I really like Cricket phone service.I wish they would start caring tablets because I want a tablet to my Cricket phone account..

Just wanted to let u guys know as long as u have Elida there i will continue to be with cricket.She is the only one that when u walk in she has a smile on her face,welcoming you.Since daycone that i have been there she has gone above and beyond to help me with my phone and my gransons phone.she is very knowledgeable she has answered and fixed our phones everytime with lots of patients. I hope she continues to work here because it is 6 minutes from where i live. I have had others help me but they were rude so i left came back when elida was there .Thanks Elida for all your help.

The service here is great I continue to come to that same cricket store because they know how to take care of their customers.

If you buy an accessory they will find any excuse to not honor the return policy. Even when it is within 7 days and is in like new condition.

The staff is friendly and very personable. Needs bettter array of accessories, but definitely my fave Cricket..

Not good service at all, the attendant not even look at us, never said anything on the one and a half hours we was there waiting, finally we turn around and left and the girl not even apologized or nothing, so, not good service.
