Went to the store around 4pm. Sign says open but door was locked. I call the store phone, it went straight to a over-filled voice mail.Very unprofessional.

This guy has no ratings at all. He lies like a bad cop and denies anything he cuts or brakes. He will not talk you through exactly on what to expect and what the job would eventually look like. He wants to sell more than he cares about customer satisfaction. I will never recommend him to anyone. once I save up I will rip off what he installed and get me a fresh technician and radio.

I took my Tundra here to get a new Boss ApplePlay touchscreen radio installed. Yogi jumped on it right away and it works and looks great. I will be back next week to get a backup camera installed. There is also a taco truck that is parked outside that has the best shrimp quesadillas....so I did get to have a lunch while I waited. I definitely recommend using SoundWaves. Great Service!

I called the store to ask if they connected a certain type of stereo, the owner or manager said yes, but maybe the car could have AC problems later.!!????? Not trust!... NOT PROFESSIONAL... POORLY COSTUMERS SERVICE...

Hacks! Had them install a complete system in my new car. The woofer, in my trunk stopped working. They tried to fix it and then the speakers on the passenger side quit. Took it back again and then the driver side quit. My navigation didnt work because they disconnected the tweeters. The whole system wouldnt work on ACC. Said I need to pay him $400 more for a new harness on a 2 week old system. Hiring a lawyer! Had another system installed at Sound Works and happy with it!

Worst place to take your car for installation. They ordered a box for my truck and got the big size. They used it anyway and said there is nothing they can do because they dint make it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE AT ALL.

HORRIBLE place to go. I brought in my own amp subs and a box and all they had to do was install it. while their prices may be great, their work reflects it. not even 2 months later my car battery died because of the wiring they did. they directly wired my amp to my car battery, therefor draining my battery. it cost me over $200 to undo their jacked up wiring and another $100 to get a new battery because mine was drained completely. when I tried to call and ask them to fix it and pay for the damages, they hung up on me. MULTIPLE TIMES. if you want sketchy work that will cause problems to your car then THIS is the place to go! otherwise l find somewhere else. they guarantee their work for only 30 days because they know that isnt up to par and will probably screw your car up. WORST PLACE EVER. not only do I have to pay for all of the damages they did but they voided the warranty on my car because of the work they did AND now I have to find a legitimate place to have my system installed. RUN as far away from this place as you can. Yogi is the most unprofessional tech Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with. save yourself the time trouble and money and go to a REAL audio place!!!!

Had our Nissan Quest Radio checked….The radio was not working for a year since Nissan Dealership gave us an estimate of $1000 for repair. Soundwave was able to repair it for less than 30 mins.for less than $50….you guys are awesome!!! will definitely refer to my friends!

Went here becuase of the good reviews. First problem I had is that you are not allowed to watch them work on your car. Somehow my door handle was already broke when I got there. Second, they didnt finish my install. Had a bass adjuster to I stall with cd player. Guy said he did t know about it and said he had already put everything in and only offered me a 20 dollar discount. Didnt offer to correct it. It later cost me 80 to install at another shop. Overall not happy with the service.

Went there to have them hook up my radio because it had shorted somehow and they drain my battery in the car having the doors open so long. Then they charged me 20 dollars to jump it.. they also cut my remote wire and said they didnt know where it went so just cut it... save yourself some grief and go else where.

Ask for advice and no help at all told me what my set up problem was and that I needed to buy a new amplifier when the one I had was not for my subs
