Brought my car in for a stereo unit and 2 subs in the trunk along with a custom box and amp: brought vehicle in on Friday morning and got the car back Sunday. This all started with the asst manager Chris by selling me the wrong unit over the phone. After coming in in person I was told that the only unit with maestro capability. Strike one; so I listened to this guy in person and he recommended the ILX 207. I looked in the box only to find this was an older display and he stated that it was new and had the exact warranty as one new. Sounds like a contradiction to me. No discount on the discontinued display and there would be a installation charge. When picking up my vehicle I asked if the installer could show me the features and do a walk through. Not happening, he stated and walked away. He came back in and said Travis will help you with any questions when you check out. We went outside and got in the car, Travis then realized that this was an old model and he did not know how to get to Bluetooth. When he went to get his phone in the store, I had already gotten a couple of steps ahead of him on the installation of my device to the unit. I left and told Travis that I would call when Chris comes in on Tuesday. The antenna is not connected and and the steering wheel controls are not all working.
I normally dont like other people touching my car but a Technician (David) made sure that I was in good hands. From the get-go, he let me know that everything would be taken cared of in a timely manner. My remote start works perfectly. Customer service was great, they were kind and informed me of everything that I needed. David went the extra mile to make sure I knew how to activate my remote start and even took out the panel to change the Remote Start timer again. I would recommend a remote start install at this location to my friends.
Very dissatisfied. I took my Can-Am riker to get speakers added to it. I constantly showed pictures and videos of what I wanted. They told me they got me. When I finally came and picked it up it looked like something that me and my daughter and probably whoever else reading this daughter could do. This is the store on Bryant Irvin. I recommend you dont go.
I’ll never go here again except to pick up what they owe me and I may never go to any car toys again over priced DC audio is cheaper and car toys doesn’t value you as a customer wish I could of gave 0 stars will tell you that you are lucky they are giving the warranty you paid for car has been like this two weeks because they failed to send my 600 dollar radio in to get fixed and cant send it in untill Monday so I’ll have another 4 to 8 weeks as of Monday to wait and if I needed them to install it I would probably have to wait longer
Went in for quick disconnect to connect to speaker wire then to speaker. The clerk was honest, said he was not a tech, and would get one to help. The tech told me to solder. Wow, solder is your suggestion. Needless to say, I went to Best Buy and got quick disconnects.
Purchased a new vehicle this past weekend and, on a recommendation from a friend, emailed Car Toys on Overton Ridge after hours to get an approximate estimate on a new camera and stereo upgrade. I didn’t receive a response after 3 days so I called just now. Immediately, I was put on hold with no warning for several minutes. Hung up and called again. A man answered and I tried explaining that I’d reached out a few days ago via email and I hadn’t heard back so I was calling to inquire about camera, stereo and installation. He immediately cut me off and told me he wouldn’t be giving me a quote by phone and I needed to come in. RUDE AS HELL. I then proceeded to tell him that he/his location could have responded to my email to tell me I needed to go in person for a quote. He claimed he never got my email and didn’t know who I contacted. I asked if he was at the Overton Ridge location and he said yes. (the location I emailed from their website) Very nasty attitude, I will NOT be going there to do business. Their customer service is horrible.
Of course it’s car toys so they have very competitive prices with their sound systems and sometimes you can find some steals. Although I went here to see how much it would cost to install a sub and amp and got quoted 700 in labor and wiring alone. It seemed like they weren’t really sure what they were doing but that was absolutely insane pricing. If that was pricing was correct then that is ridiculous and if not product knowledge should be more accessible to their employees!
The customer service at this location is deplorable. I wasnt treated kindly at all. I went to go purchase a remote starter I seen on the website, however, once I arrived I was told because that one takes longer to install (5hrs) I should use a different one of course the one recommended was twice the cost of the one I wanted. However after a little haggling I was told this would be the best option for me and although I didnt like it I agreed as I wanted the remote starter. Then after I paid double the amount I came to spend he then told me he still couldnt install it because they were close to closing ok well then I couldve just gotten the cheaper one right. So now Im feeling hustled but just trying to make this a positive experience I made an appointment. They had my car ALL DAY and yet my remote starter was not installed properly due to them not having a piece to the all expensive recommended product how audacious. I was informed from Shaun the manager that he would order my parts and would call me to come in and that it would only take another hour of my life for them to complete. WEEKS go by without one call update or anything. I started calling up there to get some info but was told they couldnt answer anything without Shaun or the rude server who sold me the overpriced starter. So after a week of calling daily finally Alex answers and provides me with some answers and that the part is in and so I make ANOTHER appointment now Im still sitting here 2 hours later with no communication regarding the progress of my car or an apology for the time its taking over their promised delivery schedule. THEY WILL NEVER SEE MY BUSINESS AGAIN. The Arlington location is further for me but God knows I wish I wouldve just driven there because the Overton location SUCKS!!!!

