I came here for help routing a small ham radio power wire through my firewall. The tech was kind enough to just get it through real quick for no charge. I am a ham radio enthusiast so will definitely be going here with my business for future installs or advice.

I have been driving for years with a janky aux cable set up in my GMC Acadia for playing music off my phone. The aux cable broke about a year ago and I’ve been wiggling it since to make it give me audio through all of the speakers. I called this morning to look at getting either the aux port fixed or my entire audio system replaced. I asked him if I needed to make an appointment and he said to me “well let’s talk about the issue first”.He asked my about my car, and informed me that they usually have a USB port in compartment on top of the dash - where I’ve stored my sunglasses.He could have taken the opportunity to get business from me but instead it was clear from the beginning he genuinely wanted to help me with my issue. And he did!!I’m ecstatic, no more jiggling and now I can even control my phone using the steering wheel - like it should be. Overall experience was awesome. Very friendly and I’ll definitely go back to them with any car audio needs!

Let me say Im really impressed with one, how nice David is and two how fast he worked on my car. I originally came in for my fiance but I later asked about seeing about my head unit that was falling through my dash due to a poor job a previous shop did. He was nice enough to go out and fix my radio in this texas heat . He eve went out of his way to move and tuck my microphone wires into the dash like they were supposed to . I cant wait to go back for my finances car .Im glad to know they wont skip steps and will put things back like it should .

I arrived around 4:30 & asked about making an appointment since closing time was 5pm. The owner said no appointment was needed and he immediately checked out the radio. Wow! Came here the day after Christmas to get a stereo installed I received as a gift. The 5 star rating intrigued me. Let’s just say this... they deserve every bit of those 5 stars and MORE. Dave was amazing. He even fixed another issue I had in my car while Jason (tech) installed the radio. Jason is a straight electrical magician. He knocks down issues with your system like bowling pins. Ask for him when you make your appointment. They deserve 10 stars, but being as 5 is the limit... 5 all the way.

I got my aux chord stuck in the port, so I called up there asking if they could get it out. The guy was extremely nice on the phone. He said he would get out for no charge if I brought it down there. He got it out in about 5 minutes and was very kind and friendly. Such a great small business!

Jason IS THE MAN!!!! I was referred to Soundwerks to have my truck radio checked out. It stopped working during the BIG FREEZE here in N. TEXAS in February. Jason came out, checked it, discovered it was a blown fuse. He changed the fuse and reset my radio stations back to 99.5 The Wolf. I was so totally amazed that it was working again. I asked how much for the service repair. He said No Charge. It was just a fuse. I couldnt believe that either. I was so grateful i told him I didnt feel right not giving him something. I went home, grabbed some cash and and gave it to him. I think he was shocked and pleased about that. I thought being St. Patricks Day and all, maybe he could grab some beer or something. I brought my car in to have some work done on the stereo. I made an appointment and spoke with i believe it was the manager for a few min about what I wanted. He gave me a time to pick it up and it was ready and waiting when i came back. I have not had one bit of trouble, in fact the car i picked up sounded like thunder ⚡. In fact Im going to make an appointment for Mon. to do some more work. Ill be sure to edit my post to include who i spoke to and who did and does the work. These guys are good,professionals and wont price gouge you.

Went in to get new front speakers for my Chevy Cobalt. Dave and his crew did the job in a matter of minutes. Now my car speakers sound amazing thanks to the great people at Soundwerk. Definitely recommend.

David and his team professionally installed a PCM (Porsches modern day radio) in my 1987 944. David mentioned that the wheel wells on them were excellent places to put speakers and he went out of his way to find speakers and speaker grills that would fit there. He then found speakers that would replace my busted OEM door speakers. Car is now modernized and sounds amazing thanks to the Soundwerk team. Its a long trip for me to get there but I wouldnt take my car anywhere else for audio help.

Brought my car with a dead radio here to figure out what was wrong. They quickly figured out that I needed to get a new factory amplifier, as the previous owner had replaced it with an aftermarket one. I ordered a new one, took it back and they did a great job re-wiring the car back to factory. Good guys that do quality work!

Fantastic people doing an outstanding job installing radios. The owner himself fulfilled my project and I couldnt be more pleased with the outcome. Not only do I recommend them, but I will be returning for future projects. A couple weeks later took my car back for new speakers. The starter solenoid went out. Corey went well above the call of duty to help me get it fixed without leaving the parking lot. And I got the new speakers.

This place is awesome! Great people, and installed my stuff amazingly fast . I highly recommend them!

I took my car there and their service was horrible. They tore my car panels up and didn’t put it back together. They claimed they didn’t touch the panel... but how could they have run the wires from my stereo to the back of my car without going under the panel. I brought a base box that was just left in my back seat of my car. They never hooked it up. They tried to tell me my amp was no good and try to sell me one of their used one. The back up camera I brought and they put in was pointing up to the sky. My husband had to adjust it to point towards the ground level. They took from 8 am to 4 pm to do that horrible job. I will never use their services again and I advise everyone else to be aware of their unprofessional business. They tell you they will guarantee their work. BUT THEY ONLY GUARANTEE THAT THEY DON’T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING NOR TAKE RESPONSIBILITY OF THEIR ERRORS AND FAULTS.

