Went in to get the Sims card switched over on our new phones, Ormond had us switched over in no time. Also picked up phone cases and screen savers which he also went ahead and put on for us. 👍

My wife and I used the Lima Road store to switch from Sprint to T-Mobile and Shaq was our guide for the changeover. All I can say is he did an outstanding job. I have been a customer since it was Nextel and this man should be teaching customer service to the rest of the company. Five stars.

Very poor customer service from Nick,, When we first got there a couple was already cussing him out thinking they were the weirdos he approached us with 0 respect and nothing but attitude. I told him I didnt appreciate his actions and he completely blew up like a child... Beware of the old bald employee named nick other than him the other employees were satisfactory.

The internet runs extremely slow especially since the sprint switch over to T-Mobile and the cost is unreasonable however the customer service I received at the location on Lima Road in Fort Wayne, Indiana was the best service that Ive received compared to any other location

This is not location specific and most of their shop employees are cool and professional but for a company as big as T-Mobile that prides itself on customer service...they sure wont think twice about ripping you off and seeing it through. Needless to say, CHECK THE FINE PRINT OF EVERY CONTRACT YOU SIGN WITH THEM!!!...

Dyon is great and extremely helpful, she spent a bunch of time helping us with upgrading 4 devices ordering devices and adding a line. The system was acting up and we ended up having to stay AFTER close. She did great, didnt complain helped us out with everything.This girl is an MVP!

Stacy and Theo were awesome to deal with. We had gotten smart watches the same day we switched carriers but my husbands had to be ordered. He got his watch in the mail everything was great but then the watch froze and wouldnt do anything. We went to the store and Stacey took care of it right away. Im very pleased that we switched carriers

Customer service is excellent staff knows their products took care of us quickly and helped us save money
