From beginning to end, the Tredway team over communicated, over serviced, and over achieved. We really have to thank the entire Tredway team for all that they did. Sure, John is who you will talk to the most regarding initial design, $$, schedule, etc., but it is Darryl, Ray, Joe, and the rest of the guys that are moving the dirt and installing. All of Tredway endured my constant questions. And while the final design isnt dramatically different from the first time we met, the team was nimble enough for a few changes. Make sure you do your research...do you want fiberglass or vinyl liner (we chose fiberglass). Chlorine or salt water...etc.Even though the construction is completed, the service has not stopped. I visit Jenna and Lauren a few times a week to check my water. They are patient and answer all of my questions.

1.5-year update: Just wanted to update this review and say that the 5-star review I originally posted is still well deserved. Tredway has helped me keep our pool crystal clear and running smoothly for the past year and a half. Their staff has been extremely helpful and flexible during this ridiculous 2020 year and I cannot thank them enough for being willing to intercede on our behalf when manufacturers were experiencing product shortages and backorders. Keep up the great work!Tredway just put in an in-ground pool for us and we absolutely could not be happier with the service, communication, and quality of the finished product we received. The entire build process was very fast and I was contacted every day by either John or Eric with updates to let me know how it was going and what to expect. John did an excellent job of explaining the whole process, from ordering to completion and even beyond, where he described how to maintain the pool. My wife and I have been astounded at the service weve received, which has always been friendly, courteous, and prompt. Were both so grateful we chose this company to install our pool!

I went to the store to look at billiard tables. I was highly disappointed not only in the selection but also the customer service. The brand that they carry was junk. I will not be back.

The gals at Tredway Pools have once again prescribed the chemicals to bring my spa water back to safe and comfortable status. My spa is used year-round and Im able to keep the water in range most of the time. But when it is out of sync, I know from past experience that the gals at Tredway will get me back on track! This rings true again this week as I took a water sample that was diagnosed as unsafe to use spa, but a practical easy to follow treatment plan was given, followed and resulted in betting water back in terrific shape. Susie did a great job of getting someone out to fix my pool in an timely manner when issues came up unexpectedly. They are always super busy but she listened to my concerns and got someone out to fix the problem.

Visited the Lima Rd store last night to purchase spa chemicals. Explained to the staff (lady) that we inquired about purchasing a new spa from them back in August, but didnt want to wait months due to the Covid backlog.Explained we bought a used spa and had an issue with the previous owner not being transparent about the delivery of the new cover that was included in the purchase price. She gracefully offered to give me a used cover they had in the back, so we can use the tub until the new cover ships. I offered to pay but she refused.Although it was a used cover and would have eventually been discarded, I was very grateful of her offer and willingness to help. Additionally, I was very impressed/pleased that she took the time to explain spa care when we (unfortunately) didnt purchase the unit from Tredway.Every business has a culture that is nurtured by its management and ownership. It was evident last night that Tredway has a great culture and enjoys helping their customers. Very much appreciated..... today more than ever!

All the staff are really friendly and take the time to talk with you. We bought our pool from Tredway and the process could not have been any easier.

I hired this company to come out October 2020 and repair my pipe coupler between the pump and sand filter that broke which aloud all the water to pump out of my pool before we could notice. I have an automatic cover on the pool so when the water leaked out the cover wouldnt open and made a weird noise. I hired a Treadway Pools to come out and fix my the problems. I also asked them if they could hook up the heater because the previous owner had disconnected the heater and we just purchased the house in August 2020. After the repair the automatic cover was still making a horrible noise. I was told at that time they didnt have the piece to connect the heater and they would have to order the part. I was instructed they would install it in the spring because the pool would be closed in a few weeks. I PAID for them to do all the work and order the part and validated that they would install the part and hook the heater up in the spring and they said yes. I called Treadway to open the pool in February 13 to schedule and validate the heater would be hooked up and open the pool. I was told then she would check on it. On March 25 I called again and asked if they have the piece to hook up the heater and I was told they wouldnt go check until the day of install. I told them I expect the heater to be hooked up since I had payed for it. April 8 or 9 th they open the pool when I was in Florida when I returned the heater was not hooked up and when I called Treadway I was treated horrible and told they dont promise anything because the employee doesnt work there anymore. Treadway then said they would call me back and when they did they wanted to charge me a lot more money to come back out and hook up the heater. I was upset and was talking to Treadway explaining they are not a treating me right and she said I qoute OBVIOUSLY WE ARENT GETTING ANY WHERE and hung up on me. I cant believe how rude they are.

We bought a house with an inground pool about 4 years ago. We knew the pool needed a lot of work. We have used Tredway for all of our major pool needs. They replaced our liner a few years back and they replaced the sand in our sand filter last year.Today Keith came out and replaced our motor and pool pump. Suzy helped us go over our options and the cost associated over the phone so there was transparency. Hopefully we are good to go on major repairs now. It is great to know that Tredway is here if we need them.

I needed a part for an old Dolphin computerized pool vacuum and Sam went out of his way to get all the information he needed to get the correct part for my unit. Very impressed!!

