Slow to acknowledge you..lazy got my air didnt screw my plug which I ordered personal back on my tire tight so it came off. Im very upset.will not go back again

My fiance and I went in to have our tires rotated and balanced. For one, they had two boys - definitely minors - who assisted on the majority of the service. Im all for family businesses, and that these young boys are learning about car maintenance at an early age... but come on. Theyre not even old enough to be lisenced professionals, but Im still expected to pay $40 for a half-ass service that only fixed a fraction of the problem that brought me to this place to begin with.....

Wish I could give no stars, I needed a plug for my tire, I couldve sworn the man said $5, but when he got done, charged me $10. Then the next day, the tire he plugged was leaking again, I go back and they take tire off again and I have another hole, he just happened to overlook, his young son wanted to charge $7 to plug the hole, but I said yesterday, he charged me $10. So since I refused to pay, they put my tire back on. I went somewhere, where plugs are $5. So they rip off women or anybody, they can take advantage of. I see why someone got shot there and died there. I wont be back, they wont get to steal anymore of my hard earned money.
