I was at the mall in Fort Wayne so I decided to get my ring cleaned that I’ve had for almost 3 years. When I got home, I noticed one of the stones was missing. I thought it was strange that it happened the same day, but I also knew my ring was pretty old. I gave them a call the next day to see if there was anything they could do to fix my ring. They had me come back to the store and replaced the ring free of charge, no questions asked even though it was past its warranty. Definitely recommend!

I received rings for a gift and the first time it turned my finger green so I took it in and then I got it traded In. The ring that I traded in has lost four diamonds and I have dealt with this problem with pandora ring. At least I know where not to go for jewelry now.

Rachel was very kind and helpful. She had knowledge of all the products that were and weren’t available. She was very patient with me as I kept changing my mind and wanting to try on different rings in different sizes.With the great customer service I received I ended up buying five beautiful rings.

Very friendly and extremely nice as I was getting my daughter a bracelet I probably changed my mind 100 times.

Tried to take a ring back because it was missing a stone and it was bent and it was still under warranty and then told me when I bought it last year I could exchange it for a new one if anything happens to it so I took it in with the receipt and they told me nothing was wrong with it and they can’t do anything for me so I’m no longer going to be buying anything from them

The ladies were very rude. Sent me to the jarred store for their pandora saying that I could exchange the ring I got for Christmas there because they didn’t have the size for the ring in stock. Then after I couldn’t do that I went back and they said that the ring was in stock at the store. And tried to refuse to exchange the brand spanking new ring.

Bought last change ring (no returns) i received a used ring! 👎 👎 👎

Even though place was crowded and busy they still were friendly and helpful in finding right gift.