Susie Meyers, service advisor for Tredway Pools, helped me repair my pool problem within 2 hours. My pool pump quit working at @ 2:00 pm on Thursday 6-25-2002 and I called Tredway Pools and left a voicemail for Susie Meyers service advisor. She called me back within 10 minutes and was dispatching a service technician to my address with a new pump within a half hour. The technician installed the new pump and my in ground pool was up and running within 2 hours.I recommend anyone who has an in ground pool to call and use Tredway Pools Plus for all their pool needs. Susie Meyers and her entire service team are outstanding.

We are shopping around to replace our liner and cover for our inground pool. I have called twice, was transferred to her voicemail and left messages both times and still havent received a call back. There are plenty of pool companies in the area. Based on the other negative reviews I guess we probably dodged a bullet.

I have an auto pool cover and one of the ropes broke not allowing me to close it. I left a message on a Friday night with their service department and I had a return call from Tredway by 7:30 am the next morning. The owner also called me to address my issue. They had a service tech to my home that morning and had the repair completed in 30 minutes. Happy customer. Good people and great service.

Needed new fabric on my old pool table. They came out and Tim did an amazingly awesome job. I would definitely recommend them for any recovering job. Just ask for Tim he is awesome!

Getting a pool is a big decision and a large financial commitment, so I wanted to make sure that the company that I went with could answer my questions and explain the process. Tredway knows. They are, in my opinion, the best choice if you are looking to have a pool or spa at your home. They have a great system in place. There were no surprises. The staff both in their store and in the field are knowledgeable and friendly, and most importantly the pool they installed is gorgeous! I know going forward that if I have questions or problems there is a group of people that will be there to help me throughout. You cannot go wrong with Tredway.

Keith survived my pool this morning. (Replaced pump seal) & diagnosed a faulty switch. As he is not a electrician he wasnt allowed to do that procedure. But he told exactly what to do. His diagnosis was spot on & my pool is now up & running. Kudos to Keith!

Very poor direction and directed us to order wrong liner even after we told them the correct size of our pool, then refused to take it back. Their number one contractor also didnt show up three times, finally got new contractor and told us that it was the wrong liner!

Great company with exceptional management

Purchased a floor model hot tub model in April of 2020. Everything was going ok, I waited 2 weeks due to them testing the water and everything. So Ok that is cool. 2 weeks later they delivered a dirty scrubby hot tub. I had to clean it after they dropped it off. Then they failed to mention that the cover for my hot tub was not the right fit because the one ordered was on hold due to COVID . Fast forward 2 months later... I found a cover on multiple websites for 300 and I politely asked for refund of 300 to just purchase the correct cover from somewhere else. I guess the best they could do was $175. Tredway s customer service is awful and they do not care about working on a solution. Thanks for nothing.

Tredway has done an amazing job in helping us with all our questions and provided a great pool perfect for our needs. Cindi has went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

If you’re getting a pool, go with Tredway. You won’t regret it! We had a wet, messy spring filled with pool building plans that had to keep getting out on hold because of weather. The guys were honest and upfront about the entire process, keeping us updated through the entire process. The work they did was impeccable. John knows pool stuff down to the scientific detail, but can explain it in Lehman’s terms that made sense to my pool-stupid brain. They’re supportive even after the pool is in. They’re clearly out to make the customer happy and we are happy!!!

John Denny and his team just completed our inground pool and they did a great job! The entire process was very smooth. The communication from their entire team was excellent! Either John or our project manager, Eric, called us every day when they were done working to update as to what was done and what was next. I cant say enough nice works about John!

There customer service isnt good at all there technician that they sent never finished the job had to hire another service to come out outside and finish the job I will never again purchase anything from them what so ever again.

We recently had Treadway install a new in ground swimming pool at our home. The install crew was courteous and the project manager Eric did an excellent job answering questions and communicating the progress of the job. I would recommend Treadway to anyone thinking about having a swimming pool installed!

Had them put a new liner in our in ground pool noticed dark spots they told us it was mold under the liner would not fix the problem the ground wasnt treated as the instructions stated that came with the new liner. Treadway pools would give us 40% off too replace liner again. After paying $4,468.00 Thats the truth they probably have a different story. I have papers too back up my complaint. DO NOT USE THEM.

It’s sad they are the only one in the Warsaw area. We have depended on them to open and close our pool when needed to only be discouraged from the service they provide. When you call the Ft Wayne maintenance line you always feel as if you are bothering the young lady working. We just had them come out to sweep the pool only for it to look like it did before they came. Very sad!!

Purchased a house with a pool and went to this company for assistance getting it started up for the year. First time I went in, the young lady that helped was very nice and walked me through steps and chemicals Id need according to my water sample results. The second time I went in, I spoke to a tall young guy who was really rude and condescending. He acted like I was interfering with his day and couldnt get past his own cockiness and acting like he was the greatest thing around. I couldnt help but shake my head, hope I didnt act like that when I was his age, and walk out without even asking about what I really needed. Luckily, there are other pool companies in town!I had high hopes for this place, but it is definitely the last resort in town after going to other competing locations. Bad experiences and the shock at the laughably high prices on display items (floats, chairs, tables, etc...) was enough for me. No thanks.
