So I came here to get my amp ground Connected that means that thay will drill a hole use a wire will to clean the paint off than with a rivet nut screws a bolt in to it thay put 3 self tappers screws and hade me pay $38 for somthing I could have done at home

I went in an got speakers put in my truck, it was a over all good experience a bit pricey but good quality work.

Overall, my experience has been pleasant with Sound Works over the years as i have taken all of my vehicles there to have complete audio work done and also recommended multiple friends/family there. However, the most recent visit i i just had with them wasnt most pleasant. I arrived at 4pm today 9/16/2016 so ask if someone could check my car quickly because i believe my amp blew. I was fully prepared to purchase a new amp from them if it was the problem, i was immediately told that they were too busy to check for me and suggested to go to car toys..... I told him that i didnt want to go to Car Toys otherwise i would of went there in the first place, i came to the place that i felt comfortable and have had multiple instances of success. Then i was told to come back in the morning however, i personally could not make it. Now, i dont know much about installing car audio, however, i do know customer service, no way i would of left easy business on the table there. I could be wrong, however I feel that i am certain it wouldnt of taken too much time just to see if it was the amp or not.....Maybe, but i dont know. Then i was told, well, if you change your mind, we will be open in the morning at 9:30am which i had to quickly tell the gentlemen that it wasnt about changing my mind, it just wasnt possible. This was my first negative experience with Sound Works, possibly i just expected to at least have my equipment checked out since i am a loyal customer, however it seems that they did not want my business. I personally wont be returning there any more. Especially since the guy telling me they were too busy came back to the customer service area 2min after while i was speaking to the gentlemen waiting on his car (as he told me he wouldnt of minded if they took 5min to just tell me if it was my amp) and sat in the front. Tough Cookies.

Nice guys and professional. They took on some unique jobs that I had pending and did a great job on wiring. They are very detailed with their work. Chris really took his time making sure the install was done to spec and paid attention to the most minor details.

I feel this place did a good job. I believe their price of the install could of been better. Overall a good place to me and I had a decent experience. Great luck and I hope this review helps you make your choice.They installed a head unit, 4 door speakers, two tweeters and 2 subs. I provided all of the materials.My amp blew out and they sold me one and installed it a month later. Nice guys and again it was a fair experience all around.

I was referred here from a car dealership after buying a car that I wanted to have some electronics added.I wanted a rear view camera fitted and a radar detector on my car. I also wanted a radar detector and bluetooth fitted for my wifes car.I can not recommend these guys enough. It took several visits as I had two cars and parts were an issue but they were really professional and did a great job.They not only knew what they were doing but they cared that they were doing it right as well.Something needed adjusting at a later date and they remembered me and sorted it out as quickly as they could.I dont need to do anything else on my cars at the moment but I have recommended them to other people already.I was pleased with the price and the quality of work.Also I liked them.....and that helps when you are giving people your business.

I got my car tinted here in 2003 on a Galant. They use good quality tint, even in 2015 the tint still held up. Only had problems with 3 windows and it wasnt that bad. It come with a warrant cant beat quality!

I bought my husband a Porsche boxster for his birthday. We took it to soundworks to get an alarm, speaker, radio, window tint done. Spent over 1200 dollars and have had nothing but problems since. The wiring caused the headlighta to go out, burnt out a speaker, amp, caused the radio to shut off repeatedly, and almost caught the whole car on fire. We tried to have them fix the problem, took it back twice and it got worse. The owner tried to say they dont hook up the wiring to the headlight switch but I have pictures of everything. Proof!!!Spent over 5,000 dollars making all the repairs. What a horrible way to do business.

Real good fast prepaid customers with respect

We were wanting to get a back up camera installed on my moms car. CarToys wanted waaaay too much for the installation. Friends recommended Sound Works, and those guys are nice, respectful, considerate, and inexpensive. They wanted less than half what CarToys wanted! They did a great job too. So glad to have gotten that tip. Thanks, all!
