We had a super nice guy named Patrick help us at the store. We have been very dissatisfied with our previous Boost phone service and were intimidated about who and how to switch and keep our #s after looking into and communicating with a few other companies. Patrick helped us feel confident about switching to ATT and our new plan and phone purchase. We came in the store last minute but he did not rush us in our questions and getting us all hooked up. We are excited about our new phones and phone company thanks to Patrick and all his help!
Not worth the trouble. Seems nobody really knows what they’re are talking about and just try to push you out the door. I almost feel scammed after leaving there. Save yourself time and stress just go to the one on Coldwater around the corner. Real cool dudes in there will get you right every time.
The young man answer my questions to my satisfaction and I appreciate it and yes I would visit again.

Dustan is that dude man!!! He can juggle working on 3 different people and setting up phones at the same time and not have one problem. I came in to get 4 lines on and 2 new phones and this man right here made it as painless as possible for me. Now TMobile that’s a different story. But Dustan he called them and dealt with all that so I didn’t have to! All in all your the shiz man!! I will definitely be back!

The staff at this store was wonderful. I would highly recommend them!!!! The manager and her trainee were exceptional. However the Problem lies with your 1 800 customer service. MY ISSUE LIES WITH WHEN MY HUSBAND PASSED AWAY ON NOVEMBER 4TH. I CANCELLED ALL MY SERVICES PHONE INTERNET AND DIRECT TV ON NOVEMBER 16TH. WELL I WAS FULLY CHARGED FOR THESE SERVICES AT THE END OF THE MONTH. I IMMEDIATELY CALLED AND SPOKE WITH SOMEONE WHO SAID TAKE THE DEATH CERTIFICATE AND SERVICES WILL BE PRORATED. THEY WERE AGAIN CANCELLED AT THIS TIME. REMEMBER THIS WAS MY SECOND CALL TO CANCEL WHAT I THOUGHT WAS TAKEN CARE OF. NOW TODAY I FIND OUT THE BILL WAS TAKEN TO DECEMBER 1ST. WHY. I WZNTED CANCELLED ON NOVEMBER 16TH. I WAS NO LONGER USING THESE SERVICES. OF COURSE I HAD TO PLACE ANOTHER 1 800 CALL. Bottom LINE a refund CANT BE ISSUED. I ASKED FOR A SUPERVISOR AND NEVER GOT ONE. SO MORAL OF THE STORY IS ATT SUCKS AND MOST REPUTABLE COMPANIES WOULD ISSUE A REFUND. I WILL SPREAD THE WORD!!!!!!!!!
The person I interacted with his name was Justin and he was professional is anybody I’ve ever ran into he knew what I wanted but I told him and gave me the perfect phone and I really appreciate it and had a wonderful visit I would do business with them again any day of the week
I visited this store to get the eSim for my device, customer service assured me it will be Free if i visited my local At&t store, Dustin over here decided that a customer with a nice phone must pay for $5 to get the esimcard, i am complaining to At&t on this location, crooked customer service and overcharges when they want. Very unprofessional location, Do not go there.

I always go into the store, its so much nicer to talk face to face with a person. This store in particular has a very nice and knowledgeable staff. Dustin is awesome! They go out of their way to help you. I enjoy checking out all the newest phones.
Sold us a phone that was broke no fault of mine and.then tell me they cant do anything about it its crazy too me dont go there u might spend 765.00 for a phone thats broke and u will.not get a replacement that I know its hard enough out here thanks at&t for stealing, scaming, me out of.money that I saved for 3 months
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Sold me malfunctioning devices and refused to exchange them. Charged me over 600$ for nothing. Refused to set the phones up I had to do I myself.

Very knowledgeable & ever so helpful & never made me feel dumb about how to figure things out. Thank you ever so much guys.

I love going to AT&T my GoPhone is through there its quick its easy I pay my 45 a month my plan is set its unlimited and its always good to go people are nice to help you out and they dont push sales
Didnt have to wait long to get what I needed on two occasions. The sales team knows there product well and doesnt pressure you too much. They wont let you walk out without telling you where the value is.
Was in and out in less then 15 minutes. Problem solved...

Got a new unlocked v10 from Friend. I needed a new micro SIM card Kris had me in and out in a jiffy!
Wanted to buy a brand new iPhone 6S on a no contract price for cricket. Sales associate told me that this phone wont even work on Cricket service, keep in mind Im typing this review on a locked AT&T iPhone 6 Plus. Then she changed her story saying that its a company policy when the sales associate that tried to help me an hour prior was trying to complete the purchase for me. I just had to lift a fraud hold on my card due to traveling out of state. Now this associate that helped me when I got my card cleared was rude, as well as completely unknowledgeable about AT&T owning cricket and being able to use their locked phones because of it. As well as trying to make me feel stupid. Please save yourself the grief Im an IT guy myself. Then when I show her my locked AT&T phone on cricket she changes it to its a company policy and she physically cant do it. So how come the last guy was able to scan the phone and run my card?!?! Never go to this AT&T. Each sales associate will have a different answer for you and base their assistance and their company policy based on their own knowledge instead of asking for help.
Reps were very friendly and made sure I knew how to work my new iphone before I left the store. Highly recommend this place.
