I rate this place 5 stars only based on customer service as the street is a busy street once inside the customer service covers all else. I was greeted with a smile and a friendly welcome. The lady explained everything to me detail by detail seeing as I had many questions she kept a smile on her face. Her name was Ariana, I’d give her a 10 if I could for courtesy, patience, and professionalism. We need more ppl like her around.

If I could give 0 stars I would!I went in to pay my phone bill and upgrade my phone and Arianna the lady who helped me was very nice but she didn’t process my payment because she was so distracted by her phone and by her girlfriend coming to the store she didn’t even realize she didn’t process it. Not until 2 hours later did she start calling me while I’m at work telling me I need to come back to the store. When I was already there for over an hour waiting. And even after the payment and everything was over with I sat in the store for an extra 20-25 minutes waiting for my ride to get there. I spoke with the manager and he said there should be no reason for my phone to be turned off because once I leave the store it’s on her now. But not only is my phone turned off but my pin for the metro app has somehow magically been changed and now I can’t pay my bill anymore.. very unsatisfied.
