We found a nice mattress and it didnt take long at all. The service was great and I would recommend this store. They had it in stock so we took it home the same day.

Extremely rude service. Walked up to the door, which was deadbolted because the wind was blowing it open, but as we were determining if they were really open, or if the lock had popped out, or what happened, the employee walked up and in disgust yelled Just hold on!! It was such an imediate turn off, we just said no thanks and left. Cant comment on their mattresses, but their employee today needs some customer service skills

I told the salesperson (Kevin) what I was looking for, with emphasis on staying within my budget and I was treated with great professionalism and personalized attention to what I needed to accomplish with this sale. American Mattress may be the last mattress store I ever need to look for when buying new beds. When I went in there looking for a new twin mattress and box springs for my daughter it was a very easy experience. Nathan took good care of us and took the time to ask my daughter how she sleeps so that she could get the right mattress. He could have sold us something more expensive, but instead sold us what we could afford and what would be best for her sleeping habits within that budget.Additionally, he went out of his way to make the delivery work for our schedule.I would certainly shop there again and would recommend anyone else give them a chance.