All my experiences at Car Toys have been wonderful thanks to the installation tech that always takes care of us. Every time we seem to need something done, John is the one to do it and we are never disappointed. He is so incredibly professional and truly cares about his customers. He’s installed LED lights inside my car as well as installed a back up camera. He’s installed a sub for my husband and I can’t say enough how pleased we are with it all. He works with diligence and with great care for mine and my husbands vehicles. We will be going to this location for as long as we can as long as John is there, because we are so satisfied with his work!
I went in to have my headlights adjusted and they told me that one of them was broken and it could not be adjusted. I bought the aftermarket headlight assemblies so they could replace them but they wanted to charge me 4 hours labor to do that. I spoke to several auto shops in the area and they all quoted me 2 hours labor to replace them. I inspected the removed assemblies with the mechanic and we could not find anything wrong with them. I feel like car toys will tell you anything they need to tell you to make a sale. I will not be upgrading my sound system through them nor will I ever do any kind of business with them again.
My boyfriend and I came and checked out how much it would cost for installation of a subwoofer. After listening to a few we went with Nick to the counter and he let us know it would be about $700 after labor, parts, wires, adapters and everything. He tan some number, got a second person and then it came out to $1100. He wouldnt give us a paper to even show how he got to that but he said theres a separate labor price for each of the parts they will do. No place I have checked around has separate labor prices, just one base labor. It appeared neither of them know what they were talking about or how to correctly price it.We came back 2 days later to purchase the JL 10 & JL 12 sub party packs. NOT THE INSTALLATION. The 10 sub was in but the 12 was not. We were told it will be in within 2-3 days since it was just coming from the Arlington location.We then called to check and see if it was in store yet, and the 12 & 1 amp was there but they never even ordered the second amp and we then have to wait for it to come from the warehouse. We were told everything would come in together so that was extremely annoying. It was also frustrating not only that we didnt have everything but we werent even informed it had arrived we had to call ourself. It has now been 9 days and the second amp still isnt in. After calling today I was told it will be in tomorrow. I absolutely dont recommend ever purchasing here. The lack of communication reliability is absolutely awful!
Waited 25 min. just so they can say all they have is a used one 3 men help out just 2 other peopleit seem like one could have help us as well so we did not wait 25 min. I WILL NOT GO BACK THE THAT CAR TOYS !!
Would not not recommend, staff was incompetent.told me to have my car at opening at 10 am it was close to three and they had not even started on it. Staff forgot to give back my credit card as well.
I’m very happy with my install of two DVDs for my kids, and a sub, amp, and speakers for me :-) Shortly after our installs, we had to take our vehicle to the dealership for some repairs. They messed up one of the DVD players. I took it back to John Hernandez, and he corrected it for us just like the original install. It was much appreciated! Highly recommend them. And ask for John because he does honest and quality work!
Sales team was great! The installer John made me feel safe and secure while he installed my system! Sounds great and he knocked it out in a timely manner! Super happy with how it looks and sounds definitely taking all my cars to him!
You dont have enough staff to service folks timely. You also are over a week out for installs and you dont offer military discounts or incentives. It was disappointing to be told a sales associate would order product from another store only to find out they never did. We were told we would get a call to confirm when it came in for our appointment and never got one. We missed the appointment and had to go elsewhere. No Thank You!
Work on customer service (very dry/rushed). Assure your work is done correctly (my instillation was uneven). If you say its the same day instillation then stick to that offer (it was a 3hr operation & I delivered at 10am. Didnt get it back until the next day at 3pm). Explain in detail what you did to the vehicle and how it works before you force our signature on the completed installation (no one explained anything, just handed us the keys).
Not bad place but they make way to many appointments for sane day and same time which then it takes way to long and honestly not sure if I ever go back I simply don’t have time to wait all day long and they should change the way do things

