UpRight Garage Door Services are the real deal! You cannot go wrong with them for your garage door needs. Trust us when we say that, we dont write reviews, but we couldnt write this one fast enough.Called due to water coming in at the corner of the garage door. Called on a Wednesday afternoon, they were here at 9am on Thursday! Even called prior to the appointment time to be sure that still worked for us and to let us know they were on their way. With the issue we were having, they could have easily recommended a fix we didnt need and charged us a lot of money to do it. They did however make recommendations to remedy the situation on our own, saving us money. They are honest and will take the time to resolve any issues or questions you might have. During the removal of the old door, the locking mechanism fell out of the side trim from the old door. Jason said the hole in the side bugged him so he put in a keypad to cover the hole free of charge since we had already paid in full for the door! I wasn’t sure what was exactly wrong with my opener but the owner and his coworker took time to test, diagnose and explain thoroughly. As someone who is also in sales I greatly appreciated the fact that they want to provide the best service first to the customer; knowing that by doing so sales will take care of themselves. I originally called UpRight to come out and fix a broken spring. However, it was evident to me that what I really needed was a whole new garage door. But, UpRight got us back up and running in the meantime.We ordered a new door from them shortly thereafter. We are extremely happy with the door, and the installation was fast and professional.Also, my neighbor had been recently getting quotes on a new door, but hadnt made a decision. Once they saw ours, they were so impressed that they called UpRight and had a new door installed the very next week. Plus, they saved half off what the nationally-known company had quoted them.

UpRight Door replaced our garage door opener with a Chamberlain 1.25 HP Wisper Drive with Battery Backup. They serviced the door and replaced a few hinges and replaced the bottom seal.
