Mgr was very friendly patient and kind. All said and done my experience was great ! And felt price was great I would recommend . But keep mind some phones are harder to repair. And may take a little longer to repair if need to order parts. Told Mgr little more communication would be great ! But over all experience was great !

Plain awefull will take your money and run. Just a little piece of advice keep your hand on your wallet when you walk past caz they will have your wallet jis jumpin out u pocket

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!I am only putting one star because thats my only option. If I could, I wouldnt even put one. They have HORRIBLE customer service. They always snatched my phone out of my hands when I was talking. And after fixing my screen there was a small crack on the top of the new screen they gave me. When I had asked about it the guy said I need to stop giving him trouble then snatched my card from my hand and insisted that he needed to swipe it. THEN one day later my screen cracked in my purse from my lipstick... in the same spot where I saw a crack when he gave it back to me. So I took my phone back to the same guy and he said he was done doing business with me. I wasted $140 for a cheap screen and horrible customer service. DO NOT WATSE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE. I should have turned around when I saw they were selling iphones and cigarettes in the same place.

They have had my phone for 3 weeks. The man said he was doing me a favor by checking on the status of my phone. The place is a complete mess with piles of phones everywhere and I am not sure if they know where my phone is.

Went in to fix screen ..... Which got fix but have to have new case which he wanted me to buy there and now vibrate doesnt work and it did before .... Lady before me her phone goes dead and cant answer when someone calls .... Will never ever go back and never recommend to anyone

They suck they took a part out of my phone so I couldnt get it fixed anywhere else they are full of bs dont wastes your time or money on these con artist they tried to charge me 200$ for a 15 dollar fix
