Nice people but need to be more open about the cost of going through them when switching over from another company. In store fees are high. Guess I should have done better research. Talk about buyers remorse. Paid almost $130 in store then get home and set up the Verizon on app and see my first bill is over $300. All I did is bring my own phones and ported the numbers over. Wish I could reverse it all and go back. Now I remember why I left Verizon 20 years ago

Ryan was very helpful and patient when it came to setting up a new device for my daughters. He did everything in his power to get her new device retired from her old phone. He also broke everything down for us in a way that we understood what exactly he was doing as far as the bill and payments went. He definitely deserves a 10/10 rating
I was in town due to a family emergency and when I arrived at the airport I dropped and shattered my phone. I was already devastated from the aforementioned event and this just about sent me over the edge.I visited this Verizon store and was helped by Ryan Ellisor. He was the most patient and helpful person I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with.Ryan made the process of getting a new phone so simple. He took the time to explain everything and even stayed after closing hours to call and ensure I would keep my same phone number. Not once did he seem agitated or impatient.Props to Verizon for hiring such a kind human.

Bought a new phone at a different location five days ago and then today it stopped working. Came to this store since it was closer, as I got the the manager was leaving but once he heard I was having issues he stayed to help figure out my problem. They then proceeded to fix my phone for me with no charge. Great customer service. Wish I would have purchased my phone here instead of the corporate store I went to.

Dont use this location. It says Verizon, they have the Verizon logo, but its what they call an indirect store. They cant help and offer you the same customer service like a Corporate Verizon store can. The sales associate Jordan was no help, which I guess it wasnt his fault since hes not a real Verizon associate. They will take your money, but again ... cant offer you the Verizon Customer experience you deserve. This is coming from a someone whos been a Verizon Wireless customer for over 10 years.

I first visited this Verizon location back in January because I had bought a new phone and wanted Verizon as my provider. Jordan helped me get my phone activated and was very thorough, polite, friendly and professional. Now I personally ask for him whenever I need assistance. Jordan is definitely am asset to Verizon and I would absolutely recommend his services at this particular store.
I would not recommend anyone to shop here. Terrance was helpful and friendly and even helped me save some money on my data plan but the store prices and policies are ridiculous. After returning my purchase of a phone (which never left the store) and a tablet (that never would have been opened if they hadnt done it themselves) I still ended up paying them nearly $200 in restocking fees, non-refundable device activation fees (which they didnt mention), and other store fees. Shop online or in a Verizon corporate store.

I was having issues with my new iPhone getting on my existing plan. My saving grace was Jordan who helped me get my cellular service changed over after some error happened with the activation. Even better I was the only customer in the store Jordan and his manager were friendly and very communicative about how to address the issue. Y’all need to stop in at this local branch of Verizon for the attention and service you deserve

The staff lied to me from the beginning. They told me phone insurance was required and that it was a Verizon policy. This was a complete lie. Insurance is NOT required. I will never return to this store again. I will go to a Verizon corporate store instead.

Worse experience ever, first you need need to know it is a franchise store, not a Verizon owned store, which means they charge more for the phones, and add an extra startup fee of $56.00+ which is not refundable (they dont tell you that up front) if you return phone. They do emphasize you can return phone within 14 days and get your money back, BUT they dont tell you there is a $50.00 restocking fee by Verizon. I would never deal with this store again, find a real Verizon owned store and get a much better deal. I ended up paying $100.00 less for phone and service at Verizon owned store.
Went by this store this weekend to look at upgrading our family phones. We were greeted by Rachel, who then listened to what we were looking to do and proceeded to lay out a logical and well articulated breakdown. We elected to move forward with the upgrades and Rachel was informative in explaining every step of the way. Only 1 of the 3 phones was onsite, so she started that upgrade and called a different store to have the other 2 phones sent over. The entire process was enjoyable and I feel confident that if I have any issues moving forward they would be taken care of here.I highly recommend this Verizon store and Rachel for your cellphone needs.

I went into this store this morning to try to buy a phone case for my Google Pixel phone. There were 2 other customers in the store when I walked in, and 2 employees. The employees did not acknowledge me when I walked in, nor even looked up that Im aware of. They certainly didnt speak to me. So I walked around for 5-10 minutes searching for the case section for the Pixel phones. I was unable to locate the cases. I finally walked out, still without a word being spoken to me.I understand being with other customers but, some type of welcome or saying someone would be with me when they can, would go a long way. I can go to Walmart if I want to be made to feel invisible. And receive no customer service what so ever. I shouldnt feel that way at a Verizon store.Side note: This is the only Verizon store that Ive ever felt this way at.
This morning I went in to this new Verizon store where I was greeted by Charles. He was very helpful and answered each and every question with a smile. I would recommend asking for Charles for any of your needs and I will definitely use this store for any future purchases, problems or questions that I may have.
