This store is much cleaner and more organized than some of the other stores Ive been too.

Staff is very polite and caring.

The isles are usually congested with extra products and difficult to navigate at times but the staff is helpful.

Pretty messy crowded store. But i found what I wanted cheap.

I simply asked a kid up front if they carry popsicles. The kid told me if we have them they would be in the back. I said “ ok, well it looks like you are out. Would you happen to have any in back?”Because it looked like they were putting out stock. He repeated himself very rudely “if we had it, it would be in the back” and told me to have a nice day. I started to walk out, but I came back and asked if I was bothering him. He then ignored me. I started looking to see if there is a manager around and he comes around the counter and got right up in my face, acting like he was going to punch me. What has happened to this store. I have always had very helpful staff and friendly. Not sure if I will be returning to this store.

I don’t understand what people see in this location the employees are rude, the store is disgusting and there is mold growing in your pop cooler. Bought a marker that didn’t even work, and they wouldn’t give money back so I asked for a different one same thing. I get it.. it’s a dollar but it’s the fact that they do not care. Also you can stand there in line and they just look at you without getting up to the counter to cash you out. Won’t be returning.

This particular store is on the smaller end of the typical Dollar Tree franchise so the selection is a bit limited. With that being said, I still found what I was after. The store was in a bit of a disarray, perhaps from it being the tail end of the weekend. Staff were cheery and helpful regardless and I would stop in again if there were just a few things that I needed and didnt want to head into Target nearby.

I know its the Holidays, so I really overlook alot when it comes to good Customer Service. M.J. was a complete jerk. I try to be nice to everyone.

This store is always filthy, unorganized, and poorly staffed. The cooler has ebola growing in it, the manager is constantly out front smoking, and it takes ten minutes to check out with only one customer ahead because only one employee is actually working at any given time. Clean it up.

Absolutely appalled. I have not visited this Dollar Tree in about 4 months because I go to the location closer to my job, instead of 3 miles from my home. Im unsure if there was a change in Management, however the store literally looked like pigs could live in there. I go to Dollar to get my cleaning supplies and to check out seasonal product. Im a retail store manager myself. No one acknowledged me when I walked in, there was freight all over the sales floor, nothing stocked, back room door wide open (looked discusting), all 3 employees where at the front register holding their own inappropriate conversation, a line formed and none of the employees offered to open another POS location, and as I was getting ready to pay, the rude female cashier asked me to put my shopping basket back! The other 2 male employees continued their conversation and then 1 walked into the office and the other left the building. As a retail store manager, I was appalled she asked me to do her job. Poor customer service. I received better service and the store was in better condition at South Town. I will not return to this location even though its 3 miles from my home. I will drive out of my way to shop another Dollar Tree, where they have more respect for their customers. Absolutely ridiculous.

Typical dollar tree. No public bathrooms - which can be a problem if you have children. When the line gets long they dont always open a second register quickly enough.

Very nice store but the carts and carry baskets are always dirty and need to be cleaned.

Actually not an entirely unpleasant place, though I would advise against buying durable goods there (items you intend to keep for awhile). Decent snack selection and excellent value.

Did the Dollar Tree what else is there to say. Everythings a Dollar get what you need and youre done. I will say they have a great I will say they have a great hand soap comes in a pouch its a dollar they have different scentd and they have an antibacterial thats some good soap compared to what you buy at the big-name stores for three times the money.

Good place to find unusual items and occasional hidden gems/bargains

Its ok if you need something quick and cheap otherwise you are better getting something nicer and paying more. Service to checkout at this location is not friendly and super slow.

Walked in today at 1:00 and there was one cashier with 15 people in line to check out ( I counted). I have torn ligaments in both knees and there was no way i was waiting in that line. Wont be going back to this store.
