Renting a unit here was very simple and quick. Pricing is competitive with other storage facilities in the area that offer the same services. Unit was clean and easy to get too. The customer service person was very helpful and explained the rental agreement very well. Easy access in and out. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.

This is a really nice storage facility. All of the units are inside the facility and or if the elements. Temperature control seems really well done too.

Not only do I have gated access to my unit 24/7, but the property is kept top notch clean and the managers are so friendly! They’re always willing to help me when I need it and even helped me upgrade to a bigger unit when I misjudged the amount of storage I would need for all my Christmas decorations! I have 5 units with this company for my various collectibles and wouldn’t dare go anywhere else! I know my stuff is safe and secure. Will rent with them for a long time

Yes, the prices are comparable to other area facilities, but you will not find kinder staff or cleaner state of the art facility in all of Fort Wayne. As a travel nurse, i had issues arise one with a new contract and my direct deposit. They were beyond understanding and allowed me to make the adjustments necessary. This facility is fantastic! They have the best units, great units, clean units. You can store a lot of things here! Old knick knacks, antiques, things you’re scared to through away, things you don’t want your spouse to find #donttellher, to things you forgot you owned; they’ll all fit in these units! The best part is you can leave it here and forget about it all, just remember to pay your bill. Plus I hear the manager is pretty nice ;)

I resisted ever paying for storage but I have too many cars, motorcycles, etc so went in search of a secure facility. This is it. The place is secure and VERY clean.

I checked out other self-storage facilities before deciding to rent from Southwest Storage. They have the cleanest facility, and a large fenced property. The prices are comparable, but the facility and manager sealed the deal. The location is very convenient, easy in and out.

I have rented storage locker from this company 2 different timesevery time i went in the young man in the office was always very helpful, seemed to actually take pride in his company which is very hard to find anymore. Auctioned off $20000 worth of storage for 180 bucks. Couldnt keep all the way up with the bill late fees added up to quickly and could not pay it. Kind of both our faults but dam 20000 for 180 bucks? Somebody got a hell of a deal and it sure as hell wasnt me.

Phenomenal customer service, the units are new and pristine. The climate control is cool and always the same even though my unit is near the exterior door. Gladly recommend it to anyone.

I started with Public Storage here in town and because of continual rate increases every 6 months I began searching for another storage place. Southwest Storage is locally owned so why not keep your treasured items in a clean, well kept and convenient place where your money is kept locally? I drive past 2 storage places to go to Southwest Storage. Stop in & sign up for your new treasure keeper box like I did. My choice is to pay in person so I can visit with the staff which is very friendly but if you choose to pay online theyll take your money that way too. Thxs Southwest Storage!

They say on the website Free Moving Truck with storage unit rental. So I called to schedule the moving truck after we had rented the unit for about 6 weeks and was told, Sorry, its only for the first 30 days. Why would you have a moving truck and advertise its free with a unit and then not let a paying customer use it? I will NEVER use this place again and will tell everyone I know about my experience.
