I love the products, but I am not a fan of their customer service. I have come in approximately 10 times and have never been greeted or helped. I have asked several times for simple skincare routine recommendations and the workers never have a suggestion. I recently tried to use a gift card and the worker did not know how to enter it. It took a very long time to check out my 3 items and even by the end I am not sure she even entered in the gift card.I have also tried the spa side of it. My first lash lift and tint the girl was behind the counter eating boiled eggs when I got there. Once she got back to my room, all I smelled was eggs while she was working around my face.My second lash lift and tint experience was much better! Madi did a great job talking me through everything and was very sweet.I do my best to shop for clean ingredients and local; however, I do not think I will return.

I booked for my first eyelash extension the other day and I tried canceling through the app and had problems therefore trying to contact them and canceling and getting through was quite difficult so I left him a message and then I got a message that I was a no call no show. I then called the salon immediately to let them know what had happened and I talked to Kayla who is absolutely entirely rude to me and hung up on me by telling me that she needed to get to her next client. I gave more than a 72 hour notice and did everything I could do to cancel and she was not happy because I didn’t want to rebook because I was having not only problems with their system but I didn’t feel comfortable re-booking with someone who wants to give me an attitude. There are way too many places in Fort Wayne to get lash extensions but for a place to be like that with bad customer service will make it to where I will never go there for any type of service.

I received a signature facial and lash lift. The facial was great, I loved the raspberry seed oil and jelly mask! My skin is glowing and feels clean.Syslie knows what shes doing when it comes to lashes!

Wonderful place. Madi Zolman did a wonderful job and made my skin glow! They even have Mens apparel, along with grooming and beard supplies.

I had a much needed experience with Hayley at Joppa Spa today! She made me feel so comfortable and welcome just as everyone did when I walked in! I cannot thank them enough and I will definitely be coming back! Hayley told me that her favorite part of her job is making people feel beautiful and leaving their services happy! I experienced just that! Thank you again and I cannot wait to book again with you!

I was super excited to finally get to this store for my first time last week hearing nothing but good things about it, but when I arrived there I was anything but satisfied with my experience. The blonde lady behind the counter did not greet me or acknowledge me at all. I did not get her name because she did not introduce herself either. I had tried asking about products and all I recieved were one word responses. She was not very kind. She proceeded on with whatever she was doing behind the counter and left me to figure things out on my own. I turned around and walked right out of the store. I won’t be back. Extremely disappointed.

Haley was amazing! Took her time and explained everything. Their products are life changing! They also have a wonderful line for the men too! Cant wait till next time!

Love their toxin free makeup. Very affordable and nice to have products without all the parabens, heavy metals, and other additives. Staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable. They do tend to run low on some products. Easy for me to stop in right next to my work. Ordering online is always a great option once you know the product line. Love supporting local businesses! Scheduled an appointment for eyebrow tint lash lift and tint and derma-planing, of course It was scheduled around my work schedule and I get an email saying that who I scheduled with quit, so they make me an earlier schedule which caused me to have to get a shift covered for work. Tomorrow is the rescheduled appointment and at 8:30 tonight I get another email saying my aesthetician had a last minute appointment and now needed to reschedule for the second time. Mind you this was a Mother’s day gift. Nothing but a half apology and excuse of losing two aestheticians. I was willing to drive 52 minutes to this place because a friend said it was the best. Even referred another friend who is also having the same issue. Honestly they look unorganized and unprofessional and clearly have an issue keeping people leaving the work environment questionable. Super disappointing and will be taking my money and time somewhere that actually values it.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The products are great quality and affordable!