Never had the opportunity to shop with this location. I called for information about a product. The associate who answered the call was very rude and short with me. I was never able to ask any specific questions before being hung up on! Extremely disappointed because it looks like a great place to get work done, but customer service is every thing and they are extremely lacking. If you value being respected by where you spend your hard earned money, then I would recommend shopping elsewhere.
Staff both sales and installer. Was not the best. Ive had better. 2 days later I noticed a part of my car was not placed back the way it was. You can tell it was a rush job. Then there was small tools left inside my car. When I got there things were not complete. I was called and told my vehicle would be done within the hour. I used my lunch time to go pick my vehicle up. I got there and my car was out front. I arrived and was handed the keys. I asked to make sure my remotes were programmed and they had not been. After 10 mins of back and forth the install guy said he would need to pull it back into the garage to finish it. Now its been 15 mins total time Ive been there on my lunch break. So I wait and wait. As I pull out once its done I find the volume button on my steeling wheel controls something else. Not what it was intended to control. So, overall I was not and am not happy. I plan to come back but this location is not the experience I had in mind once I figured Id getting my work done at Car Toys.Return:10/16/19They have done a complete 180 on me. At the end of the day they have changed me from unsatisfied to satisfied. They turned a wrong into a right . Once I brought my truck ick back in they had it done it done in less than 2 hours. The before pics and after so it no justice. Everything was cleaned up and made up. I upgraded the radio system bc it was just sad once I begin listening to it. I plan to go back now. When you $$ you expect a company to come though for you. They have come though for me. I’m good now.

You guys are going to look at my car again after you installed a remote start package I bought for my car and hopefully get it fixed. Other then fixing my problem there is nothing else that needs improvement.
My husband and I went to Car Toys just to look at stereos that integrate with back up camera systems. Eloy met us, asked us a few questions about what we were looking for, then showed us products that would work for us and our needs and budget. His technician, Primo, went out to our vehicle to explain the installation process. Another technician, Christian, did the actual installation of new stereo and back up camera. It took about to hours to complete the installation the same day. At the end, Eloy took us to our vehicle to show us how everything worked and answered any questions we had about that. Expensive? Yes. Worth it? Definitely!
I went in for an appointment to replace my speaker & ended up getting a tent too. We were treated with the most amazing customer service by Primo and Roberto. They gave us a great price and were prompt. 10/10 would recommend.
Got a remote start, keyless entry and an alarm install on my Ram Tradesman that couldn’t have it with mopar parts. Took about 2 hours to install, 2 hours less than was quoted, staff was professional and friendly, and answered all my questions. Lost a star because price ended up being about $35-40 more than quoted because it required a different wiring harness that they should’ve known at the beginning and didn’t say anything about it until they told me it was done.
I am very pleased with my experience here. Chance made the process stress free and my car better than I could ever imagine! Thank you Chance and thank you Car Toys.
If I could give zero stars I would. I paid for my subwoofer to be diagnosed and it wasn’t looked over at all. Then I was told I had to schedule another time to bring the vehicle back for something that already took an overnight stay. In addition, the interior and exterior detailing was subpar. To spend so much money and not receive anything satisfactory, and not have my services performed was not worth it at all. I would not recommend anyone come here for anything.
The staff very rudely denied me service when I presented a Groupon for interior detailing. I told them someone had previously vomited in the door of my car but I scrubbed it all off. They said now that they know that they cant do the detail unless they charge me 300 dollars more. They already entered my Groupon information into the computer, so it was redeemed. Entering that info made it so I cant get a refund, I never got the service, so I was robbed of 80 dollars. Never coming to Car Toys again!
Called them up on a Wednesday afternoon and even though they were booked for Friday they were able to squeeze me in. Primo is the one who installed my system and was very professional about it, from the phone call to the install. Took longer than what was said but Primo wanted to make it the cleanest he could and I am very satisfied with the outcome. Highly recommend them go anyone! Ask for Primo if you want the best service!
Came in here looking for 2x 40amp fuses. Where napa and other auto stores didnt carry them, Primo (car toys technician) ran to the back and grab some from his shop. Been here multiple times and always the most helpful staff.

Will not shop at car toys no more. Charging extra $100 labor just to plug in a 3.5mm jack in back of the radio for steering wheel controls. I also order a part Saturday on 12/26/2020 and they show no record of it being order. Then employee said I was not there on the 26th to order the but was there on the 19th. The invoice shows 12/19/2020 but the credit card receipt show 12/26/2020. Then need to get their system updated and better customer service.

