Asa was knowledgeable and personable as he found the set we needed, and he worked out a very good price, as I moved from a full to queen bed. The gentlemen who delivered were on time and professional as they made the switch. They were a great help, as I am disabled. It has been one month since we bought our mattress from Mattress Warehouse and we love it as much as we did the day we bought it. Asa helped us pick out the Azalea mattress, which has proven to give us both a great nights sleep. Asa was very helpful in answering all of our questions, he was attentive but not pushy. We received free and flexible delivery which was very helpful in our move. Very happy with the price. We went looking for a mattress for our apartment. Nicole Scott from the Illinois Rd store sent us to Patrick St-Pierre, because she thought He might have what we need, and took the time to call ahead for us. Even though we were looking at the least expensive mattress, Patrick still treated us like we were a priority, and we got our mattress. Very happy with the price. Would definitely recommend going to see them.

We came to Mattress Warehouse after our neighbors recommended checking it out. We loved it! We were looking for a queen mattress for our bedroom. We purchased a temperpedic and also purchased a new queen mattress for the guest room. Asa helped us find the bed that was right and wasnt pushy. Delivery was prompt and they hauled away the old mattresses.We loved shopping local, and got a great deal on the guest room queen.

I had gone to two other mattress shops before I stumbled into Mattress Warehouse. I was greeted by Asa (the king of customer service). You see, Asa is unlike the other customer service reps that I had encountered earlier in the day. He delivered honest facts and opinions, rather than just trying to sell me the most expensive mattress like the other guys. He didnt follow me around like a lost puppy, but instead kept a fair distance and commented when deemed appropriate to avoid coming off as too eager. He was seriously awesome and made my Mattress-buying experience such a breeze.Not only that, but the guys that delivered my mattress were equally as wonderful. Known as the Old Guy and Moose, these two were so incredibly friendly AND helpful. Not only did they take my old mattress and frame away and out of my hair for me, but they also brought my new Niagara adjustable frame (not purchased from Mattress Warehouse) up a flight of stairs and into my apartment for me. They even made sure that it was set up correctly! Honestly, I dont know what I would have done without them.Anyway, what Im tryyying to say, is that Mattress Warehouse employs only the best. Good, honest people. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I went in to purchase a more expensive mattress after doing research on models at home. When I told them more about myself and my health I was shown a couple mattresses that I was told had better results for people with severe pain. They were half the cost. With the money I saved I got an adjustable base which is a game changer for me. They were honest and helpful. I would reccomend them to anyone. This is my choice of place to buy again in the future.

My parents needed a new mattress and my mom decided she was ready to shop for one. Our first stop was Mattress Warehouse on Illinois Road. Kevin greeted us upon entry, asked us what we were looking for, and listened to exactly what my mom wanted. She was looking for a firm, supportive mattress that wasnt so tall that she needed a ladder to get into it. Kevin quickly showed her the difference between a coiled and foam mattress and when mom decided she wanted coils, he then showed her several options in her price range. We were in and out of the store in less than 30 minutes and delivery was scheduled. We purchased the mattress during the late afternoon on a Saturday and the mattress was delivered that Monday. Awesome experience, great selection, and we will all be referring our friends to Mattress Warehouse! Thanks Kevin!

I stopped here on my recent mattress shopping experience. I went here, Mattress Firm, and Mattress Warehouse. While the salesman here was not a creeper like Jason at Mattress Firm. He just was not helpful. He avoided me for awhile. Then when he finally came up to me...he just did not seem to care. I ended up at American Mattress and it went much better.
