The service tech came to my house. He was very timely. The work was impeccable. I would recommend this company.

I called late Friday afternoon to get help with a windshield for my daughters car. Initially I had attempted to call a chain shop through my insurance company but after an hour fighting an automated system I had given up. My call to Safe Auto was answered by a polite, helpful and friendly and resourceful person and they sent Cero out this morning less than 18 hours after my call. Despite the fact that their business has been severely disrupted by the tornado in Dallas this week they chose to do whatever it took to take care of their customers. Thanks to to whole staff my problem was solved efficiently and in a cost effective manner. While I hope to never “have” to use them again I certainly know who to call next time.
