Hobby Lobby is a really cool store! They have crafts decor, model cars, painting supplies, and so much more. The home decor is very unique. The have stuff for men and women. The have sports decor, ocean themed decor, modern decor, vintage decor, anything you can think of! Staff is always very friendly and the store is always clean!

Loved this hobby lobby. On the large side for their stores. Staff was extremely helpful and took the time to help find things all across the store with a smile. Definitely going back.

Incredibly disappointed with this store. I am a very loyal hobby lobby customer of years. I bought 3 front loading frames. I set and mounted two with my prints and on the third when I went to remove the glass it shattered. I brought it back to the store to exchange for another, explaining it was not dropped and the nature of how the glass broke. The employee asked the manager who said The best they could do was give me a discount on a new piece of glass for the frame, but they would not exchange. As this issue was not operator error but perhaps the design of the frame, I expected more of a remedy. This spoke a lot to the store and the accountability they take for their products. Will not be shopping at the store again.

Totally enjoyed my experience at hobby lobby. I got wonder service from an associate there, she even went into her experience of make these bracelets Im working on. She went over and beyond helping me. She even walked me to the other products to show me how she used them. Hopefully she is there next time I go...Im making her a special bracelet to show how amazing she is.

This store has its good points and its bad ones. They sell items that are unique from other stores. This is an attraction if you are interested in crafts and crafty things. Keep an eye open for sales or you will purchase overpriced items.Dont plan on getting through the checkout quickly. The lines are most always long and slow. Dont expect to order a frame job from the back and get it back anytime soon. They wait on average two weeks to make an order. I called about my order for having a frame made three weeks after I made the order and it hadnt left their clip board yet.The employees seem polite and somewhat helpful for the most part. The cashiers seem stressed.They moved everything around in the last year and I think I liked it better the way it was before. They do have items that we purchase from time to time. My wife enjoys the wall decor. I occasionally buy paint brushes and drawing pads. They have a slightly different variety than what United art and education has and we flip flop between the two stores. If I dont find what I want between the two of them then I shop for what I need online. Blick is pretty good for some art supplies.We hadnt been there in a couple months and we went today. We saw many customers walking around with no masks. There werent very many cars in the parking lot, they werent very busy. But when we went to leave there was a very long line and we almost put our one item back just so we wouldnt have to stand in line. It was about a 10-minute wait, and we bought a 14-in cake pan to use for a pizza pan for a little over $8, which is about an average price even though it was 50% off. Not our usual type of purchase there.The store definitely has its faults, but theres not too many places around like them.

Why does your ap still have a 40% off 1 regular priced item if it cant be used??? I showed the cashier and manager I was on YOUR AP, and they said it could be counterfeit Im not on Retail Me Not....its YOUR coupon on YOUR ap. Guess I shouldve waited until next week to buy it 50% off. Ridiculous.

I love craft stores. This one is so big. And I love how its divided into color schemes in the front of the store. Youll find tons of hobby items! Great large seasonal selection. Associates are easily found who can help point you in the right directions. One downside is that the associates cannot usually answer any questions beyond directing you on where to find an item.

Great place and they probably have what youre looking for when it comes to arts & crafts. FINDING it is altogether different. There is just SO. MUCH. STUFF. Grab the first worker you see and ask! If youre easily distracted, youll be there for hours.

This visit was very different, we were greatest by staff that were returning stuff to the floor. The store layout had been changed 😳. It was nice to have a bit of time to look around. Cashier was thoughtful as not to scratch picture frames. Will most likely be back to get some home decore for bed rooms.

Its full of moms looking for stuff they dont really need. I like to go in and browse every now and again to see if a mom will take me home! But really. Its a really nice store thats run well. It was busy when I was there, and the manager opened up three more registers.

I love the store but I asked for help finding a specific item twice and both employees pointed in a general direction and said the craft section. Majority of the store is craft section. At the time there was an employee of a different location shopping there and she noticed I was struggling and walked me to the correct aisle. Times are busy but its still good to take the time to fully help customers.

I went to Hobby Lobby with my friend Bobby. We got help from a guy named Robbie. He was really nice, not at all snobby.I highly recommend Hobby Lobby. What a great store and great company.

It was right before Christmas and we went into the Hobby Lobby store and found several items on tables marked with great big signs the said 50% off. In little print it said only on wall hanging. Here I am loading my cart with several items only to find out at checkout that they were not 50% off and that just stinks! I feel like I took all that time energy and effort in picking all that out and youre not giving it to me for fifty percent off is dishonest business to me!

Cant beat Hobby Lobby when looking for arts, crafts, sewing items and household decor. Always like to check out the items on sale for the week. Usually a very good deal. They always have great sales on the past seasons items. Love shopping then.. Dont forget to get the coupon on their website for 40% off a regular priced item. It sure helps..

Great place to find any craft item and DIY decor for your house. I just went to look and just walk in a store.

My grandmother was harassed by someone parked inside of the front doors of this establishment. She has asthma and medically cannot wear a mask for longer than a few minutes without having an attack. The lady spoke rudely and would not just let her go and shop for a few picture frames. Luckily she was inside the building far enough so she could walk past her and move on. But 10 minutes later, the lady was speaking through the loud speaker for 8 minutes regarding how masks are required no matter the circumstance.My grandmother is very respectful towards others and still observes social distancing, she just cannot wear masks. We will not be returning to this Hobby Lobby.

The associates were very helpful. I know I bothered the one girl in the crafts, stamps, paint, and the sale isle more than five times in about 20 minutes and she was very nice and more than helpful at all times. If you download their app they have a weekly coupon for it so much off or 40% off a regular item and its great and you just show the girl that keep on on your phone and all the associates are really nice and they always try to help.

Over charged me for 13 products I did not buy coming to a total of almost 40$!

Had the yarn I wanted but it wasnt on sale so I left with nothing. Not going to pay their high full price.

Great store for greeting stiff for decorating. Never have a reasonable amount of what I need though. Two hooks when you need 6 is how they roll, but outside of that I love this store.
