Never even knew if this place til a friend had me take her there

I just tried to call to make an appointment and whoever I talked to was so incredibly rude to me for no reason. I kept asking when the next available appointment was and she would not tell me. She kept raising her voice at me and I have never had a worker be that rude to me. Steer clear of this location. I never had a problem with other locations. I filed a complaint.

Very good place if you use this brand.

Insensitive to cancer patients.. I like the brand but why be rude to someone who is devastated with a diagnosis. The woman barely smiled and was just unpleasant. Why sell wigs if you cant take care of your customers.
