We ordered a mattress and box springs for an antique (non-standard) bed frame. While the order was delivered promptly with correct length and width dimensions, we also specifically asked (on two occasions) for an 8 in. depth box springs, but were given a 9 in. deep one. When we called (and emailed) to complain about this, we received no response.

Just picked up our second mattress purchase from The Mattress Factory. I picked it up myself as opposed to having it delivered since its just a twin size (and pick-up saved me a little money). I spoke to Peter, the owner, while I was there - such a kind man! Twin mattress was a great buy for a high quality product! Weve had our king size mattress from there for several years and are very happy with it! I love to buy from a local, longstanding, customer oriented, Fort Worth company whenever possible and The Mattress Factory checks all of those boxes!

The service is absolutely incredible. Mr. Duncan the owner was as patient as possible and was so happy to make sure the bed that was chosen was perfect for our picky needs. Their materials are first class and the pricing even better. We saved thousands on the same bed we were shopping for at a retailer and to top it all off the beds are made to order in their facility. After much research I found out that they are the oldest mattress company in Texas. Highly recommended!

We found the best shopping experience, personally greeted by and worked with the owner, Peter Gordan, who helped us select the most comfortable mattresses we have ever slept on. We decided to have 2 twin mattresses made, to fit into a king frame. We were able to see mattresses being custom made on the premises, not shipped in from who-knows-where, and from warehouses full of rodents and bugs. We picked up our Barrington organic cotton cover mattresses the day after they were finished (about 10 days). The price beat all the big box stores by hundreds of dollars.We wish we could give 10 stars.

Place like little scary from outside but its equally warm inside. The owner is 4th generation owner and very knowledge and down to earth. Its not just the store they make there mattress in so its big factory. Mattress were awesome from pure Lenin imported form all over the world.

We bought a latex California King mattress about five years ago. We just pulled it out of the frame today to make it easier to paint the bedroom. It looks and sleeps like new. Weve got mattress factory beds in all three bedrooms. Well definitely get our next mattress from them, but it might be a while. The current ones arent showing any age.

The mattresses are custom made on site and are always the most comfortable and durable beds we have owned. The personal service exceeds all other such vendors. I enthusiastically recommend them.

The Company was so scared they would not get paid before the thee mattresses were picked up and I did not understand until we got the mattresses home. These were the poorest items I have ever seen on the market. You could buy. They said we bought cheap ones. We could have gone to any store in town and paid much less for a good mattress. which we had to do. Since we were buying straight from the factory we believed we would get a nice mattress for a reasonable price., Dont get fooled. They are still sending me their advertisement after me telling them what I thought of their product. They have nerve and poor marketing habits.

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband and I just walked in and basically right back out. The older man working today hardly even looked up from his phone, he didn’t greet us, offer to help or anything. It was extremely uncomfortable and absolute waste of time for a couple trying to find a mattress. Don’t ever go to this store, especially not while this old man is working.

Great place to buy a mattress.First, the mattress: we bought the all natural latex pillow top mattress. Reasonably priced and he gave us a deal. Extremely comfortable. When I get in the bed, it perfectly sinks with softness but remains firm. We have slept much better since getting this mattress.Second, the store: dont be turned off by the location. I guess when you are in business for 100 years the area around you changes. The store is nice with mattresses available to lay on. Theres no rush and you can lay on the mattress is until youve got a good feeling for what its going to be. Definitely thought about buying a couple of mattresses but after 10 minutes or so my back started to ache and we moved on. This let us find the perfect mattressLastly, the owner. Peter is a great guy. Hes very friendly and determined to find the right mattress for what you need. He is patient and provides a no pressure sales environment.I couldnt be happier. Im glad we wandered out to Fort Worth to find a mattress

After reading the other comments here Im no longer going to take Google reviews seriously. I had the complete opposite experience and specifically with the ones mentioned in the other reviews. The owner was indeed a salesman we didnt have much space to think about our options. The owner is also not a man of his words. Im very surprised that he is still in business. We were in desperate need of a bed that week so we ended up buying there but I would never recommend this place to anyone. If I could give zero stars this would be the time to do it.