Staff was friendly and worked hard to meet my needs. I did have multiple issues with regard to getting my parts ordered and shipped in, but at the end of the day the techs did a great job of making things work, even when the lights I ordered turned out to not quite fit the purpose.
Wouldn’t have my equipment installed here based on reviews and interactions with the install manager. Sales on the other hand, Eloy specifically has been super helpful every time I’ve been in there. Don’t really like buying online so it’s nice to still have someone I know to help when I have any questions.

COMMUNICATION. I can not stress this enough. I paid in full because I was first told that this unit could possibly put in that day. I later found out that one of the parts was not in and would be in by the end of the following week. Which again fine. Then I never heard from anyone. I called the store, I left emails and yet never got a call. I thought several times about cancelling the order but then I decided I had already waited this long Id call and email again. Finally on the Monday (Past Monday) I decided to call again and demand a time frame or money back. I finally talked with a Great employee who finally told me that in fact all the parts were in and the installation would be able to be done the first thing the next day (last Tuesday). I went in the sales person was on the border of being rude and barely acknowledged my presents. Finally a Tech came by and grabbed my ticket (I was not told why I was waiting) and went to the car with me, did a brief inspection. He assured me my car would be the first car worked on and to my knowledge it was and was professionally done. I dont know how long those parts had been sitting there waiting for someone to contact me, do you? Communication!!! I should NOT HAVE to be calling, emailing to find out information. I should not have had to call more than one time. In short your sales staff needs a lot of work when it comes to common courtesy but on the other side your Techs did a wonderful job and were respectful, courteous and made up for the basic job skills your sales force was lacking. By the way I asked your sales force if the could help me because I wanted to put a lane change system in my car they told me to look it up on the internet. I guess they didnt want to work on my car because it wasnt a sports car. My car is a 2014 Nissan Versa that I am upgrading. It was my Dads car who recently died. I wanted to upgrade it so Id be more comfortable in his car as I drove the car around in remembrance of him. So I guess, I will look on the internet as I was told for someone who will help me find the Items I am looking for,
Give exact pricing - don’t jack up price when you come in to have work doneHave vehicle ready when they say it is going to be- was told had a day then whole day but done at closing when dropped off vehicle then showed up an hour before closing and was told two more hours come back in the Morning I did not leave car toys till 11:50pm that night. When I showed up no one was working on my vehicle.
Too expensive. Continued to attempt to oversell actual need. Additional unnecessary charges for installation. Car would have to be left a full business day. It was all about the upsell here.

When having product installed to make sure you have all the items you need to install radio, my son’s car needed an adaptor I understand not all vechiles need it, however based on the make and model you did need it . The installer and or salesman should have known that, we not only waited 2 additional hours but we had to bring the car back. Probably last time I get anything from car toys

John has installed a remote start, radio as well as a custom iPad in my dash. John is not only down to earth and kind but he is also incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Ill be going back to Car Toys for my needs as long as John is there to work on my truck!
I’ve been to car toys for my sub and amp installs and uninstalls for 5 different cars now and every time I have been extremely satisfied with the work that they do. The most recent time in specific, there were some issues with how the subwoofer was receiving and transmitting bass tones. A couple visits later and some help from Matthew it ended up being an issue on my end. Go figure. Keep up the good work guys! I Intend on returning to you guys for business as long as I own cars.

