I bought a used table and went with A-1 to move it and set it up. They were very professional and friendly! They also inspected the table thoroughly to let me know if it had any issues! I would highly recommend these guys to anyone

I purchased a used table from Greg from A1 he was very helpful I gave him a pretty tight deadline on when I would like to have the pool table delivered. He met all expectations and actually had it delivered and set up a day before I asked for it to be done. His son was part of the set up crew he was very knowledgeable and and finshed the job at 9pm on a Friday night they then had a 1hr and 45 min drive back home I would highly recommend their services thanks Greg and staff for making my party complete

Greg knows EXACTLY what hes doing! He is fast and efficient, my table is perfect! I knew nothing about purchasing a pool table before I called A-1. So far the owner called me personally, they have the best prices in the whole city, and they are working really well with my schedule. The service people included the owners son, and they were personable, professional, and did the job quickly and efficiently.Ill add to this review when the entire job is done, but as far as pool table repair under 500.00 I couldnt suggest these folks more. My tab is 350.00 and they are using GOOD materials, and they systematically explained and educated me on the entire pool table type, its variants, and even some history. THANK YOU GUYS!!

Got my table moved extremely fast, perfectly level, highly recommended!

I had them to install new rails and rubber .recover the table and check the pockets... i hab soft squishy rails one is slightly lower than the others bad corners. .. the table was not cleaned so there is a slight hump at the pockets . i would not use them again. ..i feel i got ripped off ..verry unprofessional job

I answered a craigslist ad for a table and after I told them I wanted it they surprised me with a $300 increase! They said the real price was on their website. I wanted the table so I paid the extra money in cash. After I gave them the cash They helped me load it up in the truck and they told me that the sticks they showed me weren’t the ones I was getting and gave me old bar cues instead. Unbelievable! I didn’t want them to install it because of all of the bad reviews on their service. I hope when I assemble the table it actually is okay. When I complained about the sticks they said they would switch them back but at this point I don’t want to go back. They can keep them.

Well, there is the lone review on this business; a one star review from two years ago. I thought I would give them a chance since it was just one bad review two years ago, right?I was having my basement re-floored and wanted my pool table to be handled by professionals. I had a tight schedule so I called 4 companies and was upfront with them about the schedule. Three were apologetic but could not help us because one of the moves was to be on a Saturday. A-1 said no problem; repeatedly.They showed up on time to move the table initially. Two people came with some of those $10 floor sliders you buy at Menards. I was concerned but they drove out to do the job so I let them. In short, as they pushed my table across the concrete floor (which those sliders are NOT designed to do) the front legs of the table were vibrating under the stress. I had to point it out to them to make them stop. Even though I was pretty unhappy I kept it to myself. On the way out the door they said give us a call to which I replied, why would I call you? you are scheduled to be here on Saturday at 6pm. They agreed and left.On Sat the floor was proceeding faster than scheduled so I called A-1 at 3pm to tell them they could come anytime that evening from 3pm forward. They did not call and did not show.The flooring people were coming back and I had to have that table moved so I hired a REAL company to come out and move the table. They were kind enough to dig me out of the hole A-1 purposefully put me in.Monday, they finally called and left me a message saying that they knew I was scheduled for Saturday and now they are calling so when do I want them to come out? I dont. Your crappy floor sliders are on my front porch being watched by my security camera. Feel free to stop out and get them A-1.Needless to say, I would go elsewhere. It seems two year old reviews are very accurate.

The first time I needed A-1, I was in a real emergency. But the owner, Greg saved my annual party from being a bust on an almost last minute call. I had my pool table in the shop and a new one in its place just a few hours before the party - at which I invited a lot of people to check out my new basement bar and extra wide and tall pool table area.

Great prices. Work looks very professional.

Awesome pool tables and all around great people

Dont us them! They stole a ring (a wedding band) from my house. It was on the table before they came and gone when they left. Called and they said look more and call us back. Not only did it take a week of going back and forth, they were late and the stole something expensive that we have to replace soon.Police report was made but not very helpful if they dont try to pawn it.Dont call these people and never turn your head when they come over!!!

They stole a $400 camera from my house AND a valuable collectors DVD! When I got home it was obvious they had entered my PRIVATE bedroom AND had gone through things.
