Worst company on the planet. 8 years ago when we bought our bed the salesperson lied and told us that the warranty was a 20 year UNLIMITED warranty. I guess that is my fault for believing him in the first place.3 years after purchase we needed an air bladder to replace one that was leaking. At that time I was told that we would have to pay $80 for that bladder. When I explained what the salesperson told us, the lady on the line laughed and said well, our sales people have been known to FUDGE on the warranty. And to be glad I did not need the air pump! WHAT?? You KNOW they are lying and they are still employees??? Very unethical.Fast forward to last week. My remote stopped working. Contacted sleep number to get a new one and was told that I would HAVE to buy a remote and air pump package that cost $80. I did not NEED the pump!! But they knew they had me, and I had no choice but to buy it, or throw the bed away. They even charged me shipping on a part that was under warranty! I have managed a furniture and appliance store for 15 years. NEVER have we charged a customer shipping on a product that was under warranty!! I sell Sealy, they give a 100% 10 year warranty on all of their mattresses. If you ever need a bed....stay away from Sleep Number. They do not care about after sale support and warranty coverage.
Alyssa was wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend Sleep Number beds to everyone. Weve had one for 7 years and look forward to our new bed that has different features. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

Horrible experience and a waste of money waited a month for my bed to be delivered first night we slept on the bed it didnt even seem close to the one we layed on in the store a week later we discovered it was leaking called customer service they sent out new parts set up to have a technician come out and replace parts. They call and give us a 3hour window of when they will be here 3-6 pm they showed up at 12pm my son answered door and asked them to wait outside until he got me and also needed to put our dogs in another room the techs proceeded to hold the door open and force there way in to my house i confronted them about it and they responded with profanity and ended with me telling them to leave when they left they tried to take the parts for my bed that had been shipped to my house. Its been a horrible experience and regret purchasing a sleep number. Called customer service they wrote down everything i told them but feel like nothing will be done and that sleep number doesnt care about backing up there product. Only had the bed a little over 2 weeks and im ready to return it only problem with that is i paid over $5k for my bed if i return it they will only give me $1900 back there 100 day trail hardly seems like a trial to me. I think your 100 day trial wood cover the product being defective but even then its not returnable and even though your product is defective im stuck paying a $200 return fee and dont get refunded my $200 dollar delivery fee
Great experience stopping in at this location. We were welcomed by Tommy and the guy is absolutely fantastic at what he does. Would highly recommend anyone to stop in and see their team before making a final bed decision. Sleep Number is AMAZING
Great sales team but service on repairs is not very comfortable.
Would not recommend. Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service from this company. Delivery date (now over two months from original purchase date) keeps getting pushed and the company is completely unapologetic.
Oh mine gosh the best bed we have ever gotten. I get up without my back killing. Husband is sleeping so much better. Well worth the money. Employees were great.
My Wife and I bought a I10 sleep number bed the other day. Tommy, the store manager hooked us up, very professional, fun, and welcoming. We will continue to come back for years to come. The staff also was awesome and friendly. What a great store and experience
Since we all have to social distance right now, I never actually went into the store. However, I spent some time talking with a manager Tommy on the phone. He was a pleasure to work with, answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease with my purchase.

Samantha was the best of answering and giving us so many details on the Sleep Number 360! She represents Sleep Number well as she is a believer having 5 of her own and just recently getting one for her camper! Her parents and Aunts and Uncles also have changed to Sleep Number on her testimonys!! I would recommend her as the one to talk too! She loves the company and people and has worked for them 10 years! They should know she is the one to sell us on buying Sleep Number 10!! Can’t wait till we get it!!
Came in to find a new pillow. I purchased one that ended up not being what I had hoped for, it was very easy to return and try a new pillow. Thankfully the second pillow is working great! But if it hadnt worked, there would have been no problems with returning. Both employees that I encountered each time I came in were very helpful and informative! My friend recommended me to come, I dont know why I never thought to try sleep number for a new pillow. Sleep number is not just about beds, they have a great selection of pillows for all different sleeping styles.

Ive purchased a bed, pillows, and sheets from here. We love that each side of the bed is adjustable. Weve tried several other brands of sheets on our sleep number but they would always keep falling off. We finally bit the bullet and bought the Sleep Number brand. Even though they are a little pricey they are definitely worth it as they do not fall off. We also got our pillows from the Sleep Number store. Again they are a little bit more pricey than regular pillows but they are well worth it. Everybody in the store was very nice and not overly pushy. All around a great experience..

My air pump went bad. I went in and found out I still had warranty on my bed that I bought back in 2005. Kyle did not try to sell me a new bed but informed me of the warranty. I called and got a new pump on the way. It did cost me a little but cheaper than a new bed. Thank you sleep number.
I bought a sleep number bed from this store on 4/21/17. We talked at length about everything we would need, such as mattress, base and legs. After over 2 hours, trying different beds, and discussing needs we decided to purchase. Again we spoke of all the components we would need. I received my MATTRESS today, NO BASE, NO LEGS!!!! The salesman, Tyler P, FORGOT to add them!!! How do you forget Half of the bed?Customer service at home office, is attempting to make right, but at this time, I have a only mattress on my floor!
Comfort of bed is outstanding, however, if you have any problems plan on spending countless hours on the phone. Customer service is terrible. Also, if you have a dual band modem sleep IQ will not work without intervention of your internet provider. One side of our bed did not work. After hours on the phone finally got it working. They never offered to send anyone out to take a look at it. For the price and service after sale, I would think twice before purchasing.
Tommy knew the products and didnt push the must expensive bed. He cared about what would work for me.
