I blew out a speaker in my front door, called John to set up an appointment and was able to get in the next day. Hes knowledgeable and replaced both speakers quickly and at a great price. They sound great! Thanks John! If I decide to get a subwoofer in the future Ill definitely be in contact.

I took my custom ride up there and he didnt lesson to me he put in a bass stereo system in and Im a rock and box was to big after he was done I couldnt even drive my truck the seat was to far up, he a good installer but that it I do not recommend them I got f. Out of 400 messing with them

These guys are awesome I took my truck in back in may 2020 to have installed touch screen radio with backup camera and remote start they did a great job well fast forward to now my backup camera quit working so I took it in and John fixed it for no charge said it was under warranty I highly recommend these guys for and audio upgrades or any thing radio related prices are great and excellent customer service

So I just got some work on 7/15/2020. And they did a awesome job everything sounds great, and the sells rep was extremely insightful on what is the best speakers for your application. Now I must say I am a very cheap person and any time my cars need any work I usually preform the work my self due to be in the industry and see first hand the shouty work usually preformed. But they did everything exactly like I would have done it. And for the price and quality you will not fine better.

I had an excellent experience with this business and Jon, the owner! I needed a dash bezel replaced on a 2004 Titan; not an easy job. I made an appointment, Jon was ready and got right on it while I waited. An hour later it was done! He did a beautiful job and charged a very reasonable fee! Definitely a 5 star operation!

This shop went so above and beyond to meet my mobile request. Got an amp and 12in sub installed and it’s amazing quality. I’m the type to call a million people for quotes, the owner gave the best prices and recommendations.They listened and explained what they were installing, other shops just picked something out and said “this would be good”. Very unhappy with this purchase, either he was very dishonest or something is wrong with this alarm/remote start system I got but is not worth $440. It has a very short range and and half of the time it doesnt unlock all the doors in my truck. I shouldve done my research but this was a gift from my girlfriend and I didnt want to make her feel bad about her research.

I had a custom built sub-woofer, amplifier and a pair of tweeters installed into a 2019 Mustang convertible. I went with Jons recommendations which were spot on and lower cost than I expected. He takes his time and does the job right. Final results exceeded expectations. I would not hesitate to go back.

Jon was awesome. He installed components, sub and amp in my 2016 Tundra and it hits harder than I expected. Jon was patient, even when my ideas contradicted with his design for my truck. Came in to get touch screen radio and camera installed. They fixed me up with a Sony unit with car play. System works awesome and installed to perfection! Pricing was so reasonable, I added an alarm.

Went in there to get some speakers installed and an amp and he tried to way overcharge me and when I said I wasnt really trying to spend a while lot of money he got very rude and agitated stating that my sound system was junk. I would not go here the owners people skills are not that great and when I tried to make conversation he acted like I was bothering him.

I went to get my system put in my SUV. They did a great job. They where fast and best part about it. You cant even see any wire showing. The owner also had to fix my speaker wire cause it was wired wrong. They where honest and they are not expensive like other places. I will definitely be back to upgrade my radio in my SUV. I met with Jon about a little over a week ago to install a car alarm, keyless entry, and remote start on my 2018 Chevy Colorado. He has done great work and by staying late, even completed same day. He was patient when I questioned him about what appeared to be a problem but turned out to not be one. So far, so good. A few years ago I found a local company to install a stereo in my husbands truck as a present. It was okay, but never sounded as good as the factory one. A few months ago a buzzing started in the back left speaker and finally stopped working completely. He found Mobile Sound Service and asked them to fix it for him. It took some time to get the truck back, but when we did we were amazed! This audio system sounds better than the factory and we could not be happier with their work. We will always use this company for our car audio systems. Highly recommend!!

