Tents with holes.Ran down tables, horrible set upset.bad customer service with wrongful attitudes.And definitely wouldnt recommend working there..Over work you 7 days a week with only a three man crew and very under paid.Wouldnt recommend this company.Rental beware..On the bright side muttons is the best in town.

After working in the Fort Wayne hospitality industry for 3 years, I knew when planning my wedding I had two party rental locations to pick from. I did go to a competitor of All Occasions first and was very disappointed in the service. From the minute I walked into All Occasions I was greeted by a friendly and helpful person. I knew then who I was going to choose for our wedding. The venue we picked required us to rent anything we needed, from tables and chairs to coat racks. Kelli and her team knew exactly what we needed. She was great at helping take my ideas and make our wedding unique. I’m a very visual person and she was able to show me the items and even give me a sample linen to help match colors with other vendors. I was planning our wedding in Indiana while living in Texas; she always was able to reply quickly to any questions. The best part was she worked well with and new most of my other vendors. Thank you Kelli and your team for making our wedding exactly what we were planning. Our day was perfect and you were a big part of that!

1 star is honestly being generous. We rented a tent 2 tables and 20 chairs. The total cost was around $275 (including extra cost for set up and tear down). The tent given to us had patches everywhere underneath. It looked like someone walked all over it with muddy shoes. Then, the tables given to us were plywood top tables. If you didnt have a table cover you would get a splinter. I called about the tent being dirty with patches all over and they got my information and acted as if they would get it taken care of. Nobody ever came out or called back addressing the issue. We had a wedding rehearsal dinner party and the tent looked like it was pulled out of the dumpster. I was so embarrassed. I would never recommend this company after that and deff will not be using them again.

Great (GREAT) small business run by great people, doing great things for their customers. Easy to work with and very attentive to customer needs.

We rented a dunk tank from them. It was old and wore out. We got it set up to find out the drop seat would atomactly release on its own because the spring that was on it would not hold. The weight limit is 250 the girl that was being dunked only weighed 100. So I ended up rigging something up to make it work. Renters beware.

Always have great customer service and always deliver what I need. They do a great job and would highly recommend if someone is going to have a party.
