visit was was different then just a few days ago. today I was greeted immediately and asked if I needed help and later asked if I was finding everything okay. The other day I had several employees walk by me and not say anything. one point I was looking at wigs and was waiting for somebody to help me when an employee walk by me and didnt say anything.I could have asked for help I understand but since an employee walked by me and saw I was looking I figured my business wasnt wanted. That was New years day. But today 1-4-20 I had a very good experience. Employees were friendly and helpful, even though you could tell they were busy from recent delivery and restocking. One employee even apologized for all the boxes as they were restocking.

I could not walk down two aisles before they started questioning me about what I needed. They were basically rushing me out of the store. If diva beauty supply was NOT closed i would have never went there.Tacky ass weave and overpriced products.Management kissed girlfriend in front of customers.Not ALL black people steal.I had $300 to spend but felt harassed and left.Only had a wallet And NO PURSE.Not going back!

They Are taking advantage of people during this Pandemic charging $1 for masks...They Pay Maybe $6 Or $7 a box at the most $10 And There Charging a $1 Im Sure its a Good 50 to 100 Masks in the box ...thats Rediculous..People already Are struggling and they wanna make more Money Off of them ..They Buying from your store you Cant afford to give them a Mask to shop There??

I personally feel like this franchise beauty supply store is taking advantage of being only 1 of a few in this city. I received really nice service from the lady that helped me but its really sad that the upper management or owners dont understand & appreciate good quality patronage from good paying customers. (especially when we decide to shop in their store!) Other stores I usually shop at dont stand by a customer and hawk out their every move and rush us out like our ability to be a good returning, paying customer is a total inconvenience to them! Sadly I felt rushed and diminished like my time in their store was a total waste of their time! He treated me as if I only came to browse & steal! While I still made a purchase but I may never purchase there again! I spent my time in there to buy items not just browse or steal and that is how I was left feeling!! (Side note: No person should be made to feel bad about browsing, it should naturally come as the 1st step to buying even if one doesnt!) So sad because some items are nice but the curtious customer service took a very bad turn!!

Great wig selections and the staff is super helpful in helping me find styles they dont even stock. The hair product selection IS small, but the customer service is always A1.

Workers there are super nice and helpful, I go there every month and they are always happy to help or give advise.