Had a receiver and dash kit installed in a 2013 mustang by another shop - multiple return visits and they couldnt fix the problems. Brought the car to soundwerks and Corey diagnosed the issues right away and got me up and running. Very competent service. Will definitely return for any further work.

Awesome experience ! Dave went above and beyond my expectations. My daughter and I went to Soundwerks to get her radio installed that she received as birthday gift. The radio that was in the car was installed poorly and wasnt working. Dave not only installed the radio he repaired the heater control cable AND repaired the door pull handle ! great job.

No one wore a mask. On the road and not working, they did not plug the power plug in all the way, and did not install the card. Wired always on even tho i told them not to.

These guys are awesome! I was a little apprehensive about installing a front end camera in my 2018 truck but Dave assured me that they only use quality parts and would not affect my warranty. For auto audio needs and service DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! We had a family member recommend them and we checked reviews. All positive. Glad we went there. Needed quite a bit of work for my wifes Yukon and got a great job done. We have not had positive experiences in the past with service like this and I was still a bit skeptical prior to going to see them. Could not more pleased with the service and the items they recommended. They are knowledgeable, made the correct recommendations and did not try to oversell us. I have a BMW and took my car to BMW because thre radio was cutting in and out. They had my car for 3 days and at the end BMW fried my radio. I called around and this place stayed thet could help. Well, they did. They fixed the issue! We had a great experience with the folks here. We were referred by the second place that couldn’t help us replace an unreliable old DVD player in our RV. Not only did they have a great replacement but they installed it while we waited. We were very satisfied with the inventory and customer service! We’ll be back!

Good prices and great customer service. Bought my new stereo from these guys. My steering wheel controls didnt work with the adapter they had, but they were able to get ahold of the manufacturer get another unit sent out. I didnt feel like I was being taken advantage of like some other car audio dealers. Very satisfied.

Can’t say enough about this place. Prices for a sub install are very reasonable and the work is excellent. I’ve brought 3 different cars over the last three years here and will continue to do for any other vehicles I need work done to. They’ve knocked out a Toyota Highlander for me, and two Nissan Altimas with factory set ups. The work is clean, pretty flexible on the schedule, and will work with you if have a time to be out. This place and Corey will hook you up. Seriously, do not go anywhere else for car audio. I’ve recommend them to multiple friends.

These guys do more than just car audio. They can handle any wiring need. I took in a fuel transfer pump for a bed tank that I needed wired short notice and didnt have the tools and materials required to get the job done. Also havent wired anything in over 15 years. Even though they were full on the schedule they squeezed me in and got me taken care of quickly. 5 star service. Would definitely recommend to anyone with car audio or any other wiring needs!

I had been having problems with a channel on my car stereo and went in with the intent of buying a new one. Dave looked at it and determined that it may be a channel in the amp or loose wiring. After looking at it and making several tests, the stereo started working fine. He could have sold me a new stereo but was nice enough to test it out first and make recommendations. I appreciated his honesty, its hard to find these days.

I had a great experience at Soundwerk. I bought a new car remote online and programmed it to my car but my remote start stopped working. I stopped in and talked to David. He patiently took an hour and half to figure out how to fix it. He explained to me how everything was connected to make it work.I highly recommend going here. The customer service is excellent.

Exceptional and knowledgeable service. Had speakers and a new radio installed elsewhere and the system failed. Took it to David and he was able to diagnose and fix everything at a reasonable price. Fantastic.

My wife was not happy with the quality of the sound from her new Toyota RAV4. We took it to Soundwerk and they showed her how to adjust the factory radio so she was happy without replacing the speakers. All done with no charge. She happy and I happy.

Originally my dealings with Soundwerk were only to have a custom sub box built. Cory got me going and I had a very nicely built box in about a week. My DIY install went a little south due to a manufacture defect and ended up taking it to him for some advice/troubleshoot. I got new equipment and he helped me verify all my wiring was correct and it was a bad amp. He never hesitated to answer my questions or explain further. Would use him and Soundwerk again hands down.

They did good work. Fair price. I had a keyless entry system put into my 2007 Honda Fit. Owner is a bit of a character. He used some unprofessional vulgar language that I didnt care for to express himself. However if I needed audio work done I think I would go back.

I came here for a relatively easy car stereo installation and I got cheated and swindled. Stay away from this place so you dont get ripped off like I did.

Went to these guys a few months ago due to a busted sub. They repaired the sub for a very reasonable price and no issues since. I will never go anywhere else but to Soundwerks.

Radio dead after 4 years in my Ford F150. Took to Grapevine Ford . After 5 days they said it would be up to 6 weeks to get a replacement part. Soundwerks found the part in a day and installed it in while I waited at less than 1/2 the price from Ford. Thanks Jason for the professional job and replacing the screws that Ford left off. These guys are good and refreshing in a world of expected disappointments.
