Great experience! I’ve used Ideal Floors in the past and used them again to upgrade my carpet and install new countertops. I wouldn’t use anyone else. I’m into customer service and they remind me of my experience I had when I bought my car at Park Place. The service before, during and after the sale is amazing. Extremely dissappointed. After scouring their website and their Craigslist ads, I found 3 different tiles I wanted.. Website and Craigslist said they had all I wanted in stock at the Ft. Worth warehouse. I got there to discover they had none of it...said they havent had that tile in over 3 months. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE AND CRAIGSLIST. If you want to have a half-done job sitting for weeks while no one answers your messages, I recommend iDeal Floors.I have jagged, unfinished edges all around my kitchen now. Dont waste your money here.They get one star as I couldnt submit with zero.

I had a horrible experience just now in this store. I arrived and was not greeted which was fine. Then another lady arrived and was not greeted. I figured they don’t have home training. Well a man emerges from the back with a customer and tells the other lady he will be right with her. He takes care of the customers he has in front of him then calls for the lady to take a seat to be helped. I wonder if I’m invisible so I called the store while standing there. The other employee sitting there answers the phone and I asked what I had to do for service. He then asks the what I guess is the secretary to help me. She reluctantly looks up in disgust and mumbles something. Well the customer who was sitting decided to help me and tell me where the granite was located. What a horrible experience! I would not buy from this place if they were giving away granite! Horrible!!! Keep in mind I was actually here to purchase. I’m replacing hardwood, granite, and carpet in my custom home. I’ll pay the up charge to my current choice for the bathroom countertops. I wouldn’t let these people put in granite in my custom anything with this level of care of concern. Horrible!

I was referred to Ideal Floors by a restoration company after needing water damage repair. Charity is the rep we dealt with predominantly. She knows her products well, is very professional and is great on follow up details. She did not try to upsell. She is trustworthy, which is so important when delving into something new. How many times do you buy granite in a lifetime? The crew did great quality work. We’re very happy with the granite, and using them for new backsplash as well next week!

I recently bought my first house and decided that I wanted to change out the floors. Being a realtor I had a lot of places to choose from and a lot of recommendations. Laurie outstanding help in the Fort Worth location

Florin and his crew were amazing! I had them out a few months ago to replace the floor in my house due to water damage. They finished work ahead of schedule and did a magnificent job! They were clean, polite, and worked hard. This was at the beginning of COVID and they did a great job of being respectful of my space and cleaned up well. Florin even came back to check on something I thought might be an issue I found a few days later and fixed it to my liking at no extra charge. I have been, and will continue to, recommending iDeal Flooring to anyone that is in need of floori work.

My wife and I asked for flooring to be installed by Thanksgiving, which was less than 2 weeks away. Flooring had to be ordered but the crew finished the day before. The crew was great. Very professional. We did the whole house and it looks great! We are very pleased and grateful! Highly recommended.

Extremely poor customer service.Walked it and nothing was said, a lady claimed she was busy but the man she pointed at was just standing there. She also claimed the other ladies where busy but they were just talking with each other. Went in with the intention of buying 760sf of wood flooring today, walked out to never go back.