My horrible nightmare experience.I paid a large sum of money to have a sub and amp installed in my new car but received poor Customer service. Installation caused physical damage to my brand new cars interior. I waited from 10:00 AM to 2:30 pm. The car was returned to me with the molding around the doors separated, right side dash panel off and laying in my floorboard and wires hanging out in the trunk.I have photos on file and have spoken with the store manager and front manager. No compensation has been made to me and my money was taken leaving me with a horrible experience and damage to my car. I feel ripped off and I was treated horribly. Front manager and installer implied I should have bought the equipment from them giving me the impression I was treated poorly because I was only paying for them to install my own equipment. This was the third car the same equipment has been installed and each time by the same Fort Worth Car Toys location. I went to this store specifically because the previous two installations were perfect. The experience this time darkened my experience with buying my new car and I will never forget how Car Toys treated me and my new car. Horrible nightmare experience.
And I thought Best Buy was bad....rude dismissive employees when they found out I was on a budget. Ludicrously overpriced merchandise. I showed them the same items online for a fraction of their pricing and they said those didnt come with all the assurance of Car Toys service and helpful staff.If thats all they have to work with, this chain wont last another 2 years. Fire your people and get better customer service oriented staff or you are already passing into history.
In spite of many of the bad reviews I had seen, I decided to bring my car over to Car Toys in Fort Worth. Working in the field of Information Technology I know all too well to take reviews with a grain of salt - typically only the bad makes it out and often times you find that there is a lot more to the story that isnt shared. Knowing that I decided post my experience for those who are mining for a more even keeled bit of information.I brought in my 2016 Mustang GT with the Factory 9 speaker Shaker system to these guys to have them install an Audison Bit One DSP, JL HD1200/1 Amp, HD600/4 Amp, a pair of Focal 165 KRX2s compontents, another pair of Focal 165 ACs, and a pair of JL12W6v3 Subwoofers.I met with Danny there and he walked me through it asked me exactly what I wanted, after some discussion I decided I wanted to clean up the install for a bit of showmanship and clean lines since I have plans to build the car out for Car Shows. Danny gave some suggestions and end then end I agreed to give him creative licenses to throw together an Amp Rack, false wall to dress the subs and lighting to accent it all.Let me just say he absolutely did not disappoint. At no point did he try to upsale anything beyond what was agreed, in fact I let them know up front my hard budget and they not only met but came under for the most part. They left me enough meat on the bone that I was able to get a prime quality wax detail job done - and it looks GREAT!To take things a step further, those of you familiar with the Audison Bit One may know that a lot of shops are light to none on knowlege in how to set these up with the PC app and overall tuning process. Danny took on the challenge, dug in where he needed to and read up on everything they needed to know. The end result is that he got it working, with the OEM signal flattened and the post feed Equalizing just as it should - everything in its place.These guys really knocked it out of the park on all corners - I cant rave enough about the job that was done and the customer services these guys gave me! If Im able to edit this later Ill snap some pics of the work done to share - anyone on the fence I suggest you always read between the lines on any review, dont just take anyones word on it; reach out, visit and talk to Danny, Zach or any of the others and decide for yourself - I expect that youll not be disappointed if you do.
Customer service was on point. The Manager Eloy Robles was very knowledgeable and helpful, I will be back for more audio equipment and definitely refer them to my friends and family.
Had to swap a SWC module and old unit discontinued. Sean helped me out, no hassle, just one for one and on my way.

I had a great experience here! I went in to get a new stereo system. The salesman/manager, Kevin, was very nice and explained the various components I would need to get the quality of sound I wanted. I wanted something HUGE & LOUD, thus I would also need an alarm system to protect my stuff. I also got a back-up camera.The next day, Saturday, I dropped my vehicle off for them to install everything. It was an all-day job, but I didnt mind waiting because I wanted it done right. David, the install engineer, did an amazing job! That guy knows his stuff and has over 15 yrs experience. I was so excited when I went to pick it up. I was acting all crazy, squealing & laughing, jumping up & down, hugging the installer, high-fiving people. I know those guys thought I was nuts, but it sounded so freaking cool & LOUD that I couldnt contain my excitement. I think I was the happiest customer theyd ever seen! My system is bad$$ and now all my friends are jealous! Ive referred several friends and told them to make sure they ask for David to install their system. That guy knows what hes doing.I have gone back several times because I had questions about operating my receiver and proper care of my amp, etc. They are always so nice...Thanks to David, Kevin, Zach. You guys are awesome. ☺

I had an appointment have my car worked on at 10:00am and was told it would be done at 12:00pm, a two hour job. I called at 12:45pm and the car had not even been pulled into the bay. I was told it should be done by 7:00pm. I am not sure why an appointment was necessary. Dont take your car here if you have any other plans for the rest of the day.

This location is further from my house but after calling the hurst location everyone was rude that answered the phone. They gave no options of install and when asked about the part being cheaper on Amazon they said oh well, ok. They also wanted 10% down to ensure they had parts for the appointed install. I would expect if you set an anot for a customer that you have parts for it. This location answered all my questions. Got my installation apt next day. Customer service was awesome! Also had the parts. No worries and hassle free.

