Had a lot of customers but stayed professional and moved everyone along quickly. Hooked up the tow dolly and had me ready to go quick. Great job and friendly.

I was there to get estimates to put hitches on both of my vehicles. I didnt spend any money today but took a lot of their time. Friendly, professional, and knowledgable. Everything I needed.

The woman there was able to start my rental to shorten the time, really appreciated it. Wish it wouldnt have cost as much for using for less than 4 hours, but it is what it is.

Was in the customer service center for 15 minutes before a service rep even showed up! 20 trucks on the lot but was told I have to make a reservation a week in advance! Would not even talk to me about a one day rental! Worst run rental center Ive ever been in!

Terrible! Will never go there again! They didnt have the equipment that I ordered and where very RUDEwhen I picked up my truck and when I dropped it off . When they didnt have my equipment. The woman said you can order anything you want, it doesnt mean your going to get it Dont go there!

I had a hitch installed and it was straight forward. I paid online, dropped off the van and they had it done in the promised time. There is no waiting room onsite. They had tons of supplies in their store- very impressive. It was hard to connect with them over the phone; I think a corporate site might handle their phones.

Do not use contactless pickup. Huge hassle and then if you try to just go inside they can’t help you. This is what happens when you go with a cheap company. Just save you’re self the hassle and go with the nicer trucks at the competitors. I have use U-Haul over the years and there has always been some type of issue. My favorite was my truck was no longer available... and I had it reserved. Luckily budged saved the day.

Came in today at the correct time for my Appointment and was told that it was going to be another 3 hours before they can work on my vehicle, Installing a hitch. I already had an appointment in the afternoon so I had to cancel. I Would think twice before doing business with this company again

We had a storage unit from here for a while and it was awesome. The prices were a bit high but its worth it to me to be able to securely store our things inside especially from the Midwestern weather.

They are very helpful in figuring out your needs.
