Very professional repair shop. I fixed my IphoneX screen at the shop. The lady at the shop was very nice. She explained to me clearly about the process and did a great job doing it. I would go there again if I ever break my phone.

DO NOT RECOMEND THEM TO ANYONE AT ALL, NOT EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY!I wish I read their Google reviews before going there.They sold me an iPhone 11 unlocked and never told me was temporally unlocked with a sim and not factory unlocked! I updated the iOS and now is not unlocked anymore, they didnt told me about it because they knew I was not going to buy it that way; they are scam artist.Just read their Google reviews that tells you how professional and trustworthy this company is! When I was there, another customer was mad because her phone was not working properly after the repair and they refused to help her. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TRUST ME YOU WILL BE HAPPY!

Wednesday I paid TCS $80 to fix the screen in my daughters cell phone. He tells me to hang onto the receipt because there is a 7 day warranty. Cool. So we get home and we notice that there is a chip on the edge of the screen. I know for a fact that it wasnt dropped. To me it looked like it happened during install, like a little too much pressure had been applied to it. I thought no biggie, 7 day warranty Ill take it back when I get some time off work. So we put a screen protector on it went about our days. The phone did get dropped and it cracked under the screen protector. It cracked from the chip all the way across the screen. So today Monday, 5 days later, I get some time to go in with the receipt and the guy basically tells me to kick rocks. He wont honor the warranty because its cracked. He doesnt even care that it cracked because of the defect in the screen from when they put it together. Its disappointing that they wont stand behind their work or their warranty and try to right by the customer.