Does not use the products that he sells you on. Uses old out dated items..also he changes the price after all said and done..But he does make it sound good. Would I use him again- maybe but have him write everything down first. Make him stand by what he is selling

In 2009 I had an Excalibur Remote Start and Alarm installed on my then new Honda Civic and I have to tell you that this is the best investment I have EVER made for my car. On Cold or Hot days I start my car from up to 500 feet away, I pop the trunk or open the doors from the same distance. I have never had one moment of trouble with the system and Mobile Sound stands by their work so you can feel confident that you are getting the best job and product for a very fair price. Jon has been in business longer than any of the other shops around. He does honest, and quality work.I first met Mobile Sound Service and Jon when I was roughly 14 or 16, before I could drive. That was MANY years ago. He used to work on my CB radios before I could even drive a car. I used to ride my bike up to get my work done. now that I do drive, he has installed every sound system, electronic device (that is a lot too), and alarm in every car I have ever owned. I have never had a ride without some kind of a system in it, and I have had a lot of cars. Jon has done them all.This speaks volumes for this business. I am not the only decades long customer of his. Most of his clientele are. He welcomes new ones too. He knows his stuff, and wont try to over sell you. He will tell you the truth, and not try to load you down with crap you dont need or want. He warranties all his stuff, and does excellent work so that this is not really even needed. Prices are reasonable too.

Mobile Sound Service..... Jon is the owner of this Car Audio Place. I was recommended by a co-worker of mines to come see Jon. I have had 3 complete car systems in 3 different cars installed including the one I got here with Jon. I was a bit hesitant to let Mobile Sound Service install my system in my car, because I’m used to letting the well known places do my Installation. (Car Toys) was the last place I went to for these services and I must say that for paying 2,500 they did a horrible job. They scratched my middle console and every door had scratches. My Car was 2 Months old at the time. The system sounded good but I wanted the service to be good as well. Car toys is in it for the money only and not to satisfy the costumer. Enough with car toys and let me tell you about mobile sound service.... Jon did a amazing job installing my system. My JL W3 are banging hard and the component speakers are tuned just right. He also dinomated the rear deck because he didn’t like they way it sounded. He is very attentive to the smallest details. That’s what makes this place unique. Wish I would of came to him for my last 2 System’s... would of saved me 800 bucks or so per installation. My car came back as I left it... with 0 scratches. He also cleaned the car for me a bit. If you don’t take your car to him then it’s your lost. I guarantee he will surpass your expectations........ I never do reviews but the way my Car sounds right now, I just had to. I went here a month ago he didnt install my system correctly. Then I told him about it because power would shoot straight to my sub and be really loud without me turning it up. I went twice afterwards and he had an attitude both times and didnt want2 b bother. Then finally he took me seriously after my car didnt want 2start and he couldnt figure what he did wrong. My battery was still fairly new from Oct of 16. It went from 500cca to 106cca and he still charge me 23$to fix the problem when it shouldve been fix right the 1st time.. I did wanted him 2 install some door speaker w an amp but I will not go back. He gets agitated easily and makes a person feel dumb for spending money on him. I dont suggest going2 him.

I would highly recommend Mobile Sound Service to anyone in need of a great stereo system or for help troubleshooting problems with their existing system. I’d purchased a used truck from a car dealership in 2016. That truck came with a nice head unit, tolerable set of speakers and a couple of amplifiers. I had taken my truck to another car stereo shop (in North Richland Hills) who replaced my door speakers and sent me on my way (with cigarette odor and a fresh carpet burn in my carpet). My truck never sounded quite right from that point on. It sounded adequate on the best day and eventually an intermittent problem caused me to lose the use of my door speakers all together. At that point I was frustrated and decided to give Mobile Sound Service a try. Jon was more than helpful and explained everything in detail to me. He spent a couple of days investigating the issues with my existing sound system. He wasn’t pushy then gave me his thoughts on how correct my sound issues and to make my truck sound better. He identified multiple problems with equipment and wiring in my existing sound system. After giving me options I decided on replacing my average door speakers with a component system. I also went with a small, ported Pioneer subwoofer to replace (and JVC amplifier) to replace my existing, tiny self-contained Kenwood (self-powered) mini-woofer. I’ve had my updated system for only a few days, but that is long enough to know this is the best-sounding stereo system I’ve had, since owning a vehicle. I’ve had many cars over the past thirty years and none of them have sounded nearly as good as the system Mobile Sound Service installed for me (at a very reasonable price). Nothing has even come close, not even the systems I installed myself. I appreciate his honesty, diligence and knowledge. If you have ever thought about upgrading (or repairing) your stereo system please take your vehicle to Mobile Sound Service. My vehicle sounds excellent, amazing and like I have front row seats to a concert. Thank you Mobile Sound Service!
