I really love Boost on Coliseum Blvd, Fort Wayne. Jenny is the representative and she is so knowledgeable, Friendly, professional and personable. Every time that I have worked with her she has shown herself to be that way in every instance. She is very patient and kind. I am a grandmother and I set out to buy my grandson a phone, Jenny was there to help me. When I decided to get my self a phone, Jenny was there to assist me again. I would recommend her to any one. Went here with a friend of mine she received great service got a really nice phone pretty awesome forgot her box and phone charger they actually hung on to it for her and she was able to go back and pick up her merchandise could not believe they actually did that awesome very nice of the gentleman working to keep her box safely for her until she returned kudos to that gentleman

I went to the one on colliseum Blvd. got totally ignored left. Went to the one at Maplewood. I wanted to switch service from my current company to Boost. He said they couldnt find my number. Gave me a song and dance.couldnt help me 😒

Employee said he would sell me the phone for $80, buy he actually charged my debit card $150 they are crooks. Also he said he would add my contacts to new phone for $10 cash, that he just put in his pocket.

Very dishonest total on reciept $50 less yhan I paid. Got phone home box unopened screen cracked. Called the store all he said wad I fid it and hung up. Poor customer service. Should have wemt to metro like my heart was telling me. If you want to deal with a crooked customer service go for it. I will never walk back into any boost store ever again due to his dishonesty.

Lets be real; most of these reviews are fake and laughable. When I walked into this store I was greeted with nothing but rude customer service and a distinguished odor somewhere within the lobby. When I wanted to port in my cell phone number that Ive had since 1996, they insisted I get a new one and would still qualify for their free phone if I came back with my device in hand these next couple weeks. Using the phone they gave me was horrible and after visiting the store on Coliseum, I came to find that this store is full of liars and con-artists- they gave me the cheapest free phone possible (the LG Tribute Dynasty) and insisted that this would be the phone best suited for my daily life.. WRONG! Coliseum informed me that I could indeed keep my number and get into a better phone all for a cost somehow LOWER than what these guys offered! Do not come here! Coliseum will take care of you as they are owned by a completely different franchise that will treat you with the care and respect thats deserved.

I agree with all the one stars and have never even entered the store. I called and mtold them I was currently with Verizon paying $300+ monthly due to paying off my new IPhones for me and my Moms I got her for Christmas. So while trying to ask a couple rather normal questions he told me to come in he would transfer my phone number (same for 6 years) and my Moms and then I owe no one nothing. I thought the language barrier was the problem so I had to raise my voice to talk and clarified what he sad and he even said he would give us extra free phones! What a crooked way to do business. I can see paying attention to only me while on the phone and not 2 others in another MF language, speaking slowly so I could understand him and throw a sales pitch to get me away from Verizon but this was down right WRONG!!!!!

AWFUL. This particular store is NOT PART OF THE REGULAR BOOST STORES. When I went there I felt very rushed, even as someone who knew what they wanted already. The two people working at the time communicated with me 1/3 of the time while 2/3rds consisted of them talking about my service in another language. It felt very deceptive but at the time I didnt have a choice. I was asked to pay halfway before my service was done, and was NOT given a receipt, they took it before I had a chance to ask for it. They didnt explain how to pay the bill, or when the bill would be due. I had to go to another Boost store that was within the chain and they were able to fix things a little. THIS LOCATION IS VERY SHADY!!!
