Arrived and checked in at 0735. Appointment at 0800. Called to door at 0815. They will call when they are finished loading and to pick up paperwork.. Loaded and leaving at 1225****There’s a large staging area. Park. Walk to check in at guard shack. They’ll give you paperwork and wait until you get a call to go to your door. Check in at door 1. It’s a busy place so having a little patience is necessary but 4+ hours for a half loaded truck is a little ridiculous.****

Didnt receive dock assignment until a little after delivery time. But was unloaded within an hour of hitting dock, so not bad.

I have been there several times to unload very courteous theyve always got me in and out in a reasonable time no complaints today Im going to pick up well see how that goes first time picking up there but as for my experiences dropping off theyve can great

I was worried before I came in because of all the bad reviews.. but I came to pick up a load.. and I got a door 30 min after singed up.. and they took less than 2 hours to load me up.. was pretty good and easy.. also they do have lots of parking.. even over night parking

They take 4 to 6 hours load or unload dont come here when u ask him how long they dont answer just wait we will call you on the dock 2 to 4 hours I have appointment 4:00 pmoclock out 12:30 am 8 hours I miss my pick up that dayNever come again when you empty they call u after 45 min or 30 min I ask 3 driver behind me same happened with him

Appointment time 16:00. Got call at 15:45. Got to dock at 15:50. Out the gate at 16:55. I’ll pick up here anytime. Very courteous and informative. Dock was super fast

Took freaking 5 hours to get unloaded my appointment was at 9am left at 2pm. Too many employees jacking around not enough action when it come to work. Coca cola needs to do something about its always the same thing all the time here in this facility.

Despite all of the bad reviews people have left on this location I have to say my experience was totally different. From the guardhouse employees to the warehouse receiver They are very polite and understanding. Obviously if you are late to an appointment they will work you in as for the drivers that make it on time have priorities since they were on time. Common sense. I arrived a day early to my appointment and I’m being offloaded. I wasn’t rude or upset neither the staff so 5 stars from me. Keep it up. Thank you hope this helps other drivers.

I am just a customer at store on Hemphill. I am watching Coca Cola employees deliver beverages. Neither person has a mask on. Im sure it is because their employer is not mandating masks. This makes them part of the problem in defeating Covid 19. Very disturbing.

I have worked for this companys location in the past. Now the new company I work for does business with this location. They are always stalling and have no issues with making drivers wait for hours. These drivers have quotas and time schedules to meet. If they are late and/or off-track of their given time blocks, that directly affects how their superiors view their work ethic.And if their superiors think they cant do their job right, they become a problem and once they are a problem they can get replaced easily and become out of work. This location is toxic.

Well, I read all of the reviews and was like dang, Im going to be here all day. To my surprise that wasnt the case for me. In and out to include a pick up at this location all within 4hrs. Arrived at 630pm for a 7pm delivery had a 8pm PU.. they did it all by 1047pm. So I wont say dont believe everything you read, but I will say, when reviews are mostly Negative....look forward to the worst hope for the best..in my case I got the best..good job coca cola

Currently with a load all because the shipper here did not properly stack, organize, and fit the palatalized product on the trailer; it was sealed so I could not confirm the product. Once I arrived to the receiver they rejected me because of the loose product.

They are punctual with appointment times and fast loading

Its a shame those bulk tractors are going down the highway with faded paint jobs and looking like trash. That really reflects badly on the Coca Cola brand. Stop being so stingy and spend some money on painting & maintaining your equipment.

S***** f****** place to pick up or deliver a load they take forever over half of them dont even speak English slow as hell lazy as hell dont care about your drivers who haul their loads thank God I dont drink Coke as for parking sure they have parking with the take so damn long after you get loaded theres nowhere to park they took so long I cant even make my delivery on time because there was no where to park to finish out my break so I had to restart my clock and then stopped it again need to get some workers that arent lazy

Their tech support is awful. I had an appointment with them to move soda lines and bar guns to new locations in our Lounge and they never showed. I had equipment moved, new plumbing and electrical installed and the bar torn apart waiting for them to do their job. It cost me at least a thousand dollars in contractor fees. After a dozen phone calls to different people hiding behind their 800 number in Georgia, I still am no closer to getting them to move their equipment. Our club has been a customer for at least twenty years and this is the way they treat valued clients. Very poor company.

I had a 4pm appointment for pick up. I got here at 3:30pm and its now 9pm and Im still parked here waiting to be let in to even get a door. They get all of their coca cola drivers taken care of then they let the dry van freight in. BEWARE you will be here for a minimum of 4 hours almost everytime that you come here. The broker lied to us telling us to get here by 4pm because thats when they close. I asked the security if they close at 4pm and they laughed and said no. That basically let me know that the broker lied to me. Im getting my detention from the broker. I suggest anyone else thats waiting this long do the same thing. Goodluck drivers. Update: I left at 2am that day. I also found out from the security guard that I was an add on with no appointment and thats why it took so long. Be careful dealing with these shady brokers.

Had an okay experience here. They have parking while you wait or if you need to finish a break. Park first then walk to security to check in. They have trash cans and restrooms. I didnt give 5 stars because my appointment was 7pm, got called to a door at 8pm, done by 10:30pm.

I was at my neighborhood Quick Sack store on Roberts Cutoff this morning while the guys were making deliveries. A young black guy manager for coke was very hostile with the clerk yelling and making a scene. It was hard to witness.

Has parking to wait big plus. If you are on time easy loading and unloading. If you are late you will wait a long time.

Nice sized lot to park before and after appt. Their appts are firm. Park in lot THEN check in. Dont pull up to the security shack.

Checked in a 430pm and didnt get into a dock until 1130pm to get loaded. They had totally forgotten that I was out in lot waiting to get called, even after I had went in and asked every 2hrs to see if I was still gonna get my load. Not a great place for sure! I wont be back after this experience!