Went to Car Toys to find an aftermarket set of front/back parking sensors for a brand new MB GLS. They knew exactly what I needed and scheduled me for a 1.5 day installation. Really knowledgeable installation team and friendly staff - all finished in less than a day. Couldn’t be happier.
My email is being used for multiple different customers. This needs to stop. This is the 100th or so time I’ve received “how did we do?” Emails with different names on it. I have not purchased anything from car toys in 3 years, and every week I get a new email
Don’t trust this store with your car. They are incompetent and shouldn’t be in this business. They messed up a simple backup camera install twice. The first time they installed it pointing directly at the ground so you can’t see anything at all and nobody bothered to check it before returning the car to me. The second time they installed it pointing way over to the right so the guide lines are way off and of course nobody bothered to test it AGAIN before returning the car to me.If you want a quality job, take your vehicle elsewhere.
Car Toys of Fort Worth was just what I was looking for. I was looking to upgrade to a navigation system and a better sound system in my truck. I couldn’t have been happier to walk away with exactly what I was looking for at better price than their competitors. The sales rep, Sean, was very patient and helpful as he answered the 10 million questions that I had. I’ve bought a few sound systems in my day, but Sean was probably the most knowledgeable rep that I’ve come across in my purchasing experience. Took longer than expected and was given no communication. Spent over $500 and they didn’t even rinse the exterior. The interior is beautiful but I would have expected a little love to the exterior as well for that price.

Drove up to have them look at the radio in our car because we knew they would tell us to come up so they can look at it.... only for them to tell us to set up an appointment... so while this Appointment is being made the manger tells us if we buy the part he will install it for free..... so here we are at the store for the appointment and now its going to have to be another appointment because they dont have the part and now they want to charge for installation..... they dont stand behind their work and the manager dang sure doesnt stand behind their word..... dont go here find another car stereo installation place and use them.....
Came to my appointment on 7/11 and they are closed for a deep clean. Did not get a call or text message nothing stating that I would need to reschedule. If they can’t call or text me to let me know I need to reschedule I feel like I can’t trust them with the electrical parts of my car.

Terrible customer service. Cant schedule an actual time to get your install done. Just a day. They dont tell you that when you schedule to bring your vehicle in.. Hard to work around when you have a job and live an hour away.
There was a bit of a wait but they were very busy so I understood once Eloy was able to hello me I had a amazing experience he got my back up camera workingI highly recommend this place

I purchased a remote start for my cousins 2016 Dodge Ram and got it installed shortly after Christmas and about 2 days later his truck would not start or do anything started throwing all kinds of codes so took it back up to Car Toys and they kept it for a day and all along they where pretty much saying there was something wrong with his truck, when there hadn’t been any issues with it before we took it in there. Something with wrong with the installation, but instead of telling us they messed up they started coming up with made up reasons . It was just a messed up experience all the way around. Was going to have them do a lots more business on our trucks but now really scared to do so
Went to ask for some advice and they were able to me and resolve my needs.

I had an appointment at 10:30 am on Saturday morning to get my windows tinted. When I dropped it off I was told it would be done in about 3 hours. I came back up at 2 pm, and was told only the back windshield had been done and he still has the four windows to go (there was no previous tint on my vehicle). I went up the front desk and asked a different person about how long it takes for window tinting and was told that for the size of my car, 4 hours. I explained how I was told 3, and explained that after 4 hours he still has basically the whole car to go. He replied by nodding. He was very condescending and I didnt get a single apology. It became obvious they knew how long it would take and still told me a bogus time frame. I did not leave with my car until 3:30. It took FIVE hours to have my car tinted. Not one apology, nothing. I will not be returning to this location.
I am so thankful for the associates at the Overton location. One of my headlights went out and they checked a couple of basic things first that I had not thought of turns out I just needed a new fuse. I really appreciate them being so helpful. I highly recommend them.
This store doesnt deserve the one star. By far one of the worst experiences Ive ever had with a company. Had a remote start installed by them and it has RUINED my car. The wiring job they did was so unprofessional, everything was installed with electrical tape, no wire connectors or wire nuts anywhere to be found. I had lose wires hanging that had been cut by them, they were left hanging with the wire bare. When I contacted them to tell them what was going on they were very very rude and wanted to charge me another $300 to fix their mistake that was under warranty. These guys DO NOT KNOW what they are doing. They spliced wires that should have never been touched. If you no longer want your car to run right go to Car Toys, guaranteed to make sure it never runs right again.
I came in to buy a radio, and primo did a great job on my installation. I love it!!
